I like the facility but after learning more about the practice, I learned they definitely scammed me. They took xrays when I got there which I now learned is not necessary unless Im coming there because of an accident. They also told me I needed to come in 3x per WEEK for MONTHS. Every doctor I spoke to afterwards told me this is wayy overdoing it.

I went in to Dr. Tress barely being able to walk from a bike accident and left with almost no pain. He had me come back a few more times to keep my back from locking back up but didn’t make me come back continually (like many chiropractors do just to make money). He also knew immediately by looking at me what issues I had with muscle imbalances and gave me exercises to correct them.He is the real deal and there truly to help people get better!

OVERLALLVery clean set of offices, friendly and professional staff members, and knowledgeable set of practitioners.DETAILSFrom the minute I walk in, I get treated by a friendly smile from the lovely staff (e.g. Cat, Wendy, Michelle, Mercedes, Eva, Tina, Natalia, Simone, Alexa, Lisa, Vasa) and rarely have to wait to be taken to see the practitioners. In the rare case there is a small delay, I can count on nice music (often 80s/90s) playing, TV to watch, and Vasa (red hair) there dancing to a good tune or giving a good joke to her colleagues, to entertain me while I wait to be taken to see the practitioners.I have received great care from many practitioners (chiropractor, orthopedist, general care, acupuncturist) and service has been wonderful. However, most of my visits have been for physical therapy (various issues), with Ahra. She is AMAZING and there seems to be no part of the body that she does not master; she has come up with a logical diagnostic and perfect solution for all issues that I have brought up to her. Ahras assistants who set up equipments and do initial prep for her also do a great job.RECOMMENDATIONI recommend and will continue to go back to see the practitioners. Furthermore, I have always found myself in-and-out of there very fast, less broken, and with a smile on my face.

I have gotten great comprehensive care here across various disciplines-chiro, PT, Podiatry, general medicine. Everyone is wonderful in the office, and they always run on time. Highly recommend this place.

I have only had one visit for Physical Therapy and I am already walking better and have less locking of my lower back. Ahra is amazing and I will continue to work with her toward already improved muscle function. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed that a supposed holistic doctor to whom I am turning out of desperation and trying to avoid spinal surgery, would handle me so rudely. Dr. Tress was highly recommended by a colleague, yet the woman, Mishka, who answers the phone refused to schedule me. She said that she was afraid they would not get paid since I saw another doctor under my No Fault Insurance. While they do accept my private insurance, they still refused to schedule me! I am extremely upset and saddened by this as I am really in need of a genuine holistic perspective. Too bad these practitioners prove just as greedy as the traditional doctors who are hell-bent on giving me surgery in the first place.I have seen several Network practitioners in the past and never been treated so insensitively! I am also pretty sure that I could get them in trouble for refusing to schedule me since they are in network with my private insurance company.I guess this office is just another example of marketing a trend of holistic therapy instead of a genuine interest in relieving suffering. Shame on you, Dr. Tress!!

This is the first Chiropractor that Ive been to so I dont truly have a point of comparison, but my experience has been *far* better than I expected. Background - I have a good understanding of anatomy and physiology having studied it for a couple years. Ive been going to Murray Hill Chiropractic three times a week for the past month for chiropractic care and physical therapy (about to transition from intensive to corrective care) as well as podiatry, so I feel qualified to review the service provided.Treatment - I feel great. I came in with some lower back pain that was bothering me for years, a raised shoulder (a wing), and various misalignment issues. After several visits the shoulder already looked and felt better (in line with the other shoulder), and Im standing taller and straighter with less pain. My friend who referred me feels better than ever, a friend I recently referred is already seeings results as well.Service - I feel respected and cared for. They have a philosophy of wanting to make you better; the doctors shared their personal experiences with chronic pain and serious injury and how chiropractic care helped them and motivated them to change careers. This place is a little bit like a family, they all know your name, they joke with you, and everyone is full of smiles. The other patients are respectful, mostly urban professionals.Basically a one-stop shop for chiro, physical therapy, podiatry, and acupuncture (not sure if Im missing anything).Wait times - When its not rush hour, there is no wait. Even during rush hour (noon and after work), they are efficient and very good at managing the rooms to minimize wait times, alternating between PT and Chiro, etc. If there is a small wait, there are plenty of magazines to read. The sizable waiting room doesnt get more than half full at the max. And theyre accommodating if you want to see someone else to save time if its not who you normally see.Environment - Not as swanky compared to some midtown Manhattan healthcare spots, but clean and professional. There is a sweet smell from the freshener in the mens restroom, perhaps it could be a little less strong, other than that all is good. The water cooler is always stocked with water and cups.Cleanliness - They use fresh sheets, clean towels, etc. All seems tidy as expected.Doctors/Staff - The doctors and staff are friendly and and make you feel comfortable. I usually see Dr. Tress, whos great, but Ive also had Dr. Chen and hes great as well. For PT, I see Dipthy usually but Ive also had Shraddha, Chan and Ashish, all are excellent. The Podiatrist, Dr. Sergi, knows what hes doing and is good too. With each visit I feel that I am provided personalized attention for my unique set of symptoms, which is how all health maintenance should be.Overall a great experience that Id recommend to anyone and their mothers and fathers (literally). I guess you could say I became a believer.
