Dr Lau is my cardiologist and is very attentive to my needs. He takes time to discuss my issues and take my input before decisions are made in my care and medications. The staff at the center are very efficient and professional guiding you through the visit process in a timely manner.

I was highly impressed by everything that happened to me at Chinatown Cardiology. It is a very large office but runs efficiently, where everything seems under control. The staff is highly professional, the treatment excellent, and my doctor first-rate. I highly recommend Chinatown Cardiology. It may also be worth mentioning that though I was virtually the only Caucasion in this office during my visits, I felt completely at home.

Staffs are effective and helpful. Physician was super nice and he understood my situations. Everything was on the right track. Even I was the last patient and the whole clinic treated me nicely and patiently. I also have the ultrasound scan, which were done right on the scene, the reports were immediately passed to the doctor and I was precisely diagnosed.

The staff was very welcoming, professional, friendly, helpful, prepared, knowledgeable and well-equipped. Their was absolutely no discomfort upon arrival. All in all, I felt at ease during my first visit. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a Cardiologist.

The staff who I encountered were very pleasant.I was attended to pretty fast by the Dr. The Doctor was very knowledgeable about what was taking place with me, and what test were required.

Dr Michael Liou and staff are wonderful kind caring and thoughtful. Dr always takes time to explain all procedures. He’s top notch and the care is the best!!! The office is crowded but they always make me feel like you matter— and they are courteous and try to get you in on time. Can’t say enough about this entire practice!!

Dr. Jacqueline Chan is the best she got me in and out of there quickly. Great bedside manners wish all doctors were like her.

Dr. David Lau and the staff are always professional and kind. They are always aware of my needs and preferences. Dr. Lau always takes the time to explain and answer any questions. It is always a comfortable conversation. The Sunday office hours are also a plus.

I met Dr. Lau after a traumatic event in the ER, he is helping me get more data so we know what we are dealing with regarding my condition and make a plan for the future. He was compassionate, took time to explain everything to me to make sure I understood and has really stepped in to help me navigate this new condition. It gave me a lot of confidence that I was in a safe pair of hands.

The whole experience in general was great: effective time management and smooth workflow overall; Dr. Chan (Jacqueline) is outstanding - thorough, caring and patient.

I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr. Michael C. Liou. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. He was not in a rush during the visit. The facility was run very well, the wait less than 15 minutes. It was nice to have an ultrasound on site rather than going to a different facility. I made my appointment the day before and was thrilled to be seen so quickly. The cash prices are very reasonable but I was very pleased to find out that my insurance was accepted. Thanks!

I may be a new patient to this practice but I have been accompanying my parents to this office for 20+years (Manhattan at first, then Brooklyn). The office runs very efficient. All the doctors and staffs are professional and well trained. Dr David Lau takes his time with his patients and is very knowledgeable. The wait is reasonable if you are on time for your appointment.

My dad was seen by Cardilogist Dr. Henry Siu due to urgent needs for medical clearance for kidney stone removal. The office is able to give us app. On the same day at 2pm. Dr. Henry Siu is very knowledgeable and patiently went through all the medical history and present symptoms with my dad at visit. And he even worked overtime to complete the medical clearance after the visit, so my dad can have the procedure done on time. Thank you so much Dr Siu and your team. I will recommend many friends to you.

First - I have no doubt the doctors and the rest of the team are knowledgable & are truly caring.This review falls on management -I made 2 appointments. The first was mid-day, I arrived and there was a long way despite an appointment and asked to reschedule to a morning appointment thinking I might encountered the midday rush.On the morning appointment, I arrived and it was even worse. The waiting room had nearly 20+ waiting and there was wait in the hallway. The room was small and didnt allow social distancing. I had an appointment, but base on the headcount, it would have been atleast 3 hours just be called, not to mentioned to be seem by a doctor.The true APPALLING part was the treatment of their patients, most are elderly Asians. Most do not understand English and even so cannot hear well. They were being ordered around the waiting area like livestock, be told to take a seat, but there were no seats - thats how overbooked they were. I gave up my seat after 10mins and waited another 1 hr in the hallway before leaving.It clear management cares only about $$$ and does not respect their patients time or health. Please respect the elderly, this review for them

My visit to the Chinatown Cardiology was very much as expected. There was no wait, almost right at the time with the my appointment. The staff made sure the right patient came up to them when called by confirmation of his or her birth date.Dr. David together with the staff are always professional and cordial with detailed explanations over the issues as well as procedures involved.

Dr. Jennifer Chen was absolutely amazing - patient and explains everything to you. Technicians that do diagnostic tests are also great - respectful and considerate. The wait wasn’t long as a new patient - saw the doctor, got ordered diagnostic tests that I did right there in the clinic, then in about 10 minutes or so I saw the Dr. Chen again about the results! Whole process was smooth and reasonable (in terms of time)!

I attempted to contact the office several times and even left voicemail messages on two different days. Unfortunately, no one returns my calls. Poor management service.

Its a great Cardiology and I recommend it to anyone. They explain everything in detail and I have been feeling safe about my outcome knowing that I have professionals looking over my health.

Incredible service- I would highly recommend to everyone. They were open on a 3 day holiday weekend when it was impossible to find anyone open. Their service was exceptional and their facilities incredibly clean and first-rate. Would highly recommend!!

Long wait is my only complaint. The staff was friendly. The doctor was able to explain what to expect, got test done right then and there, received results same day. Overall a good visit.

Dr. Huang is very knowledgeable and attentive. Does not prescribe me more medication or makes me do numerous test unless he feels it is absolutely necessary. Works with you to make sure you are in the right path to getting better. This location like the other one gets very busy but what doctors office isnt? The popularity of these offices show they are doing something right if patients are still going back there.

During the Covid pandemic, this faculty was poorly prepared for dealing with social distancing. They did not have any 6ft distancing protocol for patients in a 12 x 14 waiting room. I also waited over an hour from my appt. time to see the dr. I dint know what hey scheduled spots do close with other patients. I would think twice about coming here until the pandemic is over.

Even there were a lot of patients. The traffic flow was very good. The waiting time was less than half hour to see the doctor. The assistants were courteous and efficient. Dr David Lau is a great doctor and patient to explain the details of my mothers conditions to her and me. He took the time to provide care. The computerization and medical charting set up needs some improvement in terms of access, usage and ways to help patient to take advantage of why we have this computerised medical records.

I bought my mother to see a cardiologist for chest pain and abnormal EKG. Wehad a great experience there.It was supposed to be a nervous visit like other doctors appointments. However, Dr Chan made it easy and smooth and explained very well to me. The vascular tech Gulu was nice, efficient and professional.Thank you for their good care.

Although the insane crowds are jarring to deal with, ultimately the service is worth the wait and I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Lau was incredible! He was especially adept at explaining complex medical concept to me, a lay person. He took an extraordinary amount of time with me. I did not at any point feel rushed or like my questions were a nuisance. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Lau. He seems to be a phenomenal doctor.

The front Is very disorganized. I have an appt today at 11:30 and I showed up around 10:50am. After waiting for more than 1hr, it is still not my turn. When I went to check how long I needed to wait, the front guy told me that my appt was on 1:30pm. Excuse, that is my follow up appt, which is for this Saturday. I also showed him my appt note. So the front guy mixed up my appt and I need to wait for longer time.

Attentive and friendly staff super clean environment. Services are thorough and doctors take time to explain things.

Check-in took longer than expected. Had EKG and Echocardiogram in one visit and the stress test another visit. Dr. D. Lau and staff provided excellent service.

My mom is one of many patients with congenital heart defect treated by the Chinatown Cardiology. She met Dr Michael Liou first time in the beginning of 2016. Dr Liou is such a knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and caring Doctor. He carefully reviewed all my moms heart and lung condition and made referral to help my moms other health condition get proper treatment as well. He is definitely one of the best and most caring Doctor we ever met in our life. Thumbs up for Dr Michael Liou and his team!

Doctor David Lau was amazing. I took both my parents to see him as a overall checkup of the heart and their blood pressure medicAtions etc. He took his time to explain everything and did not rush us at all as the office wAs busy with other patients. Definitely recommend him.
