Casey is a truly gifted healer. When I come in with acute pain, she always finds a way to give me relief--9/10 I walk out totally pain free. The rest of the time the pain resolves itself within 24 hours. Shes helped me with injuries, sports recovery, surgery recovery, chronic stress, insomnia, and hormonal imbalances--her talents are many. I really love that she often ends her acupuncture sessions with a brief but really effective massage (not every acupuncturist goes the extra mile like that). Casey is also a patient and thoughtful listener, whose been able to pick up on irregularities with my health that escaped the attention of my primary doctor. She genuinely cares. Without fail, she has a soothing and compassionate demeanor that allows me to feel at home and to focus on my wellbeing. An added perk: her offices are beautifully decorated, super quiet, and smell like heaven (natural, essential oils. Nothing artificial/chemically!) I also really appreciate her strict hygiene and very thorough covid-safety measures, which have always made me feel super safe. I cant recommend her enough!

Casey was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be more grateful for the introduction! During our first meeting she took the time to ask questions about my health and understand why I wanted to try acupuncture. She’ll show you breathing exercises, walk you through the pressure points she’s choosing to focus on and helps you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the treatment. Casey will also work with you on your insurance needs and if you’re out of network she’ll even submit claims on your behalf (for anyone that hasn’t done this before it’s a HUGE help). Most recently I went to Casey while I was overcoming a sinus infection and also had a migraine. When the appointment was over my migraine was gone and I felt amazing! And lastly, for anyone that needs evening appointment Casey offers them which was a huge plus for me!

Casey is the best Acupuncturist Ive been to (been to three total so not a huge sample size), but shes great. What I like about her is that she does a healthy mix of both trigger point and traditional acupuncture. She also spends a good amount of time in the room with you. In our hour sessions, which sometimes run long, she spends about 20-30 minutes in the room - from my limited knowledge in the pace, this seems to be pretty rare. She cares a lot about her patients.

Remarkable healer! Casey uses a blend of techniques on an individualized basis, blending art and science. Ive been a patient of Caseys for nearly a year and a half now and could not be happier with my experience. I came to Casey after being diagnosed with PCOS, hoping she could help alleviate symptoms and get my menstrual cycle back on track, in addition to helping me find solutions to alleviate my chronic stomach pain and headaches. Not only did my menstrual cycle regulate a couple of months after bi-weekly treatments, but my stomach pain and headaches improve almost immediately post each treatment. Instead of giving me the same treatment each appt/hitting the same nerve and muscle points (which was the case with my former acupuncturist), she tailors each treatment to whats currently going on with me emotionally and physically and never ceases to improve how I feel. She also gives great recommendations for all natural supplements and holistic herbs/rubs/etc, which Ive been using religiously. I feel safe and comfortable with Casey, and feel she genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. Ive learned so much about my body and how acupuncture can drastically improve your quality of life. I will continue treatment with Casey as long as I live in NY.
