I went online for red cross to pick up an exercise bike. It also given me conformation that red cross will pick the item the next day. They never came. I waited a couple of days and canceled the order. Then I received an email stating they were out of town because of IDA. I understand but,the website shouldnt have taken any request for pickup. By the way I did sell the bike.

More volunteers needed!

My wife suffered a scalp injury from flying beads at the Mardi Gras parade which bled profusely. The Red Cross team were professional, efficient and very caring. She received a very thorough examination which foretuneatly found that no stitches were required. They also provided reassurance to a worried hubby. Many, many thanks.
