I contacted PMI well over a week ago on a property. No response until I get a message to set up a viewing. 30 Minutes before viewing I get a cancel. Terry Jackson has been a great property manager to date for our small 10-unit complex in Uptown New Orleans. Online payment of monthy HOA dues is very convenient. The condo developer had the owners dropping a check off into a mailbox in Treme. PMIs payment system is much more civilized!
