Great counseling sessions! Always work w you on your medications!

Is there a zero or negative I could give to these people. They know little about mental health or the people who are employed there. Of little or no help. God help anyone being sent here.

Other than my therapist Christy and the nurse Debbie, I would totally give them an eighth of a star. The case managers are lazy and lack concern and urgency. They truly get paid for NOTHING!!! well, at least the 5 I had. And 3 out of 4 of my therapist were horrid! 2 actually fell asleep during the session! My previous case manager would lie about getting back with me with resources. EVERY single time she called ME to ask if I needed HER for help!They dont care. They just toss meds At you you and book you for your next appointment. The lackluster the case managers show makes one want to slit their wrist...hang in there people.

So a few things. I will say the positive things about yall and the negative things also.You all did save my life at some points in my life. You all were amazing to me and went above and beyond for me. And I appreciate that. But then I started getting worse. I am bpd. So I have poor boundaries. But showing you care one moment then acting like I dont exist is not setting boundaries. I dont know what that is tbh. Another thing is the psych provider I was seeing would put me on anything I told her. Except controlled substances of course. But youre the provider. You went to school, I didnt. The case manager there just treated me like a case number. Then I hit a terrible point in my life and the closest person I had to a mother passed away. And yall were no where to be found. No support. Nothing. Thankfully I have some outside support to keep me going. Bc yall didnt care what so ever. Heather the nurse at murfreesboro location was probably the only one who knew how to do her job tbh. She set clear boundaries from the beginning but still showed she cared. Im very very disappointed in yall. Because you all were once wonderful to me but when I become sick with my mental illness. You all started treating me horribly. I know that Im a difficult case. But you cant pick and choose who yall want to help. As you working there you should care about everyone the same. As a professional, you should know the proper way to set boundaries. the therapist there has no clue what she is doing. Im sorry I had to be honest. And this happened all at the Murfreesboro location. Very very disappointed.

One of the best places to go for mental health assistance and needs. Very interactive and encouraging staff. Helped with many of my life issues for mental health.

My meds were changed for no reason and the psych did NOT explain risks. I looked them up on Google and couldnt believe she gave me something that could make me worse. They also want you to file for disability even if you dont need it so they can price gouge the govnt (tax payers)

Im still a patient here. They continuously change my case worker leaving me with someone strange and unfamiliar to me and I dont feel comfortable talking to new people. They frequently mess up my medication and do not schedule appointments regularly like they should.

My son goes to this office... If I could give this place anything under 1 star, I would. Its very difficult to get ahold of any nurse, left voice mails over and over, no response. My son gets a few months for refills but the last two visits Ive had (no refills) on his prescription...
