I have had several medical providers here and they were all excellent or at least decent but they all left within a couple appointments and for the those that were there for long enough to tell why they said they left they said they were overwhelmed. This clinic needs to figure out how to keep their medical staff before you should ever consider going here for anything but one visit

I had an issue with scheduling and getting back on proper medication. I was set on not returning to this facility but the staff reached out to me after I left and was prompt about resolving the issue and now I’m very close to being back on track. I recommend this facility to anyone.

I really love the Hope clinic I have been going there probably almost a decade. They have helped me immensely and helped my wife as well. They are dependable and flexible and I would not hesitate to continue there even if I got insurance.

Not a good place to bring your sick child to . Even if you arrive early you will still be waiting for 2 hours to be seen only to still be left waiting. Every question is about COVID as if people weren’t having stomach aches or runny noses before .

Ive had two family members attempt to get long term care for chronic medical conditions and they have received the runaround on appointments and medications. Both have been made to feel like they are at fault for both their medical and insurance situations, and like they are a burden in attempting to get care. If you have no other option and lots of time, you will eventually get a level of care, but I wouldnt expect any level of compassion. Definitely would recommend looking elsewhere.

The Hope Clinic gets me in pretty close to my appointment times. Theres an on-site pharmacy, and they also offer behavioral health services. My PCP is Dr. Willoughby, and in my opinion, hes the most fun I could have with a doctor. He really listens to my issues and really wants to address my problems.

I followed my doctor here from another clinic. Now it takes me a week to get in with infection and needing referral

I have had such a lovely experience with the Hope Clinic. Everyone from the front office workers to the providers has been courteous, caring, and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but good experiences. The front office staff has been helpful with scheduling me in a timely fashion. My provider changed and I needed a refill of my daily medication and the front office ladies worked so hard to find me the quickest appointment time. Then they talked with my new provider to make sure I had enough medication to get me to that appointment. They are always cheerful and ready to help in any way they can! Today I had an interaction with Shari, Mandy, and Tandra; they are the absolute best! They represent Hope Clinic as friendly, accommodating, and patient centered. Thank you so much to Hope Clinic for caring for our community with such integrity and grace.

If you are looking for a super super awesome doctor Mitchell Willoughby is your guy he goes above and beyond more than any doctor I have ever seen in my life he was my fathers doctor my brothers doctor then my doctor takes the time to listen and he really truly does care but some of the employees at the hope clinic probly shouldnt be working there due to their rudeness

I went in for some lab work today. Amanda was my tech to take my blood work. She made my experience great. The minute I got in the room with her she put me at ease. We laughed the whole time. I followed up with Sherry at the check out window to wrap my appointment details up. She was also so kind. She was able to answer all my questions. Sherry was very compassionate. Even with her wearing a mask I knew she was greeting me with a smile. The world needs more of people like these two caring women.

This is the third time my appointment gets canceled. And its never like I get told a day or two after I set it. Its usually after WEEKS of waiting and the day prior.After taking off from work and having coworkers change their schedule. One had to reschedule their own doctors visit because I was having an appointment on that same day.Sike! That appointment never happened.

The Hope clinic’s mission statement is as follows:“The Primary Care and Hope Clinic serves as a medical home for uninsured and underserved patients in Middle Tennessee, regardless of their ability to pay. Through the consistent delivery of preventative, acute, chronic and behavioral health services, the clinic ensures that patients receive the care they need to get healthy and stay healthy.”This being stated, I called this morning (12/14/2020) trying to set up an appointment for my father-in-law who is uninsured and I was told that he would have to see someone in financial services and it would be 01/29/2021 before our case could be evaluated and it would be 3 weeks or longer after that to see the doctor!This clinic is a non profit that receives federal and state funding as well as public donations, but won’t serve the public? The opening sentence in their mission statement claims that they serve as “ a medical home for uninsured and underserved patients in Middle Tennessee.” 3 months for an uninsured person to see a doctor at a 501c nonprofit clinic is unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint.

The staff here is exceptional. Very little waiting, very friendly & professional. They return calls in a timely manner & their phlebotomist is excellent.

Was running late and called. Told to be at office no later than 20 mins after appointment. Arrived exactly at that time and was told I was already marked no show and they werent sure if the dr had left. In addition, they double-billed BCBS and wont refund my money. They said Ill continue to have a credit.

Been going here for a long time and always feel taken care of.

I spend time with my NP and don’t feel rushed. Even if it is near the end of the day I felt comfortable receiving my care. Exceptional. Environment is very clean and organized.

I asked for as close to a holistic Doctor as I could get because I am trying to avoid taking chemical medicines. The Doctor the have assigned me is great!

This clinic helap the community as well as their patients .They have their own pharmacy an they charge based household income. If you need care they dont provide then they will find someone that does an set you up to see them. One of the greatest medical facility I have been toI have as my son does a wonderfully doctor an nurse .They do good work an have time to talk to you .not just run in the room one way an out the other way.

First time visit was nothing but paperwork and setting up further appointments. Maybe next appointment well get all the paperwork done and set more important appointments to make other appointments to do paperwork to insure they get paid by my insurance. These are the important things. Insurance that comes out of my retirement check must pay for a visit to pay for an appointment that I had to drive over a hour to fill out paperwork or I may actually get upset and change my plan next open season.

They take great care of my mother. It is very hard to find a doctor that is concerned about you as a person, and not just as an insurance claim. They are very patient, caring, and professional. Most of all... they know what they are doing.

Amazing people. Ashley Creager is one of the best nurse practitioners I know. She is the kindest and loving person who cares so much about her job and helping people. The nurse is amazing. Everyone is amazing. I love yall. Thank you!!

Already reviewed but will do so again. Non profit. Great care. Pharmacy there also, with much lower prices than most places. They have taken great care of me, and others I know. 4 stars because their back office is not all it could be. Many billing problems and insurance claims require resolution. But 5 stars for all the practitioners.

Wonderful staff, truly care about patients. They work with you if you dont have insurance and offer sliding scale payments as low as $20 depending on income. They also offer discounted prescriptions which is incredible. Chloe the psych nurse practitioner is one of the few practitioners Ive worked with that really cares and gets to know her patients. They also work with a couple local dentists to get you incredibly cheap dental cleanings. I can not recommend this clinic enough.

I love this place and have been going here for years. There are several doctors here who are all caring and amazing. They also have a great sliding scale fee chart for those without insurance.

I think Google is not keeping up. I already reviewed them on their own survey to me. But will give them the highest rating because they have taken very good care of me. They also now have a pharmacy with much better prices on many of my meds. Non profit organization. Also can help with insurance problems and Medicare and Medicaid. Sorely needed, and much appreciated.

The people here are all wonderful. After 17 years with a Dr who made me feel devalued and like I was only there to pay their bills, this clinic has been amazing.

Amazing place! I highly recomend tgus place if you have no insurance. They have a plan and deal based on income and have their own pharmacy.

They treat you with consideration and compassion. Appointments are easy to get. Sliding scale fees based on income. I was desperately ill and uninsured my first visit and they fit me in with a financial counselor to establish my fee schedule and with a doctor the same day because I needed help. Highly recommended. Note that they do not prescribe any sort of opioid medication including cough syrup. They do provide good , affordable care and very reasonable prescription prices all based on income. Id go back even though Im now insured again.

This place is fine if it’s your only option. I have gone a couple of times for mental health and 100% would recommend going somewhere else for that. I have had bad experiences with the psychiatric nurse disregarding my side effects to medications (saying multiple times they were not side effects even though they started after taking the medication and they were listed as side effects that came with the medication itself). My therapist was terrible and actually made things much worse than beforehand. She seemed to refuse to believe I had the mental disorder I was diagnosed with by the psychiatrist and was very surprised and seemed upset that I was not surprised and actually agreed with my diagnosis. She was also very dismissive. It’s very fine for general “I have a cold or flu” doctor visits but I would not recommend going for any type of therapy or mental health help.

I love the Hope Clinic! The nurses are always friendly! And I wont get into my Dr, Dr Angela Crague! Shes the best Dr Ive ever had! She listens to me and her door is always open for conversation! She always show genuine concern for my health and well being!

Lorri has very little compassion & understanding for the patients of PCHC and makes me want to seek other care after 20 years of commitment to the clinic.

Great staff. They certainly take care of you and they are easy to work with. Fully satisfied with the care I receive here.

Wonderful caring physicians.

Im really unhappy with the way things run at this clinic. For starters, the women in the front office area are often rude, condescending, and lazy. They cannot be trusted to give accurate information about anything going on at the clinic. Each one of them will give you a totally different answer to a question. Often Ill be told that theyll have to ask someone about a question of mine and that theyll call me when they have the answer. Do they actually call? NO! They are unbelievably disorganized, make you feel unwelcome, and could care less about you as a patient.Originally I was a patient of Dr. Johnson and can honestly say he is a good man and a good doctor that I will exempt from the low rating I gave this facility. Hes the only decent professional Ive encountered working at this place. However, I was shifted from his care to another doctor when I gained insurance and it was a nightmare from that point on. I was told by this doctor that I had a disease that I thought was so unlikely I actually had that I immediately started trying to find another opinion. Sure enough, the second opinion I got revealed absolutely ZERO evidence of this disease. I also saw one nurse practitioner that blatantly lied to my face and caused me a lot of hassle and headache I didnt need.If you have any other options besides this clinic, please dont waste your time coming here. All they will do is drain your time, your wallet, and your sanity.

Its ok. Sometimes the staff is amazing, one time there was a horrible rude receptionist but i havent seen her there in a while. Sometimes you have to see another doctor cause your doctor is booked or not in that day. Some of the doctors are amazing, but a couple of the Doctors and a few of their nurses need to go back to school Ive been given some really bad advice a couple times by a nurse. There has only been one really useless doctor there that i have met, the rest are pretty great.

This is a good place to get your health care needs, taken care of.

The place seems a little dirty thats unsanitary. When I went to get my paragard I was hurted so bad not even when I had my twins I was hurted so bad. After they place it they just told me to go back in there months but didnt give me an exact date I missed the appointment, a few weeks later I made another appointment and I missed it because job changed my schedule last minute and I had to work, so I called to reschedule and the receptionist went off on me telling me that I should let them know ahead of time if I need to cancel an appointment. Really? So they didnt gave me a date to go back but its my fault? Or what am I supposed to do if my job didnt told us about the schedule change? Smh not going back to this place again.

Have had decent experience with PCP but PLEASE do not waste your time going here for behavioral health. I’ve never felt so belittled or degraded by someone who claims to be a professional on mental health.

The doctors Ive seen arent very caring for their patients. But the phlebotomist is the best in Murfreesboro!! She is sweet and amazing!! They need doctors that care about their patients. They could learn from the nurses or phlebotomist...

Always takes them forever to answer the phone. They told me Id reached my insurance deductible, then the next time I went for an appointment they said I had a past due balance, plus the co-pay for that day as well. I was homeless at the time and they were expecting me to pay close to $80. Their front desk is uncaring at best. The office manager makes excuses when people complain about waiting upwards of 20 minutes on the phone just to try to make an appointment. Ive called in the morning, Ive called in the afternoon. It doesnt matter when you call, youre always waiting on the phone for at least 15-20 minutes.

This place is a joke. My husband with COPD, has pneumonia and cant get them to call back for an appointment for over a week. Hope their malpractice is up to date. Although, like everything else they do, probably not.
