I am always on time for my appointment, yet Madison always overbooks herself causing hours of wait time past your booked appointment. I assume this is to squeeze every dollar out of her practice. There are also other strange money grabby systems in place all throughout the practice, costs to fill out basic medical forms, unreasonable fees to reschedule, costs beyond co pays that have yet to be explained, mystery vitamins for sale and different cosmetic shots and procedures pushed and prodded at you every appointment. The staff do not wear masks anymore and an entire cool sculpting suite has been set up just to grab another dollar. Not to mention she is always pregnant or has a baby strapped to her as she examines you. If there were better options immediately available in the midst of the pandemic I would transfer in a hearteat.

Am so grateful to have found such a perfect and wonderful place for health care! Madison is beautiful inside and out! The atmosphere, every single person who works there is kind and caring. I always leave in a great mood just by being around such an amazing atmosphere and amazing people!

Madison and her staff are the most professional you’ll find. That being said, they are so very caring and listen, yes listen, to what you have to say. Professionalism, caring, and listening. I love it here!! The office staff are great, the nurses are wonderful and Dr Madison is amazing and truly cares about her clients...you can tell she cares because she ACTUALLY listens to your concerns and not just run unnecessary tests or assume. Thats hard to find now days

Absolutely horrendous. Waited over an hour for my appointment. Rude and dismissive staff; terrible attitudes. Two hours just to get a prescription refill.
