Excellent staff. Very relaxed, comforting environment. All the ladies absolutely adored my baby girl and were so helpful during the whole process. 100% recommend!

Love love love this office! All of the staff are super friendly. They schedule you with the same hygienist each time. I love this. So many other offices put you with a different hygienist each time. 90% or more of my visit is with the hygienist so it’s nice to have the same continuity as you would with the dentist. They are also AMAZING with children. Most children don’t want to go to the dentist. When I tell my child that he is going, he jumps up and down with joy. I 100% recommend them!

When I tell you the customer service is above and beyond it’s that and more. The staff so polite, courtesy and work at a level of Excellence. The Dentist Dr. Songstad is absolutely Amazing, although he expressed his expert opinion, he explained the issue, and he gave me options to allow me to decide, now that is a Hard 10 exceptional service. He was courteous, compassion, and was honest. I am loving this place and for me to give a 5 star, it has to be High level top Quality, because I rarely give 5 Stars. You looking for Exceptional and Excellent service, look no further.

Everyone here, the receptionists, the x-ray tech and the dentists were all very knowledgeable, kept me informed during the procedures, which I like, and they were also very nice, AND professional. Most places drop the ball on one of those, but not here. I would recommend them to anyone , and of course Three Rivers Family Dentistry is where I will be going from here on out. We are so gratefully for the wonderful staff and dentists today! My 16yo son had broke his front tooth while playing baseball last night. He had recently got his braces off at another place, we tried to go to multiple dentists today to no avail. As a new patient and under a huge time constraint today, they got him in, fixed his tooth and he had a bit of time to spare before heading to a college baseball camp that had been planned for months. His tooth looks great and we definitely plan to be back for all our families future dental visits!!!

On a Saturday morning, my wife’s crown popped off while she was flossing. She called Three Rivers Family Dentistry for help. Since she wasn’t in pain, the team scheduled an office visit for her first thing Monday morning. Dr. Connolly replaced her crown quickly and painlessly. Thank you Dr. Connolly and your team for excellent, friendly service!

All of the staff is great, very professional and relatable. They are ALWAYS very quick, you barely can sit down in the waiting room for 5 minutes. Never have to wait in the room for them to get started.. very efficient..The equipment is up to date as well, there are TVs in the room. All and all, it makes for a very pleasant fast experience! Would highly recommend.

I was seen by the oral surgeon, Dr. Songstad, he truly went above and beyond. He explained everything in a manner that I was able to understand my complete treatment as well as my teatment options. He took his time was patient not only answered my questions, but my mothers as well.. He was patient, courteous,respectful, and I was treated with dignity. I highly recommend this dentist facility, honestly I should say family. They are always so nice and professional, from the reception to going back and seeing the dentist. I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I drove 57 minutes one way to that appointment with Lacy today 8/5/21. I arrived 10 minutes early. After Lacy took my x-rays she proceeded to tell me that she didnt have time for my cleaning. I said that is the appointment I made and that is why I came here. She said sorry, I dont have time, I am already working through my lunch but we can reschedule you. With my dental insurance about to expire, I did not have the luxury of rescheduling. So Three Rivers Family Dentistry has my x-rays, my insurance will pay them and I received absolutely nothing. I will not return and suggest if you are considering this dentistry, be aware you may not receive what you went in there for. Extremely disappointed.

I have been going to three rivers for over 5 years (maybe more). The atmosphere is so welcoming and calm. I’ve never had a bad experience. Dr. Connelly is wonderful and each hygienist that I have had has been great. Definitely recommend them to anyone and ask for either Lacy, Amy, or Angela. You won’t be disappointed!

The visit today wwent great. The dentist fitted my partial, taking his time to make sure it fitted perfectly. I was satisfied, so was he. Now the final step will be forthcoming in a few days and I will have my partial. I recommend Three River Family Dentistry very highly. The person who recommended this dentist to me was overly satisfied as well.

SO......The care here is good, yet today I was ready to walk out as soon as I walked in. The reason for this is the dentist wrote a letter and was posted at the check-in counter about him incentivizing anyone who takes the Fauci Ouchie (Vaccine). He is giving a $2500 check (from his own pocket) and $5000 of dental work for those who got the vaccine.Discrimination???? If one wants to get the vaccine, that is their choice, but to openly push and incentivize others to get it, we are NOT ok with this.

Great experience. My hygienist Amy made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Shes kind and considerate, did a thorough job, and was happy to answer any questions. In my initial visit, she was straightforward and detailed about the recommended work and how much I could expect to pay out of pocket. She kept the main light off in the room and gave me tinted glasses, so the lights didnt bother me like they have at other offices. The rooms have TVs which is helpful to focus on, and my appointment started on time. Couldnt be more pleased with my experience.

Amazing! Dr. Connolly was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is really friendly and did everything in their power to help me and make sure I was taken care of. Today was my first appointment at Three Rivers after swapping dentists, and I can safely say this is the best dentist experience I’ve had in a long time! Angela was super sweet and explained every part of the cleaning and my x-rays to me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The staff was really friendly too which goes a long way when you get nervous going to the dentist! 10/10 experience would definitely recommend!

I came into this facility loving the energy and positivity so early in the morning! It was exciting to go into a new dentist’s office. We had spoken over the phone several times before my appointment so I felt comfortable automatically when I came in for my appointment.However, this immediately changed when I came in and stood in line to check in. I was not greeted upon entry, the young girl at the front desk didn’t want to even make eye contact, which gives a negative vibe in itself but I stayed because she may have just been busy…so I thought…I am called in no time to be seen by a pregnant D.A., in the very very back room. We passed several other empty spaces. Once again, I didn’t let this bother me even though this is a patterned behavior.So upon speaking to the D.A., she started to tell me that they may not be able to clean my teeth today because they may not have “time” and I may have periodontal disease. I immediately knew what this was at this point. I WAS NOT WELCOMED. I’ve never been to a dentist that has told me that they may not be able to do a ROUTINE CLEANING on my teeth, BEFORE THEY CHECKED THEM, because I may have PERIODONTAL disease!!!!! I know I do not have any diseases because I have no symptoms, not even the slightest, I am a naturalist and I keep myself in good health; I just wanted to been seen because it had been two years. I told her well that’s really the main reason I came in because I now have insurance to do so; she proceeded to say well if you need to reschedule or go somewhere else that’s okay. I just can’t guarantee that we will do a cleaning today. I was blown away that she presented those option to me before I presented them to her. I told her I’m starting to feel unwelcomed so I’m just going to go. She simply said okay, nothing in relation to good customer service. I went toward the front to ask if my insurance had been charged. I was ignored the first two times I said excuse me, then one girl quickly told me no and that was literally the last thing said to me.Needless to say, this was very disappointing because I’m absolutely polite at all times. I just wish they had presented themselves a little better so that every would feel welcomed, even though we all know what this is…its 2021 but some people are still living in the 1700’s apparently…on to the next….I just wanted to share this experience.P.S.- I cannot hear your apology. You threw the rocks and hid your hands as a whole. I’m sure you are aware that this doesn’t suffice. Hopefully you can encourage and promote actual change instead of negative CX service experiences with this feedback. Thank you.

It should never take 4 hours to do a root canal. The tooth that a root canal was done on didn’t even need a root canal. The tooth that did need a root canal was not done and now I can’t even bite into anything without a lot of pain. When trying to get the problem resolved, Lindsey the receptionist just states that I have to wait a week before being seen. I had to go a whole week not being able to eat without excruciating pain. I have never had a dentist office in Murfreesboro make me wait a week. I have lived here for 22 years. This is what the growth of this town is turning into.

Three Rivers Family Dentistry is absolutely the best for all dental needs! I’ve never had the best teeth. On top of that, I have put my dental needs off for years at a time because of the cost of it all. I just had a Root Canal by them, which is the third one they have done for me, and I scheduled my next 2 appointments and I am thoroughly excited for them!They have worked with my insurance to make sure everything that can be covered is. They have drawn out a plan to get my mouth to where it should be. On top of that- they do not shame you for where you are within your dental care. They assess where you are and what needs to be done, and they do not price gouge! Oh- they help those who have anxiety/fear of the dentist too!They are the best family dental office I have ever been to!

I’m always anxious to go to the dentist, even more when it’s a new one. My first experience with Three Rivers Family Dentistry was wonderful. COVID checks were done before the appointment and employees were all in masks. Angela completed my x-rays and exam and she was so kind and walked me through everything she did so I felt comfortable. At the end of my visit, Megan was also friendly and informative as she talked me through my treatment plan. 5/5 recommend and thank you to everyone who made my visit less scary.

I am pregnant and going through the nausea/vomiting/increased gag reflex of the first trimester so I was nervous about going to the dentist but she was SO gentle and very sweet checking in on me the whole way through. Always an awesome experience here at Three Rivers. Staff is friendly and they are very efficient. Have had three visits there and each time I was in a chair at my appointment time. No extra waiting which is important since I am in for early morning appointments before work. It’s pretty darn cool they have TV’s on the ceiling so you can watch during your cleaning or service. Hygienist does a great job being thorough and gentle during the cleaning.

I’ve been a patient here for the past 3 years and not only is my denial hygienist Lacy phenomenal, so is the entire staff. From the receptionist to Dr. Connolly, I am always treated with care and respect. They do a wonderful job communicating and accommodating their patients I’m also pleased with the quality of my cleanings as well as the knowledge provided to keep my teeth and gums healthy.

Best. Dentistry. Ever. I’m almost positive they’ve cured 90% of the PTSD I had from a previous dentist. The whole practice was so kind and caring during my root canal today. They definitely gained a client for life after being so good with me today.

Never go to this dentist I broke my crown in October went through 2 replacements the worst temp teeth I’ve ever seen, to be told I will get a check in the mail refunded for the crown they would not be able to fix.. wouldn’t be so bad if I hadn’t went through 3 months of temporary replacements that were defective.. save your self so much trouble it may cost a lil more but any other dentist is better

I had fillings done against my better judgement. I wasn’t having any pain so I asked several times before scheduling if it was necessary. I ended up getting them, and it was almost 2.5 hours of work. Why did it take so long? I’ll tell you because they caused me to need a root canal. I’ve been in constant pain and the only thing they offered was to get a root canal because now all of sudden I have an exposed nerve. I’m miserable and I’m terrified to go back. On top of everything else, I also left with scabbed lips from the dryness of my lips and force used on my mouth. When I told the assistant that I was in pain during the procedure, she assured me it was just pressure. I’m so mad at myself for trusting them. Please think before letting them perform any work on you. It’s all about money. Please get a second opinion. I would have given them zero stars if google would allow it. Run!

Ok, I recently relocated to Murfreesboro and was a little apprehensive about finding a new dental office. (Very apprehensive) I spent hours going through google reviews and looking up the dental staff for each location. When visiting Three Rivers Family Dentistry Monica honestly made this experience over the top! She was warm and took the time to answer all of my questions. Trusting anyone with your health is serious, especially during these times. When it seems everyone is in a rush to get you in and out, she was patient and intentional, which was truly refreshing. Dr. Connolly seemed to have very light hands and a sense of humor, which was nice. I have another visit scheduled and will update my review!
