I have always had a dental phobia. Dr. Spivey and his nurses are excellent communicators and caregivers. My procedure and what to expect were discussed thoroughly, and they answered all the questions I had—with wonderful patience. My sinus lift was done without problem, and I was told I would have 24/7 access to Dr. Spivey should any complications develop before my two-week follow-up. I recommend this group 100%. Competence, skill and wonderful communication skills. I couldn’t ask for more.

Dr. Spivey determined he could not guarantee success of my implant without adding more bone material. Trusting his judgement and experience I didn’t hesitate to agree. Absolutely amazing place of business. They were in network with my insurance so my dentist recommended them to me. I saw Dr. Fahey to have my wisdom teeth removed. Me being 22 I didnt really know where to go, so I went kind of on a whim and based on reviews. They really hold up to the reviews. Around 30 minutes my wisdom teeth were taken out and my healing process began. Havent ran into any issues with the healing. The staff were very clear on communication and very professional. I would recommend anyone, especially those that need their wisdom teeth removed, to stop by or give them a call!

I went to have my X-ray and consultation in regard to my wisdom teeth extraction and was able to schedule surgery around a week later. I had been having sinus issues days prior, so I rescheduled with zero hassle. Dr. Fahey performed the surgery and Ms. Rachel assisted. There were no complications. They were all very swift in action and seemed to genuinely care for my well being. Dr. Fahey is incredibly gentle and knows exactly how to talk to those seeking help. Great experience. Fractured a tooth and had to under go an extraction with a bone graft. Then dental work for an implant. Absolutely no pain. No infection or other complications. I have always had issues with my teeth and have had multiple root canals, crowns and implants over the years in multiple different offices depending on where we lived at the time. I always dread having work done because of the pain during and following a procedure. A few weeks ago I had a broken tooth removed with an implant and bone graft placed by Dr. Spivey. I have never been afraid of the dentist until recently. I grind my teeth and it has caused damage to several of my teeth. I had seen a dentist prior to Dr. Spivey and on two separate events I had to have molars pulled by another local dentist. The first one got infected and had me in pain for over a week. The second one I developed a dry socket and suffered for almost a month. A third tooth broke and I had to have this one pulled. I just could not bring myself to go back to that dentist. After careful research I chose Dr. Spivey and I do not regret it. He recommended and I agreed to be sedated as I was having so much anxiety over the whole procedure. It has been over 24 hours since he pulled my tooth (all that was left was the roots) and I have not been in pain at all. He also shared more care recommendations that I was not made aware of with the prior dentist and I feel this also could have had major impact on the healing of my prior dental work. I highly recommend Dr. Spivey and his office. He is very informative and his staff is extremely patient and caring. I also was very impressed on how serious they are taking in keeping their office clean and in working to prevent the Spread of Covid. Thank you Dr. Spivey for making this extraction go so smooth and ready to get my implants in.

Great office staff and Dr Spivey helped ease my concerns about starting the dental implant process. Office and treatment rooms create a calm and relaxing environment, to complement the caring service provided by everyone I have talked with.

We took our eight-year daughter for the extraction of four teeth she had great fear and anxiety. From the time we arrived in the office thee staff was very friendly, professional working hard to make her feel at ease. Dr. Spivey was very gentle with her and took time to explain the entire procedure so she could understand. On the day of the procedure the staff and Doctor went out of their way to ensure my daughter was comfortable and never felt any pain. We received a call later that day from the staff to check on her and the Doctor call the following day to ensure my daughter was fine. These personal touches are not necessary but show this doctor and his staff truly care.

I recently had my upper wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Fahey. It was a great experience considering how much I hate going to the dentist or having dental work done. All the staff there was great and Dr. Fahey answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I will also add that my lower wisdom teeth were removed by Dr. Spivey in 2018. That experience could not have gone any better also. Dr. Spivey was great and staff was equally great. I am very pleased my dentist referred my to Dr. Spivey and Dr. Fahey’s practice. I also got in the day after the consult visit due to a cancellation on my upper extraction. So it was fast. I gladly give a 5 Star rating as nothing could of gone any better with both experiences.

I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff. Dr. Spivey did such a good job fixing everything after a car accident that knocked out several teeth. He worked me in on the day of the wreck and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. His staff is incredibly sweet and helpful as well.

Absolutely frustrating to work with for insurance- I had to call them multiple times and ask them to file with my medical because they only filed with my dental which of course denied it until medical turned it down - all the while trying to bill me - I finally received my final statement and they are still charging me a amount that does not add up to what they quoted me to begin with - all they kept saying was well this wasn’t included , and this wasn’t included even though I paid $981 before they even started - they are only out for money & can not even explain what they are billing for- stay away!!!

I had to have 5 teeth removed and Dr. Spivey did EVERYTHING he promised he would do. Im really sensitive to pain and I felt NO pain at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Spivey for all your oral surgery needs. I would also recommend asking for Exparel after the surgery because it numbs the gums for 72 hours and with the Exparel I felt ABSOLUTELY 💯 👌 NO pain after the surgery. I would highly recommend the Exparel after the surgery.

Waited 50 minutes after my appointment time it seems that they forgot me unless the staff knows you dont expect that you will be happy . I am a vet who had no insurance and needed relief but was left out of their attention. I was told that they would call me but no call .

Dr. Spivey is incredible. I had a bad experience with a different dental office where despite repeated attempts, they couldnt get me numb for an extraction. Thats basically the plot of a Steven King novel. Nightmare. Today I went in, got nitrous for the first time, was chatted up the whole time by a very nice staff member, and when he came in he said lets take a look. He pulled and pushed a few times and out came the problem tooth. IN 45 SECONDS! UNBELIEVABLE! This is skill and competence on the highest level. I am writing this the night after the extraction. Barely any discomfort let alone pain. Im rating them 5 stars because I cant rate them 6.

I had my wisdom teeth removed, 2 of which were impacted. Dr. Spivey was excellent and the surgery was very timely. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and usually hate everything about it! However, Dr. Spivey and his staff were extremely pleasant and very caring. They did everything in their power to ensure that I was informed of everything and that all of my worries were reassured. The surgery itself took 45 minutes and I woke up feeling absolutely no pain. The staff were very helpful in assisting me to my ride and Dr. Spivey even called to check in on me after only a few hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!!!

As someone who suffers with fairly severe anxiety any dental procedure can be a nightmare. Ive had nothing but great experiences with Dr Spivey. HOWEVER, my last visit was with Dr Shaefer to have an abscessed tooth extracted. He numbed me up and told me if I feel any sharp pain to let him know so he can give me another shot. Everything was perfectly fine while he was pulling the tooth. I felt no pain. Once the tooth was out he just had to clean it out and then stitch me up. When he started cleaning and digging around I felt every second of it! This was the most painful dental experience Ive ever had in my life. With the tools in my mouth I was unable to verbally say anything so instead I made a bunch of noises. I was also flinching in my chair because of the pain. It was so bad I was sweating bullets and making faces I can only imagine have never been seen before. Dr. Schaefer and his assistant did not hesitate to keep going nor did they asked if I was okay! When it was done my anxiety was through the roof. I walk to the front counter to pay and couldnt stand still. Once I got to my car I ended up having an anxiety attack in the parking lot! And just to top it off, doctor Shaefer never called to see how I was doing after the surgery. Its like he knew (how could he not!??). Dr Spivey would always call within a couple days to see how I was doing. Only go here to see Dr. Spivey!

I cant say enough about Dr. Spivey, Dr. Hollis and their staff. My son had his wisdom teeth extracted this past Monday by Dr. Spivey. Dr. Spivey called us to check on my son two days after the surgery and even left his cell number. Today (the day after Thanksgiving) my son developed symptoms of a dry socket (which is pretty common). We called the office and spoke to the answering service who had Dr. Hollis call us. He met us right away at the office to give my son medicine to help with the pain. He was so pleasant and never once acted put out that he had to come in for us. We have had nothing but a positive experience all the way around. Even the staff is great. Always friendly and professional. Im bringing my other son in for surgery in December. I would recommend either physician to anyone! Top notch group of folks!

The Surgeon was fine, but the billing is a headache. They missed our estimated out of pocket expense by nearly $300. I dont understand how you can tell someone that they will only have to pay $350 and insurance will cover the rest and then 2 weeks after the surgery charge them $300 MORE.

Rivetingly Awful service unless they know you personally. Was made to wait for an appointment 40 plus minutes past time and didn’t get helped until waiting room was empty and everyone else before me went. Office was almost closed at this point. Then come to find out one day before follow up surgery appointment they also can’t even distinguish the difference between “Tricare” and “Delta” when they originally first took insurance information. Will not recommend to anyone ever I know unless maybe they’re close friends with someone in this office. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and effort.
