It is about a 45 minute drive for me to get to this location. I’ve made it numerous times and will continue to gladly make the drive for this level of care. The staff is always SO kind and professional. They are absolutely amazing with my two young kids. It’s not easy to give a 1- year old and a 4-year old a COVID and RSV test and they always leave my kids smiling. They are fast, efficient, clean, and absolutely lovely. Thank you!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at any immediate care. The unprofessional & unorganized staff had me waiting 4 hours to get in. When I first went there she did explain there were a few people ahead of me. I told her if it was going to be too long she can call me when they were almost ready and I would come back. The assistant told me that I should just sit and wait in my car to be called and should not leave. I could have went to Indiana and back in the amount of time I waited just to be called into there. So then I could wait for probably another hour till so or would actually give me any sort of answers. I am so furious, thanks for wasting all my time! You’ll never see me again.

All the 5 star reviews must have come in after the breakfast break. My husband got here an hour after osf opening. He was left in the waiting area for over an hour while he could see staff getting their coffee and talking about what they where having for breakfast. Im pretty sure this should be done prior to opening. He finally left after 1 1/2 hours. No one was being taken in back? OSF needs to take the urgent out of their name.

Impressive and outstanding care! As soon as my daughters and I walked into the clinic we were greeted by a friendly staff member and walked into a room. Shortly after, we were attended by two wonderful ladies- first Tina, and then Victoria. Both ladies attending my daughters were very kind and personable- they both addressed any questions and concerns I had and explained in detail.

Efficient. clean. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Love having nurse practitioners on staff with wonderful bedside manner. Officially changing facilities from Morris Hospital.

Staff was outstanding. Met us at the door clearly ready to help us , not just going through the motion. We will make this our go to for urgent care going forward!!!

Not sure who is putting positive reviews about this place. Probably paid for by the company. If I could attach video I would, as I recorded my experience here including being belittled, called a liar, and yelled at by the physician. May I add that she also ripped paperwork out of my hands without permission. Again, all on video. Extremely unprofessional practice, if nothing is done about this you will be watching the video through well known media outlets.You call yourselfs medical professionals, but walk out of a patients room gossiping and laughing at them with each other. Wow! I’m actually at a loss for words. I do hope someone will be in contact before I greatly escalate the situation.

I was driving out of town and forgot my medicine for motion sickness at home. I called ahead and spoke with staff about the issue and they were very helpful and scheduled me for an appointment over the phone. I arrived for my 1 o’clock appointment, was greeted at the door, screened for symptoms and immediately brought to one of the suites. The Care Guide that checked me in was just wonderful. She had a great combination of kindness, efficiency, and a sincere concern for my well being. The medical provider, Heather, was outstanding. She listened to my concerns, got my medical history, and made a recommendation for Zofran. She was not only able to get my a dose of medicine in clinic, but was able to prescribe and dispense my medication from the clinic. Not only was I out in under 30 minutes, but I had my medication in hand saving me a trip to the pharmacy. Just a wonderful experience and a great addition to the Morris community.

On Friday Sep. 3rd I went to OSF URGO Ottawa because I had an allergic reaction to something, that I didn’t know, I advised my face was swelling fast and that my throat was getting scratchy and hadn’t had a reaction like this before. Also said my breathing was ok but hard to swallow. Was advised by the front desk clerk that they had a 3 hour wait and couldn’t help at this time. I left because I didn’t know what else to do. By the time I arrived at OSF URGO in Morris, and advised them of what was going on and what had happened, they immediately brought me back and got me a steroid shot and with in minutes, I was able to breathe and my throat, though still somewhat “itchy” and my bp went down., felt so much better. For someone who has never had that kind of reaction, it was scary. I just want to thank APN Mucci and the staff there for taking care of me. Truly amazing staff there. You are the hero’s every day not just for me!

I was seen at OSF OnCall for my back pain and could not have been happier with my care. Chenise, Caitlin, Tina, Angela and Susan all took part in my visit and were caring, compassionate and efficient. Thank you all for providing great services when I needed it.

I had heard good things about this location but was completely disappointed by the behavior of the employees. The nurses and the nurse practitioner had horrible, uncalled-for, aggressive attitudes. I’m hoping they just had a rough and long day and that this isn’t how they normally behave. I was required to receive a rapid test from my company, that recommended I attend this location to receive the test, based on a COVID close contact. They explained that their protocol doesn’t allow testing without symptoms, which I can appreciate and respect, but the tone and attitude of both the nurse and the nurse practitioner in response to this was completely unnecessary. I wasn’t combative, I was confused and calmly asking questions - considering this was the location I was referred to by my company nurse.Everyone is tired... everyone is stressed... there’s a lot going on with everyone in our community. We appreciate health workers for everything they do and I understand the position you’re in by testing and interfacing with positive individuals all day... but have a little kindness and compassion, especially when folks are just asking questions and trying to understand.

The entire staff was phenomenal. Our 4 year old fell out of a trampoline and broke his arm. The tears stopped halfway through our visit and he felt completely comfortable with everyone. Even to get the xray without mom or dad! I could not be more thankful

You would think it takes someone of intellect when considering a position in the medical field, more so empathy and compassion. Laura, I believe her name is, is extremely ill-mannered and lacks social etiquette. Employees are supposed to represent their companies, and I firmly believe that some of the ladies there are unaware of their own ignorance. Makes me wonder how they slithered their way past a hiring manager.

We love the staff at OSF URGO in Morris! The employees are kind and compassionate. They work well together, and the few times I have brought my kids for treatment (7 & 5), they have always talked TO them while treating them. Today we were there for a smashed finger in a door. They worked well with my daughter, taking breaks when their treatment was hurting (stinging while cleaning and glueing wounds) and talking with her explaining what they were doing and why. They also engaged her in conversation to take her mind off of what was going on and even wiped her tears. Top notch in my book!We did have a longer visit today; however, it was beyond the control of the staff in Morris. We were waiting for the radiology report.

Came here because i had cut my thumb open with a steak knife and they glued my cut up and i was in and out of there within 45 mins. The staff was very nice and caring, would definitely go here again if there was a minor emergency!

My son got sick and all the Urgent care were closed near me so I happened to find the Morris location. Everyone was very nice, always asked if we needed anything like a drink of water. The Dr she was so nice, concerned about my son symptoms. Never felt rushed at all. Thank you to all who dealt with my son.Great job!!

During these crazy times the professionals at OSF made me feel at ease. Friendly and thorough. Very clean and up to date facility!

Came here three times for assistance with my ear. Finally after the third time they gave me a recommendation for an ENT. I have to drive over an hour to get here so that’s 6 hours and then wait time. I still have pain in my ear. Nice people not qualified to treat any ear issues should provide recommendations/referrals sooner rather than later as this is going on two months now.

These girls are awesome! Easy, quick, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Came here for my covid-19 test. My work told me I needed to be seen to return. My insurance allowed me to go here for a free covid test plus it was very close to my house compared to anywhere else. They were good when i showed up and got my testing done. Now Im asking for a note regarding my negative covid test and they wont give me a single note. I asked to be seen so I can atleast get released and yet NOTHING. Now im sitting over at morris hospital with ANOTHER covid test having to be out of work LONGER. And to the blonde woman behind the front counter today laughing at me over needing to go to morris hospital your the most disrespectful immature person Ive met and I hope you lose your job. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND I ASSURE YOU I WOULDNT GO HERE EITHER. No wonder the parking lot is always empty.

Brought my son in for his flu shot. Laura and Donna were kind and very fast! We were in and out in 5 minutes! After his shot my son was given a popsicle and he left smiling. Thank you!

The doctor Rhonda is EXTREMELY rude and I have absolutely no idea why they would let someone like her hold a job!! The only thing she cared about was getting me out the door as fast as she could. I went to another urgent care and they found out what was wrong and treated me! If you care about your health do not waste your time here!!!

I called to make sure I could walk in with my daughter. When I got there, they actually walked up and already knew who I was. The nurses and doctor were extremely nice and friendly. I will continue to go here when needed.

Took my son here. We had an appt, and were greeted quickly and taken to a room in a good amount of time. The nurse and doc were very friendly and took care of my son. Bright and clean; we’d go again if we’re sick and can’t be seen quickly by our doc.

Great experience. My three-year-old got her thumb smashed and I knew we didnt want to spend tons of time and money at the ER just to get an x-ray and exam - all of the other urgent care centers had already closed (it was 7:30). Staff was great and the facility is very nice. They got us in even though it was almost closing time and worked efficiently to get us taken care of, but didnt rush things either. Highly recommend.

The CNP Rhonda is the most rude healthcare provider I ever encountered and has horrible bedside manner.

Couldn’t get in with my doctor before the holiday weekend.. decided to try OSF. The NP wouldn’t listen to my history and insisted my issues were “just allergies”It was a frustrating experience.
