I want to give a shout out to Theresa!!I was frustrated when I called the office today, and Theresa was wonderful. Shewas professional and kind while figuring out what I needed, and within 5 minutes, she had it all figured out. Know that your kindness made a difference in my day. Thank you

Had 2 sleep studies done on a Murphy Bed (one with C-pap) Was told to go to sleep at 9pm which I haven’t done since I was 10 years old. Last follow up appt cancelled due to pandemic. Was told I would be notified when office reopened. Never notified of reopening. 5 months later I started trying to get sleep study results. No one answers phone or returns calls. Finally got results unsigned or dated. Requested again. No results. Finally threatened to contact an attorney & talked at office manager who was extremely rude. She said she would mail results but never did. Three weeks later I said I wanted whole file. It took a week & I had to go get them. Dr. May not be horrible but his staff, office, and patient relations is and his name is on the door. Save your time & money and go elsewhere! Your health depends on it! I would rank this a zero if that was an option.

Rude, front desk lacks of compassion to a cancer patient

The front desk staff is very unprofessional,she has a I dont care attitude and is very unhelpful. You can never get anyone on the phone or a call returned. I wouldnt recommend the Morris office for your healthcare needs. I hope the Joliet office provides better services.

Dr Agha please know your office staff will not relay messages to you when your patients request to talk to you directly. So sad they are very rude and unprofessional.

This place was a complete joke. Went here for a sleep study. The mattress was like a bunch of rags stuffed in a bag. The room was hot as hell. All I hear is semi trucks and sirens all night on 47. Then about one in the morning the monitor on my finger comes off and the night attendant barges in, flips on all the lights, wakes me right up and expects me to go back to sleep! How the Sam hell are you accurately monitoring my sleep when you pull that stunt? I left at 2 in the morning and didn’t even get a call or concern as to what happened! Then these jag offs have the nerve to bill my insurance 2 grand! Maybe you can take that money and buy a real mattress. They never answer their phones or return calls. Total unprofessional place. I can get better service at Montana Charlie’s flea market! I would highly recommend somewhere else for your sleep study needs. I’m glad I walked out! You can keep my money too! I don’t want any of you giving me something I’m going to breathe through all night long!

Disgusting office, terrible doctor, no one is one the same page, avoid at all costs, they view patients as $ and not people.

DONT BOTHER!!! I was in the ER on a Saturday for lung complications, the on call doctor strongly recommended I get in for a biopsy the following Wednesday. I called multiple times on that same day, AS WELL as Monday, Tuesday, AND Wednesday, nobody bothered to pick up the friggen phone or even return my calls. I finally said screw it, drove down there myself to set it up there, and thats when I exploded. Not only were the half-witted staff careless towards my complaints, they completely ignored me when I told them I was reccomended for an immediate biopsy. Instead they tried to set up a consultation before I can even begin to proceed with this stupid thing. I thought Screw it and walked out of there. Had to find someone completely different. Oh, and a side note, the building looks abandoned both outside and in. I passed it twice trying to find it because I thought it was some old mans house. And the moment you walk through the doors, your only concern is how soon you can get out of there. Theres no other way to describe it. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT go there!!

For driving purposes, we specifically asked for the Joliet office when scheduling this appt. This was a follow up appt from being in Er and hospital stay for 4 days. The receptionist Scheduled us for 9:50am on a Monday, saying the Dr. we saw at hospital was only at the Joliet office on Mondays. We show up for the appt in Joliet and the 2 receptionists just stare at me, so I hand them my paperwork and they said the Dr. is at the Morris location on Mondays. The whole practice is nothing but confusion, they blamed another receptionist for the mix up with zero apology. I’m assuming they lose many patients due to scheduling errors and unconcerned personalities at the front desk. No apologies, no follow up questions, never asked if I wanted to reschedule, just a too bad you’re out of luck.I will be choosing a new pulmonologist for follow up due to the lack of concern or compassion when I arrived.

Dr Almusaddy and his staff are amazing! They genuinely care about me and my asthma and will help any way they can. I highly recommend Dr. Almusaddy.

I only give one star because I dont have an option to give zero. DO NOT waste your time or money here.

Very poor communications between doctors pharmacies and insurance companies. No one can ever seem to help and the front desk doesn’t tolerate or have much patience for people with urgent inquiries

Front office staff has no interest in helping patients. seems like a bunch of grouchy ladies work here. I would not recommend going here.

Dr Agha is the best !
