We love scout camp. We stayed in September for family camp. There were so many activities for the scouts then. For Halloween they had a very creepy haunted woods set up. Today we had a great time outdoors in the snow for the arctic blast. I recommend any scouting families to support the camp and attend events going on at RSR. I have yet to be disappointed.

I didnt have the opportunity to go here until I was an adult. The camp staff are great with the kids and actually wear out my kid. Id love to come back here, but my boy is transitioning to boy scouts and my chances of coming back are limited

Rustic Boy Scout camp. I do not think the public would like it. No electricity at sites, primitive toilets. Typical Boy Scout camp.

Had a great time with my sons troop...the shooting ranges were top-notch as were the rangers!

Was only there overnight so didnt get to use all the amenities but it seems like a nice place if you get to spend some time there... could use some upgrades to the out houses though and /or add to the upgraded bathrooms there.

Great Boy Scout camp...a hidden gem just west of Joliet and south or Morris. Showers, lake front and dining hall all well maintained!

My son has gone 2x now. Great staff and activities, always a new experience.
