Simply put! AMAZING

Well so far Im not that happy with the way it takes so long to get a phone call back if one at all .. It take MONTHS to get an appointment.. Im just not satisfied at!!! Overall I will be looking for another physician!!!

Dr. Mitchell and her nurse Erica is awesome! The staff at the front desk is very nice as well. My experience with Dr. Mitchell has been nothing but great!! She has treated me with care, concern, compassion and understanding. She listened to me and took the proper tests to access what was actually going on and recommended solutions to make things better.That is more than any of the doctors Ive seen so far. I have a lot going on right now and Dr. Mitchell has been the only doctor that I have seen, that actually shown genuine care and concern for my well being. My parents are also patients of hers and I am so happy they referred me to her. She has literally changed my attitude towards doctors. She goes out her way to get you well and she is very honest and genuine about your health and diagnosis. That is what sets her apart. Her nurse Erica is also the same way.They both treat you like youre more than just a patient but also a person and like family. I dont mind waiting to see her in the lobby or appointments because there is not a better Physician I want to entrust my life with other than Dr. Mitchell and her staff. Anyone who says anything less, I would be in shock! Dr. Mitchell and her staff is the only reason I believe in doctors again. Thank God for them is all I can say!

I LOVE DR. MITCHELL! She’s a great doctor! She takes time to listen and is very thorough. She has lovely bedside manner—friendly, smiles, shows genuine concern, has good friendly conversation...etc. My son also had the pleasure of having her as his doctor and she had a positive impact on him—he is extremely shy and and he said she made him feel comfortable and loved...like a caring mother. I LOVE THAT!! If you want a TOP-NOTCH 5-STAR DOCTOR and you are willing to wait hours in the waiting room of a subpar clinic, then she is definitely the doctor to have!

I recently went to see Dr. Barbara Mitchell to establish her as my main doctor with my Insurance (Blue Shield). As a young person (30-years) with multiple health problems, I often find that doctors treat me with skepticism, but I did not find that with Dr. Mitchell. Not only did she listen to my complaints and descriptions, she was very quick to begin work. She immediately ordered X-Rays for my chronic Sciatica, and blood work for some of my other problems.I was also very impressed with the facility, which was clean and attractive. The waiting room was easy to find, well lit, and the chairs were more than decent for a waiting room. There were plenty of magazines available, as well as two unobtrusive televisions. The staff was also professional and in good humor. The only complaint I have about the visit was a long wait; despite having an appointment I waited a little over an hour (the waiting room was full, so Im pretty sure there was probably a walk-in or two).When I called the office to get my results, a woman on the other end of the line took my message and a nurse called me back within a couple of hours. She gave me most of my results, but did forget to call in one of the medications. I have since called in again as of today, but have not yet received my call back (it has been three hours, and I think the office may be closed by now).Overall, I was quite impressed with the staff and the office, and Im definitely happy to go back!

I have been her patient for about 10 years now and from the beginning have tons of admiration and respect for Dr. Mitchell. Very caring and obvious that she knows what she’s doing.
