I went with my husband on his first visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Seay was attentive and seemed to want to get to the root of my husband’s issues. Very pleased.

I see Anna every year for my checkups. It’s so nice having a doctor like her because she is knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t feel judged when I’m in her office. She tells me what i need to do to take care of myself in a completely respectful manner. The staff is friendly and they get me in and out. Now they even do their own blood work and labs, which is a major convenience to have after my checkups (instead of having to go to the hospital).

Very attentive, kind and compassionate doctor. Office runs efficiently and staff is really nice!

This Doctor is absolutely horrible.You could be on your deathbed and she would not try to help you. She always wants to send you to another doctor ( You know pass you off to someone else). She will not treat you at all!!!!Don’t consider using this doctor. Was very very sick called to get an appointment on a Monday and finally got a phone call from the nurse on Friday (5 days later). She sent to get COVID test before she would see me, did that came back negative and still would not see me,Please don’t go to this doctor because she will not have you in your best interest.Every patient cannot be treated the same however that’s what she does, what works for someone else doesn’t mean it will work for you.

I accompanied my adult daughter to an appointment with Dr. Seay. We found her to be knowledgable and compassionate.

I concur with the initial poster. I called to make an appointment as a new patient because I heard the Doctor is very good. After several rings, I get Please hold.No, Hello, Im ---------, Im on the other line helping another patient, can you hold, or may I get your number and call you back? Option #2 is the way to go... Dont want to deal with this type of office.

While the doctor is great, her staff leaves a lot to be desired. Booking an appointment other than routine care is impossible and they just dont care if you are in pain or really sick. Ill be finding another doctor pronto! Another facility that just cares about the money.
