I highly recommend you go elsewhere. The front office staff was very rude. They treat you like a number. They tried to hold back on needed supplies to charge the office visit. When I asked to just sign and go they started to ask me to leave WITHOUT my sleeves for my leg . I felt profit was more important than my physical well being.

Previously I always had a good experience with Hanger manufacturing and refurbishing my orthotics. Today after a couple of years I brought my orthotics which are otherwise fine in for refurbishing. I was told that since a new data system was installed I would need to start from scratch with an appointment etc etc. Thats ridiculous. I am using a mail-in orthotic repair place instead.

They installed my laser eye without any complications. Now when I go to the movies I can shine a layer on the screen hands free. They made me promise Id only use my abilities for the good.

Awful customer service skills over the phone. Depending on what receptionist you get, they either know everything or nothing. When I asked questions regarding my insurance, they were very condescending.Today, I was scheduled for an 8:30 a.m. appt when the clinician wasnt even expected to be in to the office until 9:00 a.m. When I arrived, the receptionist was exceptionally rude, not just to me but to other patients as well. She didnt even smile or greet us properly. Can I help you? Have a seat.Luckily, the clinician I saw was TOP NOTCH. If it werent for him, Id go to a new Hanger altogether. Thank you David DiTorrice for your exceptional services and knowledge that you provided for me today. You made my experience worth it and I am happy with the outcome!

Hanger Clinic staff are very helpful and professional. Starting from assistance by phone, to treatment during a visit, were great. All questions were answered. They went above and beyond to help. In time of need the answer is Hanger Clinic.

This place is a joke! They hardly answer the calls. Some of the stuff made me feel like they are being racist. On top of all that after over an hour they done with taking measurements for Custom insoles they come back and said oh sorry we cant get your insoles in here due to you need diabetic shoes and you have to go to another clinic. No one even care to work with me on options. I guess they made the money and then just send you to a different place. Never ever go to this place again nor I will recommend this place to anyone.

All I can say is that they all are wonderful people and went the extra mile to be sure I had my new leg before the end of the year!...Thank you Justine Heck My CP....for making this challenging time so easy....
