Love my doctor! Shes been awesome to work with! Sometimes scheduling can get a little difficult and hard to get a hold of, but overall have had only good experiences.

Ive always had great care when I was there. Best part about this place is that its an easy bus ride and/or easy parking (park in the structure near the floor of your doctors office). They were pretty good with screenings during the pandemic and extra cleanings in the waiting area. I think the best part about this location is that u can go grocery shopping at Whole Foods afterwards!Just make sure to check if your insurance offers free labs at one of their associated lab locations, take that over the lab in this building to save on costs. Staff and lab techs have always been good about taking my blood and other stuff.FYI if youre having trouble reaching your doctor on the phone, there is an extension number to the doctor office portion that you can get by asking the medical assistant or nurse. Not sure if theyll give it to you, but thats how it worked for me.

Prospect Commons has really lost my interest in receiving care. Receptionist slow and rude. Their policy changed from 15 min if arriving after appt. When did they change policy without notifying their patients. More for profit and less care for patients. Ive brought all my children and grandchildren here. Very upset with customer service. Customer service skills would be recommended for 2nd floor reception.

Horrible not following covid guidelines or wearing mask properly nurse bummed into my injured foot wasnt seen was looking for a xray for my foot and took forever most people walked out because of lack of care do not come if you need immediate assistance 10/10 do not recommend to anyone

I see several Ascension doctors at the Prospect Medical Commons. I have received great service and treatment from both Dr. Sala and Dr. Larkey. Both of them listen to my issues, treat me holistically and are truly interested in me as a patient and person. I would highly recommend both doctors. As for the location, it is easy to get to, lots of free parking available and I would recommend it.

Yes, the call wait time is long. Yes, the wait time in the office is sometimes long. But the care I received was amazing. I was very happy with the OBGYN department, especially Dr Wasserman, and I had an amazing natural birth at CSM.

Whom ever answers the phone here is rude and definitely shouldn’t be in customer services. She makes it very clear that she hates her job and whom ever is in charge of hiring people to answer and direct phone calls is also bad at their job.

Every single month both my wife and I struggle to get rx refills. Our rxs need doctor reauthorization, and getting through to anyone on the phone is impossible.If what you need to do isnt available via the automated options (and for us it never is), youll get kicked around the phone tree and experience 30+ minute waits on hold for even the simplest requests.Our doctors say things like if you need xyz, just call, and I dont think they realize that theres no such thing as just call. Calling is an hour long process. If you work, or have meetings throughout the day, you might miss your window and need to try this several times before getting your task done.In a sufficiently funded and organized system, filling an rx would take me zero minutes. The docs would know to reauthorize each month, and the pharmacy would let me know its ready. Instead, its inevitable that well occasionally miss our medication, because simply filling at rx stretches into a painful multi-day headache.Youll never get a doctors phone number. Youll never be able to do anything directly with your doctor.The phone answering setup is either extremely understaffed or extremely apathetic.

Everybody kept telling me this OBGYN Clinic was horrible and guess what they are. Even the manager was horrible when I complained to him about how their staff didnt give me proper direction on how to get there and I missed my appointment. He approach me so unprofessional like ok what you want as if he already knew once he seen me that he wasnt gone be apologetic and was oh well to my situation . The black lady which is an receptionist have no good customer service they need to Fire her for how the way she talk to people because that aint her first time being disrespectful. The manager makes the whole company look real bad. I guess he dont care for certain people.

The receptionists and most of the Medical Assistants and Nurses are usually rude, unprofessional and act as if you are annoying them when you have questions. I have been hung on several times when asking questions about my prescriptions and referrals. This has happened on multiple occasions. I am considering a formal complaint because the attitudes and professionalism of some of these women leaves much to be desired. As a patient, you may be nervous about procedures or test results or not feeling well; why should you have to deal with those personal things and someone elses nasty dispositions? That has no place in the healthcare setting.

Dont even bother the communication between doctors office and patients is terrible. Every time I called I waited on hold for like 10-15 minutes before talking to someone . The doctor I had was nice but very unorganized and hard to get ahold of her . Im switching to different doctors office.

I went in on a Saturday about 15 minutes after they opened and it was full with a 1 hour wait that they told me about upfront. I was seen about 3hrs after waiting and after being sent into a room in the back waited a good 15 minutes after getting my vitals checked before being seen by a nurse practitioner. If you are going on a weekend I would wait until after 2:00pm to go or it will be a long wait. As the day went on it seemed to empty out.

Excellent care and fast service when you really need it. It is a walk in clinic, so at times it can be busy, but thats to be expected. Having Saturday hours is definitely a bonus. Registration staff is always pleasant and efficient. Nursing staff is always friendly. As are the doctors. Ive never felt like they where trying to shove me out the door so they could move on to the next patient. They take the time to figure out what you need.Parking in the structure is usually plentiful. The building is clean and well maintained. Its a very comfortable environment. Whole foods down stairs, lots of good restaurants in the area.

Have to wait 2-3 weeks to be seen. Honestly ridiculous that I used to be able to squeeze in an appointment my mornings off and be seen within 5 days. Its obnoxious. Will be switching providers.

Ive recently just started going to this hospital for family care and I would say my doctor is amazing at what she does! Its the scheduling and the time waiting that kills it. Some staff have attitudes and others just love their job. Its just crazy how you have an appointment at a certain time and your waiting 20-30mins after you were supposed to be seen.

Just a bit awkward that receptionist Abbey was blurting out all my personal information while checking me in to see the nurse today. Hashtag privacy issue. Wasnt wanting anyone sitting in the reception area to be so informed about me. Forms + checking Insurance Cards solves that. Terribly uncomfortable. This review is specifically about that and not inclusive of medical care.Update: Medical service is decent I d like to thank Ascension for the SOS and Help they continuously provide within our Earthly term. I personally thank you in how Ive bemefitted from your healthcare service.

If you can avoid this establishment. At all costs. STAY AWAY!! I’ve had 2 horrible experiences here. Number 1. 4 days after being in the ER (also Colombia St Mary’s) it went back because I was not improving they turned me away because I did not have my insurance card with me... even though I was just here 4 days ago. I went back and gave them another chance because it’s close and convenient which leads to Instance number 2. I went in with 2 very concerning conditions that need immediate attention and they told me to pick one because they will not check me for two issues. The man at the counter made me feel very uncomfortable while talking about what’s going on because it’s very personal and I didn’t want everyone in the room to hear. I started to tear up and walk out. Horrible staff. Horrible service. I’ll go somewhere else.

Had an awesome person to start, then the next receptionist was disgusting. Unprofessional and rude, YELLED at me for walking up when she was apparently calling someone else. She then reprimanded me loudly in front of people, like she was my mother, then when I started backing away she yelled ‘come back here sweetie, you walked your way here already, I have to help.’ I walked out there an then. She has no clue what people are dealing with and it’s only an hour into the work day. Gross.

Horrible Service from Scheduling, Billing, and Check in Staff.Over several years they have lost my insurance information and tried billing me at full price with no change in my insurance information and even after giving them insurance information at the beginning of an appointment.Recently it takes 3 months to get an yearly physical appointment with my doctor which is ridiculous. Also it took me waiting 40 minutes just trying to make an appointment and never is less than 10 minutes over the last few times I have called. It is obvious they do not have enough staff and the staff they have are quite rude (most likely overworked).I actually like my doctor here but usually cant get an appointment with them so I get sent to a pool of lower quality doctors that are available.Look elsewhere for quality healthcare.

The lack of communicating prescription requests to my doctor made me switch clinics, even though it is just a couple blocks from my home. I ran out of required prescription meds that were dangerous to discontinue abruptly several times, and the issue wasnt rectified until days later. It even happened when I tried to overcompensate by calling it in earlier than I had already been calling it in. By that time, I was violently ill from stopping abruptly. It happened too many times to be acceptable. The prescription had to be filled every month, so I shouldnt have had to worry if I was going to have to come in there every single day after it should have been filled and beg for it to be written. When they failed to get my prescriptions written on time, they should have had procedures in place to expedite the process once it was brought to their attention, especially since it happened regularly. They didnt. There was even a time that they failed to write it when it was requested, and told me after I had been without for the third day that there was nothing they could do because they dont write for that prescription on Fridays.....whatever THAT means.

My mom had to go there for stitches. They shot lidocaine in her eye, miscounted the stitches and gave her the wrong stitches. I ended up having to remove them for her because they were wrong. And on top of it some of the stitches weren’t holding the skin together, they just went through the center on the injury.

Receptionist are rude, they never have any appointments available and today I had a scheduled appointment that was canceled because the doctor was too busy but waited until I got there to notify me. Then they had me wait on walk in side of facility and wait a hour before I left, I’m switching my provider.

My friend was seen by Ella . She did not listen to my friends concerns at all and did not communicate well. Almost left my friend stranded in a corner after hours. Waste of time and money. And my friend is left with no idea what to do to get healed. Excessive waiting.....
