I would highly recommend Dr. Brenner. He takes the time to explainwhat is going on with my eyes. I wouldnt to go anyone else. It is greatwhen you trust your doctor.

Efficient, prompt and courteous personnel from the front desk throughout the complex. The service was exceptional and professional. All questions were responded to completely and promptly.

Dr Brenner was excellent . My cataract surgery was more involved and he followed up with a phone call and arranging follow up appointments. He explained the surgery in detail . He went the extra mile and I appreciate it. Would highly recommend him and the team. In addition Dr Patel is a special kind of physician. Sensitive and knowledgeable.

All staff members were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Dr. Patel was sincerely one of the nicest and most reassuring medical professionals I have encountered in my life. She fully explained all she did and completely answered all questions and concerns I had. Ill highly recommend her to all friends.

I had the pleasure of getting my eyes checked by incredibly competent and kind women today. Lusiya at the desk is friendly and made sure everything was in order, Pranith answered all of my questions and I know she was giving me her full attention, and Dr. Patel knows her stuff and is thorough with her exam. These women are professionals who actually care, and it shows. We are lucky to have them in our area.

Dr. Patel...awesome! Dr. Brenner...awesome! 4 appointments with no waiting. Cataract surgery and I have no problems driving, reading or following my golf ball. Dr. Patel answers all questions, explains all issues and is very easy to relate to. Receptionists and nurses are very accommodating and help with all your needs. Absolutely 5 star practice!

Went here for the first time recently after going to Goodman for years. Didn’t wait long at all. Got right in. Since it was my first time, I had to fill out forms but they weren’t that bad. Front desk was friendly. Doctors and technicians were personable and knowledgeable. Overall good atmosphere. Was out in about an hour.

Keep in mind that they do laser surgery so expect to be urged to consider laser surgery for cataracts, maybe before its necessary.That said, I found them to be thorough and caring, everything youd want an eye doctor to be.

Smiling, helpful and more efficient with time. Saw retina specialist, and waited a bit too long to see the physician ( 1 hour), but still, a huge improvement over the 2 and 3 hour waits from previous group. Nice, caring group of specialists!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Nirali Patels for years now, going back to her days at Goodman Eye. She is excellent. She dedicates the time you need for each visit and always makes time to answer any questions. She is very thorough and has always provided excellent care with a smile.

I had a great experience at the Boston Eye center today. Everyone was very professional and caring. The initial interview, and retina pictures flew by. Before I knew it, I was sitting in Dr. Najafi’s office with Dr. Najafi! No long waits anytime. That is unusual in any doctor’s office and I know as I go to many. We used to see Nirali Patel at her other office in Milford and just recently followed her to Boston Eye Group in Milford ,MA. We had the same fantastic experience with her in this office and are so glad she’s still close!! We didn’t wait at all, got right in and we’re so pleased with our visit.

I went to Dr. Satula for an in office Blepharoplasty on my left eye. That evening I called Dr. Satula at home because I was in extreme pain and my eye watered constantly. He told me to go to the ER or wait and see him in the morning. I suffered through the night and got a ride to his office first thing. He couldnt figure out what was wrong. He stopped the pain by putting a bandage contact lense on the eye. He told me to return in 8 days. Well when I returned on the 8th day Dr. Satula took one look at my eye and told me to get to Mass Eye Ear Infirmary Emergency room in Boston. I had a scratched cornea that developed a fungal and bacterial infection. The bandage contact lense Dr. Satula put on my eye harbored a slew of germs causing the infections. I have never had such pain in my life. I had to have an emergency corneal transplant and have lost sight in the eye. Please check your Doctor out thoroughly and always get a second opinion. I wished I had.

Dr. Patel (and staff) were kind, patient and thorough with my daughter who is 8 and was nervous about her first ever eye exam. We won’t go anywhere else.
