The drs here are great, but the office staff leaves something to be desired and there is one guy in the glasses area who I have had nothing but terrible experiences with. I actually left a different provider because of him and then he showed up here. Gave him another chance......& nope, it wasnt just an isoled event. He is completely incompetent when it comes to insurance & has very poor customer service skills....not rude or anything; just incredibly ambivalent.

After an exam in August 2020, the OD concluded that I didnt need new glasses. Unfortunately, he did not write a prescription. When I lost my glasses in March 2021, I could not get them replaced without a current prescription. The bother, plus the cost of paying for a second, duplicate, means that I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I decided to try Nashua Eye for exams after bringing my mother here for cataract surgery. Very impressive facilities and doctors. I see Dr. Kuch and Milford and she is super.

I picked out glasses here in the optical shop. They were so helpful picking out frames that fit my face and I love them. I dont always have to wear my contacts now!

Staff seemed friendly and the Dr. Was great. However I will not be back as company policy doesnt allow them to give me my pupil distance unless I buy glasses from them. The whole purpose of this visit was to get my prescription checked and get my pupil distance checked. This is the only eye place Ive been to that has a problem with this. Absolutely unacceptable to try and railroad your customers into buying your glasses.

I love Dr Blake, he is terrific. Great Dr., but the front desk staff seems like you are bothering them when you come in for your appointment and I have often waited over 30 minutes for my appointment.

My wife and kids are patients here and I highly recommend to anyone needing glasses or an eye doctor

I have had may eyes examined here. Nashua Eye does a great job. My doctor is Dr. Blake and my husbands doctor is Dr. Desai. He had his cataract surgery with Dr. Desai and is really thrilled with his vision.

Ive had excellent luck with their eye exam doctors, years ago. However, the people who work the eyeglass area, my odds were 50/50 getting someone great, or getting someone ... who seems to hate their job, and customers. I had to use them again recently, and the 50/50 still applies.Downgraded this review. Could not fill a prescription brought from another optometrist, and, only a partial refund on their two attempts to create lenses.

I had a great experience at the Milford location. The staff here is professional and courteous. They made a difficult problem and insurance issues work out great.

A less than desirable visit. Front desk woman was totally unprofessional and antogonistic. I was a patient. I’ve never been to a doctor’s office and been treated that way. Her behavior was unacceptable. Poor customer treatment. I will not be going there again.

I was warned about the office staff. Encouraged to go to the nashua office.I should have listened. I had simple requests for records. The administrative person seemed very put off from the start. After I told her to forget it gave me the have a wonderful day response.Save yourself the aggravation and go to the other office. Wife called the other office and got what we needed in 20 seconds.Administrative assistant, if you are reading this....you should be in another line of work.

My wife has been getting her contacts lenses here with Dr. Coutu and Dr. Kuch for years. The doctors are top notch and the staff is very helpful. We could not be happier here for glasses and contacts.

I have had experience with all three locations of Nashua eye. This location is friendly and professional with their appointments staff and pretty easy to make an appointment for the time you need. Our Family are huge fans of all the doctors we have seen at Nashua eye. We would recommend this office to anybody.

My parents see Dr. Kuch in Milford Nashua Eye. My mom and dad are big fans of hers. My mom is in contact lenses and Dr. Kuch has worked with her give up her reading glasses. My mom loves it!

These people are rude, and can not convey the correct appointment date. I got told one thing when I bought my glasses and now told another. The are scammers. They have no customer service skills at all and I would recommend taking your business anywhere but here.

Doctor rushes through appointments, probably why I keep having to go back to have them make a new prescription. Three glasses and two months later I still cant see clearly with them. Last pair was the worst yet. Going to ask for a full refund and finding another doctor.

My husband had the worst experience ever prescription wrong and the the receptionist Heidi has no customer experience and should get fired immediately I have an appointment next week of course I will cancel that
