What a pleasant experience with Dr. Carroll and her staff- BOTH locations. Everyone is extremely friendly, patient, and professional. We received reminders before our appointments, didnt have any issues scheduling appointments, had questions answered in a timely manner, and plenty of parking! Do not! I repeat do not, trust this orthodontic practice with your teeth. The women who worked here single handedly wasted two years of my time, and charged me thousands of dollars for the worst possible care. They found every possible way to maximize the amount of time I would have to wear braces and after two years and thousands of dollars, I saw absolutely NO RESULT. My teeth look the exact same as they did before. They also don’t care about their patients in the least; for example they threw away all the impressions needed to make a retainer immediately after they gave it to me, so when I needed a replacement retainer they were of no assistance to me .

My three daughters have all been through Dr. Carroll’s care for all their orthodontic needs. My youngest finished today, and she couldn’t be happier, she started at age of 4 with expanders, head gear never flinching or crying with treatments. Thank you so much to entire staff at Dr. Carroll’s office. Keep making beautiful smiles!

I just had our consultation with Dr.Carroll, and couldn’t be happier. Not only do I think I got great pricing, but she was super sweet and super patient with my anxious 14 year old.
