I can’t recommend Dr. Prieto enough . He did an amazing job with my daughter’s smile . Extremely professional & knowledgeable. Always treats the kids like his own. He corrected my daughters cross bite & over bite . Extremely pleased with the results & treatment.

The customer service was very professional. The doctor was very attentive and took his time to explain the treatment plan for my kids, and the young lady who explained the financial aspect of the process was very nice at explaining the different payment plans and answered all my question.

My daughter started going to Dr Prieto since she was 8 years old. The staff of Dr Prieto is friendly and professional. The place is very clean. Dr Prieto always explained the progress in details. Cary is amazing, caring, always went above and beyond. I highly recommend Dr Prieto and staff.

I think the most I have waited to be seen is about 15 minutes, but that is very rare. I highly recommend the practice!

The results were amazing, our family and I could not have been happier. It was very much worth it. The staff here is so sweet and ready to do anything to accommodate their patients. I first became a patient of the office when I was in high school. The quality of service was amazing -- everyone was delightful, always super helpful and I actually looked forward to my appointments!Flash forward a few years (present day) and I misplaced my top retainer. I called the office since I figured itd be easier considering Ive been a patient for years and Ive had my retainers replaced there before, but was told that I needed to schedule a consultation with the orthodontist that replaced my original one (who has since stopped practicing). The consultation was $50 to tell me whether or not I needed a retainer or treatment all over again. I wear my retainer almost religiously so I know my teeth have not moved and I am financially unable to afford new treatment right now. Besides I am happy with how my teeth look, I just need my retainers! Oh and the kicker? No available appointments until 12/8 -- it would be almost a month after loosing my retainer so of course my teeth might shift by then!Completely disappointed at the fact that theyre out trying to make money off their patients especially ones who have been going there for years (started in high school and will be turning 26 in a month). I understand its a business but this is a rip-off. Lost a long-time patient as I went to my dentist office instead who offers orthodontist services.

Both of my kids got their braces here and I couldn’t think of taking them anywhere else. They open really early and work until late. Would give them 10 stars if allowed.

Both my kids have had their braces done here. The entire staff is excellent. Great customer service, from the front desk on. Dr Prieto has a wonderful atmosphere, very comfortable.My son had such a bad gag reflex, his mouth was so small that they really went out of their way to make the molds and retainers work. Service was great. Friendly staff. Took longer than expected, but that was due to unforeseen circumstances. Definitely recommend. Parking is a headache though. Valet parking available, just didnt like paying everytime I went for an appointment.

The staff is really nice every time I visit. They are always flexible and helpful when it came to scheduling appointment times. The hygienist staff that actually works on you are always so nice and quick, making appointment times short.The doctor is kind of a jerk and I never really liked him the whole time he saw me (around 2 and a half year). Didn’t get a good vibe from him and you can tell he doesn’t really care to get to know his patients. Only reason I came here was because he was able to put in my braces in the short time during holiday break before I went back to school.

As a parent, Ive always had a great experience at this dental office and as the patient, so has my daughter. Its pretty obvious that the dentist really likes kids because of how she treats them. She always sings to my daughter while shes working on her teeth to distract her from the procedure. They seem very organized with their scheduling and Ive never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes after my appointment time. I read the other two reviews and I didnt have the same experience at all.

I had my braces done by Dr. Prieto, and while it was a long while ago, I remember him being a very kind and dedicated orthodontist. When the process was over, I decided to keep a wire behind my lower teeth and a very small bridge behind my two front teeth. Theyve all kept straight with no problems for almost eight years now.I ended up returning for some maintenance maybe two years back, and while it was hilarious to be surrounded by kids at a pediatric dentists office in my mid-20s, the staff were great and very helpful!

It was amazing and the staff treat u like family. i created a friendship with them also my teeth are straight thanks to them !

I had called to schedule an appointment for my daughter, new patient. The person that I spoke to when making the appointment was very friendly and I had no issues. However, one day before her appointment, less than 24 hours I received a call from the office telling me that my appointment had to be be rescheduled because the doctor was unavailable. I find this unacceptable especially because many of us have to work and move around our schedules to accommodate appointments. Our time as patients is just as important as the doctors time, and to simply call a patient to tell them that the doctor is unavailable is a lack of respect for our time. What makes doctors think that its ok for us to move around our schedule based on their availability, especially when given less than 24 hours of a notice. Most doctors office have a 24 hours minimum cancellation period for an appointment and they expect for us to follow their policy. So why cant doctors follow their own policy for us patients. They expect for us to follow it but its perfectly ok for them not to. As a first time patient establishing a good rapport with the patient I believe is important and that begins from the initial phone call to the first appointment. Since I didnt make it to the appointment for her lack of availability and last minute phone call, unfortunately they lost a client with me. I refused to give them business and have my insurance pay for the doctor that wasnt available to see my daughter.
