I am so relieved I found The Parlour. I have lived in Miami now for two years and just couldnt find someone who gave a good wax experience (which I thought was weird living in Miami!). I got burnt, there were clear areas missed, and the services felt overpriced. The Parlour is really reasonably priced for this service and the entire experience was pain-free. I woke up the next day and had no irritation and completely smooth! Ill definitely be back and would also look here first if I wanted another service like laser or a facial.

I just had a facial here and my skin looks so amazing! Audrey the owner did my facial. She is the best there is in Miami! I always look forward to my Parlour appointments! Definitely recommend

The staff at the parlour feels like you’re out of miami! all the ladies have the upmost respect for each client that walks in along with an fantastic attitude! I have never trusted anybody more with my skin than these group of ladies here at the parlour! i’ve lasered my entire body along with multiple facials, lash extensions, etc. i will not let anyone mess with my skin besides these group of honest gals!

My experience here has been horrible . I paid 1900 for laser hair removal and and three treatments of micro needling. First off the candela machine they use is old, very painful and She doesn’t numb. After three treatments I had more hair and after every treatment I broke out In Rashes. I stopped the laser because I wasn’t having a good reaction toward it. I asked for a refund and Audrey told me it doesn’t work that way. So I started the micro needling and mind you, I paid for three. I was on my way to the micro needling appointment but was running late so I called the parlour to let them know. She told me “since youre late that will time will interfere with your numbing so if Youre willing to not be numb to go ahead and come in” I was in shock. I feel like because I paid cash she kicked me to the curb and just didn’t want to deal with me. I recommend that everyone who goes here finds another place. The owner Audrey is shady and Inconsiderate toward her clients. Before this review I called back about the 300 I paid for each micro needling and she acted crazy ... as if I’ve never been in. This entire office is not professional and I this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I began laser in another office and it’s actually working and doesn’t cause pain because it releases cold after the laser, by the way it’s a candela machine.

Go see Paola for your nails she is the best I highly recommend her she does do a good job you can feel your nails clean and they last for a long time. I guarantee you will not get disappointed

THE GOOD: Theyre nice.THE NOT SO GOOD: We confirmed an appointment weeks prior, and the day of, they had no record of me. I showed them proof of our booking and they scrambled to reschedule me for the following day. A huge inconvenience, but I let it go.Most importantly, the laser hair removal was sloppy. I spent over $400 only to be left with many patches and stripes of hair that Audrey missed. Ive never had a laser hair removal done this poorly. And Im going to have to pay another clinic to correct this issue.I brought this to Audreys attention via email and she replied saying My business has been open over 5 years and Ive never been told anything like that before. Ive actually been told the opposite throughout my career. Im so sorry you feel this way.Its not a feeling Audrey, and youre not sorry. Though you may do good work sometimes, the work you did on me was very poor. And when I offered to send you pictures of the botch job, you didnt reply. I would never send a client away like this, which is why I asked the you to cover my costs to fix this, which you refused to do.I would avoid them, however if you do go, just review their work.

I booked an appointment for a HydraFacial at the very last minute and they were able to fit me in that same day! Super friendly staff and Araly, the aesthetician, was awesome and very thorough with my facial, making sure I leave with clean and glowing skin. My skin felt amazing afterwards. I’ll definitely be back for more HydraFacials soon, thank you again! So grateful to have found this place!

Yesterday afternoon I did the Intraceuticals Oxygen Glow Facial and it is AMAZING!I have an event today and my face looks stunning!I look younger my face is smooth and it actually reduced my lines! I’m glowing today! My husband said I look great!I’ve become completely loyal to this facial after 1 try. I already tried the hydra-facial last month and I love it, now I will alternate between the 2.I had no idea that I would be this happy. I am absolutely grateful for finding this place. I’ve also already done my 2nd hair removal treatment here and I am completely satisfied with the result! All treatments I’ve experienced are absolutely beyond my expectations! Thank you Team!
