This is the absolute worst possible excuse for an orthopedic office imaginable. Not only did it take my sons shoes 13 weeks to arrive but then I come to find out that the shoes he’s been in weren’t according to his podiatrists prescription. So my son is now delayed in his progress due to the lack of attention to detail of this location. I would highly recommend you find anywhere else to visit because this place obviously has zero idea on how to read and fill a prescription.UPDATE:Quirantes reached out and was able to help correct the error. There was a misunderstanding between my sons podiatrist and the office. They have since gone out of their way to correct everything. I am satisfied with how everything has been handled. Just be advised they are mandating a mask in the office even for those vaccinated adults. So bring your mask.

When you call you are put on infinite hold. Finally reached someone 5 weeks ago, emailed prescription and insurance. Got a call last Thursday telling me I had an appointment today at 11am. Waiting room full with loud people talking/yelling on mobiles (covid spread?). I’ve been waiting in my car after checking in at font desk at 11am. Was told I’d have a short wait. It’s now 11:25. Went in, they wanted me to sign papers. Ask how much longer. She didn’t know. I’ve left. Worst customer service ever.

My father had a partial foot amputation in March due to complications from Covid. When the time came to be fit for a prosthetic he was referred to Quirantes. Kris helped him throughout the entire process and I can say he went above and beyond. He was professional, attentive to detail and charismatic in his care. Listened to all of the concerns and delivered exactly what was needed for my father to regain a semblance of his old life back. I would recommend him and Quirantes in a heartbeat.

Additionally, I found Kris to be phenomenal with his service. Not only was he accommodating but also very fair and friendly. I’m very happy with the service Kris provided. Kris recently made a pair of orthotics for my 15-year son, who has CP. Kris paid particular attention to understand my son’s physical needs, and the effort and dedication he showed is evident in the orthotics that he made. I highly recommend Kris and his services. We had a positive experience from start to finish.

Their website says you need to make an appointment. We have called several times and left a message and no one has answered us. I do not know how the other people are giving it good reviews.

To say that Kris and Liz are heaven sent is an understatement. I have been taking my daughter Victoria to see Kris for seven years now, since she was 6 years old. I, as a parent, have witness Kris and Liz treat their patients (of all ages and various exceptionalities) with respect, professionalism and lots of patience. Victoria has had times where she needed to be seen by Kris right away and Liz has not once hesitated to fit her into their busy schedule. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. The entire staff follows protocol and guidelines. Wonderful facility overall.

I was very pleased with the Front Desk Staff who were very pleasant and helpful especially Barbara. I was very impressed with KRIS who took my measurements, adjusted and got the fit just perfect. KRIS really knows his craft, was upbeat, great attitude and knowledge. Three weeks later from all his intricate advice, there are actually days where I don’t even have to wear my Ritchie Foot Brace!

Kris helped my husband and really was a blessing, He is very professional and went out of his way to help him, making sure everything was perfect before we leave his office. Highly recommended.

Started going to Quirantes in 2019 when I was diagnosed with Charcot Foot. They are extremely attentive helpful and the staff it’s super nice. They had my shoes ready within 3 weeks and no problems with fit. I highly recommend them!

Today I walked in to pick up custom orthodics. I did so without an appointment but considering I did have to wait because I went without calling, it was a pleasant time. Customer service was excellent, especially Lisette and the girl who fit my orthodics, Michelle, was really cool and friendly. Overall a very cool experience and Ill definitely come back.

We had the pleasure of having Kris take care of my 3 year old nephew with special needs for his orthopedic support equipment. He is always very professional, super patient and makes the process of taking his measurements real smooth. After many years of struggling every morning to put them on, I was so happy when the specialist who was attending me patiently showed me another way to put them on. Excellent service! Two days ago, I went to have my shoe inserts adjusted, and the consultant, Lazara, who assisted me was awesome. I have really flat feet, and this lady made every effort to accommodate the issue. The inserts are perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Friendly atmosphere.

Overall I am very happy with the service and brace they provided. Dealing with the insurance was not easy but eventually everything was covered and I was seen within a reasonable amount of time when I got there for my appointment. I would definitely recommend them.

Worst customer service ever! I called to pick up a back brace I desperately needed and the lady had the audacity to say that after 0430 they dont take customers because they have to leave. That I know of, if you go in a store 5 min prior to closing, the customer still has the right to be serviced imagine going to a store 30 min before they close and being turned away. Stay away from this place. Apparently they dont need new customers. Terrible service.

This was my first visit to Quirantes. Everyone was professional, polite and efficient. My wait time in the lobby was roughly 20 minutes but there were 8 customers already seated before I walked in. A gentleman whose name is Daniel came into the lobby and called my name. He showed me a display with many styles of shoes. I selected a style then he escorted me to a private fitting room. He pulled the shoe that I chose and assisted me in trying it on. It was a perfect fit. So thanks to all of you guys.

Luego de visitar esta unidad junto con mi esposa para recoger sus zapatos ortopédicos ya seleccionados y probados por un vendedor anteriormente hemos salido decepcionados del trato y atención que se nos brindó. Llegamos 5 minutos después del cierre y a pesar de que le rogamos a la empleada y supervisora no accedieron a entregarnos los zapatos a pesar de decirles que vivíamos en Hallandale Beach y que mi esposa es una persona mayor con enfermedades. No tienen respeto por sus clientes y la atención que brindan en nuestra clínica es pésima pues nunca nos citaron para entregarnos los zapatos. En resumen no recomiendo este servicio en esta unidad.

My first experience in October 2020 was good, but I was disappointed that on February 16, 2021 my doctor faxed the prescription for my compression stockings and that same day I called to confirm that the fax had arrived, confirming that if it did arrive, Today March 1st I called to see that I have not received any calls and they tell me first that my prescription was received today and after saying that it was longer then they change saying that there is little staff, I lost talking to a manager and Lizy attended me, very kindly explains to me that my prescription arrived on February 16 but it has very few personnel to process with the medical insurance, that if I wanted I could fax my prescription to another Quirantes Office so that they could help me but they do not have personnel to do faster management. I can understand it, but I dont think I should wait more than 15 days for stockings. I took the opportunity to make an appointment to pick them up because I had the option of going in order of arrival but I dont want to go without a shift because I am a high-risk patient and I dont want to be away from home for a long time even though I maintain social distancing. Now for March 16, it would be 30 days in total. Really looking for a solution that you go to another Quirantes because they do not have staff and having to wait so long I do not think it is correct. I hope this place solves your problems soon.Today August 3,2021 I spoke on the phone with Julia and the problems continue here. There are no personnel to process the orders and they have delays, my clinic informs me that they have already sent the approval referral for health insurance, now I have to wait much longer. And although I did not want to touch on this issue in February, I am going to publish it, they were able to call me to ask me to delete this review and they would give me my socks for free, I did not accept it and I will never accept something free for a bad job. If one complains publicly then everything is resolved 😡😡 I am very sorry to have to continue in this place because I have no other. I feel disappointed. Maybe one day I can write something good about this office.
