Going over 1 yr with the treatment- totally changed my life- sleep better, more energy, - Dr was very receptive and Im happy with treatment. Nurse practitioner has been following up every 3 months, then 6 months. listens to details and explained how to adjust the machine to my needs. already recommended 2 friends to the practice.

It’s unfortunate that such a wonderful doctor has such horrible staff. For 1. No phone etiquette what so ever. Dr. Merzerhene , if you take the time to read these reviews, please talk to your staff. They are bringing your name down. I was recommended to come to him but after MULTIPLE bad experiences with staff and horrible wait times. I rather take my chances with a random doctor.Just because your are busy does not give anyone the right to be rude.New patients beware: if you choose to come here. Make sure you have your whole schedule clear for the day. Be prepared to wait for hours. And forbid you ask the staff when you’d be seen, all you will get is nasty responses that “you’re not the only one waiting or with things to do”Oh and good luck if you have to call the office. You’ll wait at least 10 min for that too.

Went to Dr. Mezerhane 2 years ago- got a sleep study and then a machine and I have been sleeping great ever since- he was super nice to me and I have been going back for check ups that they call me to remind me of!

Big waste of time and effort. Waited weeks for an apt. Had to do telehealth visit and then the doctor cancelled last minute and they gave me a backup MD who barely spoke English. They gave me a horrible medication for sleep that made me lethargic. Then they don’t even ship you the sleep apnea test. You have to go to NW Flagler and pick it up. Take the test and bring it back the next day or they hit you with a $250 fee. If you can’t sleep during the test the “tech” needs to reset it and then you have to schedule another appointment to pick it up and then go back again and return it. Not very efficient and big waste of time. Do not recommend!

The doctor’s bedside manners are honestly disappointing. The way he treats his clients is mediocre suspending treatment without previous notice or reason. Wasting money and time for not finalizing a testament that took so long to start to begin with.
