0 STAR ALERT !!!Our company had received 56 patients sent to our facility by Innova doctors for last 4 years.Please be aware of this company if you are a healthcare facility/business/practice. Please do not accept any Guarantee of Payment (GOP) from them because they will not pay you and TRICK you in the endWe have been trying to reach Innova Doctors in all means possible (Email,Telephone,Postal,Etc) for quite sometime now and they never have responded, EVEN ONCE!!We have been trying to get PAID for YEARS !!!, for the services that we have rendered to their insured for the following years;2017 - 17 CASES2018 - 11 CASES2019 - 24 CASESand2020 - 4 CASESBut they are trying to GET AWAY, What a shame!!!!The only number that you can reach them is if you will call the assistance number to register a new case, If you will try to ask them to connect you to their billing/account team, they will hang up the phone, and when you try to call them again, they will never answer your number anymore unless otherwise, you use a different numberThey have left us with NO CHOICE but to do this. We have been very tolerant with them for almost 5 years.Accepting their PROMISESStill helping their INSUREDIn the end, THEY ARE A FRAUD !!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever!19 months and still waiting to the company take responsibility on my case! 19 months waiting to get paid my hospital bill and they just don’t pick up my phone calls or reply my emails or either the hospital ones! I feel scammed from my own insurance!

After 3 attempts to take payment for a patient the information does not work and all emails were replied saying try again and now they are replying back as a SPAM notification. A super bad experience after testing positiveCovid-19. There are no doctors and they take too long for a consultation that is not even in person but through WhatsApp

It is definitely one of the worst insurance companies out there. I hired them for travel insurance over a year ago. When I felt unwell, they took too long to respond and help me. In the end, they found neither a nearby doctor nor a hospital or clinic that they (Innova Doctors) were affiliated with. They told me to go to the medical center and pay for my care, as well as the medicines derived from it, and that they would reimburse me later. I did it like that. I sent the documents, certificates and other evidence. They accepted the refund, but it took too long to pay me back. And they only did it because I insisted on numerous opportunities via WhatsApp and via email. The person in charge of the Reimbursement area, who answered the name Carolina Perez only answered the messages a week or two later and her function was, unfortunately, to delay the return of the money. Only when I said that I would report them on social networks and on their other internet pages, did they ipso facto agree to make the respective refund. Just like that, maybe 7 or 8 months later, they paid me back. DEFINITELY THE WORST HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY

The two times I used them, they knew how to solve them and even an online doctor 24/7 made me available. They are an excellent group and very friendly. I recommend them 100%

They referred me to a clinic where the cost of care was 340 euros in January 2020. In February, I received the notification that the debt had not yet been paid and I communicated it to the company. Now it is June AND THE COMPANY IS STILL NOT RESPONDING TO PAYMENT OR TO THE HOSPITAL. EACH TIME I CONSULT FOR THE MATTER, THE COMPANY ONLY RESPONSES THAT I WILL COMMUNICATE WITH THE CORRESPONDING AREA. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY NEITHER AS CUSTOMERS OR AS SUPPLIERS.

They work with net travel assist and they do not respond, 4 months have passed since I had to use medical assistance, none of the 2 companies respond to me, they only send me messages saying we are reviewing your case. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND NET TRAVEL ASSIST

As customers, the payment is very regular, we spent many months collecting bills that were generated for services performed in Spain. And they did not respond to calls or emails.

I share my opinion as we have been working with Innova Doctors for several years and in all this time we have not had any problems. For our part, we only have good things to say about the Innova team, so we recommend it 100%.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This company is a robbery NEVER buy this insurance they literally let you die before paying or sending you to a doctor. I have my nephew with a broken clavicle and they refuse to pay for the surgery because the global price is very high and the skin cost 14,000 and supposedly the coverage was 100,000. They invent clauses that are not stipulated PLEASE DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY WITH THEM
