The receptionists are very respectful, courteous, highly efficient and very accurate during the registration process. From the time of my arrival this only took five minutes.The first scan started about ten minutes later and the second ten minutes after that. The medical technicians were very informative during and after the scanning process. They are very professional, respectful, courteous and kind. The facility is extremely clean and they have ample parking in the rear of the building. Overall this was one of the best experiences I could have hoped for. I highly recommend.Best regards,CLF

Long wait in the sitting room. I was finally called ONE HOUR after my appointment. Worse than the long in person wait was the time it took for the Radiologist to review my results. Almost THREE WEEKS..Our time is a precious commodity that we cannot buy back and Vital Imaging does not seem to care. The Staff that answers the phone in the Records Department are quite unfriendly, as well.

Wait is lengthy, waiting room extremely cold with a very strong smell of Mistolin and bleach. No social distance while you wait. Appointments are bunched up so you really don’t have an appointment. You sit and wait 2hours before even called in for the diagnostic test. Also dog are allowed.

Wish I could give a better review, but waiting 3 hours for a ultrasound that takes 15 minutes is ridiculous. The lady that did the ultrasound on me was very nice, but the front desk people are extremely rude. Just because people are telling you they been waiting for hours, you can’t get frustrated and start acting out. The organization of this facility is horrible.

The wait is ridiculous, my appt was At 9:30 I came at 8:30 I was told I have to wait ok cool no problem,Is 10:30am and as of yet I have not been called by the way I’m fasting this is terrible I will NEVER come here againHowever the front desk ladies are very pleasant.I ended up leaving this place have no respect for people time. This place is a joke they give you an appointment and you arrive 20 minutes before and they come out with the excuse that the appointment time is to fill out a questionnaire and not the time of the study.The girl at the front desk on Coral Way is rude when you ask her questions.Better go to Ambulatory diagnostic center.

The worst experience I ever had. With an app had to wait sn hour. The test results took more than 10 days to obtain. Test results not reliable, service is horrible, over crowded place, and people are not kind. You do not feel welcome. The environment is stressful I will never go there again and top it off on top of paying out of pocket or insurance premiums you half to pay a ridiculous amount of 5 dollars to obtain Imaging on a CD.

It was a nice expirience . The recepción lady was nice And efficient. The lady who did the test was very nice And quick. The test itself was was very easy.

1. Check in: Staff was busy on a personal call. Had to wait for him to finish his call.2. Too many people in the waiting area.3. Requested a copy of CD on May 2021 and received it August 2021. The reason for delay was because the machine was out of order. They promised to call when ready, but never received the call.

This center recently provided me with a incorrect medical result for a ultrasound. As result, this lead to a mejor confusion between my doctors. People are nice but I would not recommend this place for an ultrasound. A wrong ultrasound may take you to a surgery or prevent you of having a surgery needed. I would recommend a mejor facility or hospital.

Office is efficient, I didnt have to wait too long ( in the parking lot) the technician is capable and friendly.

Of all the Vital Imaging centers this is the one I like the best. Their timeliness, cleanliness and professionalism is by far the best. Including their staff and treatment. Very happy to live closer.

Worst experience ever! The receptionist was very rude. They have no sign to indicate the entrance. I was knocking for 15 minutes at the wrong entrance. I attempted to call but they never answered. When I finally went in, the receptionist told me if I was the one slamming her door and asked her that if she heard me why didnt she tell me where the right entrance was, or called me. My mother has terminalAlzeimer, and she didnt seem to care.

I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for an exam that took 5 minutes. The place is nice but hard to find. There should be proper signs indicating where the entrance is. The wait time was just unacceptable.

Worst service ever. They committed a mistake in my phone number and got me waiting outside for 2 hours plus another hour of waiting here inside. They should have at least give me the Scan free at this point to compensate the big mistake. Time is valuable but they don’t care here.

I have a bad experience with this center.I told them I dont need to pay for the test, they insisted I needed to pay. They claim to my insurance with zero responsibility for the patient but ALSO, they keep my money. I cannot believe after 3 or 4 emails from me and a couple of calls letting me know they will give the money back I am still waiting for it.

Super professional place. From the receptionist to my tech who did a mammogram all were great!!

The place is well organized, but the person who did my echocardiogram exam did not seem to have any knowledge of what he was doing. She didnt have the attitude of a professional, because she leaned against me, leaned on my body to do the exam and she also looked very stressed. I take this type of exam every year, and for the first time, I had this bad experience.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Their location at 7101 sw 99 ave Miami, fl staff barely spoke English and could not understand me. I paid cash and they made me wait 15 minutes for my change. Because of covid we had to stay in our cars and wait to be called in. I was never called, I had to call them. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was not seen until 12:15pm. They told me I was next in line and then still was not next! Do not go here unless you have nothing to do all day. They are nice but so unprofessional. The technique felt I was anxious and helped me calm down. I’m thankful for her.

Appoiment at 11am.is 1pm (2 hrs waiting ) and nothing ! they make a lot of appointments at same time and only have 1 machine !everybody in the machine is like 30 min! imagine how long is the waiting ...go somewhere else not here .

I would like to start by saying that this facility is awesome and fantastic. The employees there are very courteous and go out of their way to help you in getting your authorizations from your doctor. They make you feel comfortable. I was offered a coffee and two bocaditos that were delicious. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. I have been there three times for an MRI, CT Scan and Lumbar X-rays. I will come back to this facility for any further imaging that I need to have done in the future.Sílvia Blanco

This is the last time I come here.

I got confused the first couple of times I went. The entrance is around the back and they have a lot of rooms. I think they were remodeling or something a few months ago (when I went). Nice people, pretty good service. I would just make it easier to get there (I ended up next door at a different type of imaging place). Also, the parking lot guard was kind of harassing me a bit. Definitely did not feel safer with him around.

Very unprofessional, rude and unorganized. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes past my appointment before I was admitted for my scan. I tried to speak to the receptionist several times and she would ignore me and just call someone else up. I would never come here again.

Nice team, clean place and low waiting time... every thing was excellent in my personal opinion.

I had tow wait almost two hours, and then had employees knocking on the door t ask the technician what she wanted for lunch, as I was getting my things to go. Honestly, I was annoyed. My experience at the Hialeah location last year was much better.

Appointment was scheduled for 4pm and I wasn’t attended to until 6:15pm. I was told no one was available to make a cd of the imaging which is required from the doctor and I had to go in another day to pick up. The individual at the front desk kept saying he wasn’t an employee and was just filling in and was unable to provide any services or answers to why they had no one available to make a cd or to why they were over 2 hours behind. Image report was not sent to doctor after a week when my follow up was scheduled. If this place is recommended by any doctor I highly advise to ask to take your services somewhere else. This place is irresponsible with some of the worst professional services. Avoid at all cost!!!

I was very disappointed to learn upon arrival there would be a delay with my imaging appointment by up to an hour and a half. The staff wasn’t very apologetic about it either. The delay was “due to a problem in the morning.” but my appointment was at 1:30pm, so I think a phone call to reschedule the MRI for later in the day would have been the appropriate thing to do. Awfully rude to assume I don’t have other imports things to do.

Vmthe staff is profficiency and nice. I had to correct a mistake on the doctors order which it would mean an appointment rescheduling and they did it by fax, to expedite the process. This people is commited to their good customer service highest standards. I would not hesitate to recommend this center.

Took my suegra in there today for a CT Scan. Got there at 10AM, appointment was for 10:30AM. Front desk lady said sign in and wait. Didnt call us till almost 11AM, only after I went up and asked if they were going to call her name yet. Lady responded o si, ya voy a empezar a llamar personas, and then she took a sip of her cortadito. After more chatting and laughing and more coffee, she finally called her name and then it was only for paper work, ID, insurance. Why wasnt she given that from the beginning?? Another 30 minutes later she was called and they give her the drink for CT scan so there goes another hour wait. The place wasnt even full when we got there at 10AM, but since everything was getting back up we ended up leaving past 1PM. I guess thats why one of the employees goes around asking people if they want coffee; they know everyone is going to be there a while!

I have been in this place 4 times before with my elderly hadicap in laws, and it was an ok experience.Today we went for a simple procedure of chest Xrays. We arrived at 10:40 our appointment at 11:30.am We got out of that place at 1:30.pmThe technician who took the X rays could not get things together , first was the computer then the Xrays machine, it took two hrs for simple Xrays, the room was filthy with robes and dirty paper on the floor, besides that when the technician finally showed up we have to listen to a whole story of how he manage to take the xrays of the patient in the next room and explained all the inconvinients he had!!!!That is un acceptable! During the time we were waiting there there were only three or four people in the waiting room!We think there was something going on in that placeor either technicians that quit or called in sick becuase you could see they were short of staff. We are not going back even though the location is very convenient for us! That was disrespectful!
