Super fast and super friendly. Had a 3PM appointment for X Rays and was out in 30 minutes. Loved the staff!

Had to have a diagnostic imagine today in Suite 115..the young lady at the front desk, Clara was very professional and helpful...and Sheena who performed my procedure was also a gem, very professional and knowledgeable about her job she made my visit not so nerve wrecking...Thanks to these two young ladies for their caring disposition.

It was very fast, and the staff was extremely helpful. They were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Seating is a novelty. Standing and waiting because Noone here is in any sort of hurry at all. Building smells and is run like a jail or dmv. Im not sure why I am even here. I may walk out on my appointment. P.s it forced me to give it 1 star. Sooo FYI 1st star is due to existence in universe only..

I waited about 1 1/2 hours, I was a new patient but the ultrasound technician Yamilet was the sweetest person ever! She was very attentive, caring and took her time. She made me feel very comfortable. I will go back just so I can have my U/S done with her!

The personnel is very rude and unprofessional . They called a day before the test asking just for the money without explaining anything and at the day of the test they asked me for a blood test results. I took a half a day of to get the test done and because of the blood test I have to come again?Do not waist your time there .Elite images in Aventura is the best place .

Today was my 3rd visit there, and I will not be going back. The ladies at the front desk I have no problems with. Its the technicians. They have no empathy or compassion. The wait is always long. Its best to get there an hour before your scheduled appointment because thats how long youre going to be waiting to be seen. When youre in your early 40s and you have to have various pictures taken of your breast its very scary, so if your spouse or significant other wants to be by your side for support I think it should be allowed. And dont say men arent allowed, or its radiation, or the area is too small, because thats what I was told. Im not sure how theyve been getting away with that type of attitude. Nothing about a mammogram is easy. And the attitudes of the technicians are horrible. LEARN SOME BEDSIDE MANNERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.

A 2 hr wait after the appointment time with Unprofessional and rude staff. Samantha is absolutely the worst customer service rep. This place deserves 0 stars. They only care about money and not their clients

My first appointment I have to wait but a reasonable time 1 hour the most. Then for second appointment I had to reschedule and every time was close to the appointment they will tell me that is was at a different time but no one bothered to call and explain it was changed. The lady that help today was so nasty, saying that they call and left a voice mail. When I never got not even a call. Worst service ever. Dont bother

I had a terrible experience last week. Would give this place zero stars if it was an option. Staff is rude. Staff lacks empathy and compassion. Management supports rude staff and does not support the patient. In the waiting room, patients are complaining that they have waited a long time. Without patients there would be no business but I guess no one seems to remember that. I wonder if the owner of this facility is aware of what really goes on. Staff needs education regarding customer service. I perceive staff as not being happy with their job.

I thought I had walked in to the State of Florida Division of Drivers License office, not a medical facility. The physical state of the office, starting with the front door, is not what one would expect from a healthcare provider or a well run office. The staff was business like and managed the heavy patient load efficiently. The bathroom was deplorable, about what one sees at a gas station. Mold and mildew around the toilet; dirty floors and walls; neglected corners; a broken scotched taped together jammed towel dispenser.I assume that the scanners, which are not state-of-the-art, did an adequate job with my imagining. The technicians were pleasant.Bottom line, shame on the owners for not spending more of their revenue on keeping the facility clean and pleasant. Im advising my doctor to look for an alternate facility.

This is an irresponsible company. I went to recieve an ultrasound on my breast. I came in understanding my insurance benefits but taken back when i was charged $186.00. I was told that I was required to make that payment because my insurance required me to payout $2000 before they start to cover my expenses. I called my insurance company as soon as I stepped out. The company was wrong. I wasnt required to make a payment at all. I called over to the company and explained what took place. They immediately began processing my refund. However, when I brought it to their attention that this was irresponsible on their part. I was told that I was wrong, that was the proper procedure even though i verified throug my insurer that this center was in the wrong. I want to beleive that they read my insurance wrong, however, given the tone, and the lack of accountability I am certain that this company has deceptive biling practices. If you must go here, speak with your insurance company before hand, before you are charged a copay that will isnt feasible.

I have been here before and the front desk workers were great dnt know what happened.The girls at the front deak are rude. I watched a woman come in numerous times trying to get them to help her. The woman obviously didnt speak good English and even stated that to them and showed her papers she had which had the correct auite number. As for myself I was charged a price that I was not supposed to be charged and when I told them they gave some run around about they probably went up on the fee and i know this is what i need to charge. I asked could you find out..she took my card as if she was going to verify but didnt.

Curly hair reception has a lil attitude nothing major. Facility is clean and small. Mostly Hispanic employees. Was on two others in waiting room was on time for appointment still waited forty five minutes. Went for a transvaginal ultrasound sound. Probably lasted about thirty minutes. The technician didnt say anything just probed my vagina with a stick and squinted her eyes any a screen. And one point she tells me hold the device in my vagina while she steps outside and brings someones else in the room. She put on a glove and starts probing my vag no introduction no explanation. How rude! They start talking in Spanish. I heard the first one say no shes never been pregnant. Now the most soothing situation but other than that visit was fine. Got the job done seem to be thurough I just didnt appreciate them not being informative.
