For.the sick right now: Huge delays. Not respecting appointments.Plus No care at all for those having to bring our ill family members for us to wait in a comfortable area.A couple plastic chairs out by the street and thats it. Its Miami.. in July. Its very uncomfortable. This pandemic is over an year old. At this point if they didnt even bothered in setting up something with more consideration for us bringing our sick loved ones, its because they really dont care at all. They dont give a dime.

Bad experience. My wife is pregnant and nervous about being our first child. All the time I did screening interviews with her to make sure she understood everything. We were not told anything and on the day of the consultation I was unable to enter. I understand the measures for Covid, but that should have been reported earlier. I lost a days work to accompany my family and I couldnt do it. The entrance to the clinic is already being made one patient at a time, while we wait in the car for 1 hour. Now I will not have another opportunity to accompany you. Too late to find another clinic.

Great place to go, professional doctors, clean places, they are there to help you, they take the time that you need to speak with them. I had a wonderful time there, starting from the front desk girl very helpful and everyone. Thanks

The patient service here is outstanding. I had the difficult task of taking my grandmother for an ultrasound during the pandemic. My grandmother has dementia and everyone from the check-in at the entrance, the security guards, the front desk patient check-in and the office staff went above and beyond to make sure I got her in and out of her appointment safely. They could not have been more helpful or patient. Thank you to each and everyone of you for all your help during these difficult times.

My experience here was mixed, I think there is a huge operational miss with the new COVID-19 processes and the customer experience is being severely impacted. All of it could be solved by people being thorough with their responsibilities. The first time I was scheduled to go the Jackson Memorial location (I was even provided directions on how to get there) just to find out later that was the incorrect location, I was also told the appointment was on a Tuesday, but received a text confirming to go on a Friday. Naturally I missed the first appointment. The second time, assuming I received texts and calls confirming the appointment but was never advised of the correct location so I assumed I was still meant to go to the Jackson Memorial location and once I got there was advised of the correct address was the Professional Art Center which is in Miami, as soon as I hear this with the confirmation team on the call I ask to be transferred to advised them of the issue and ask for some time to get there, I was on the phone for the entire 30 mins ride just for them to hang up at the without attending my call. I get there, the phone number they sent to verify my arrival me was incorrect, I never received the text message and because of that had to do longer COVD check points when entering the clinic. ALL OF THIS.. to get to the office and have the receptionist ask me.. What are you doing here? as if she saw a debt collector, after I explained my journey she simply said, you were eight minutes late Im sorry.I cant process how someone representing a health organization as reputable as UHealth can be this inconsiderate. After all of this I came back (had no choice, its either this or re-starting the whole process with a different doctor) I received fantastic treatment from the ultrasound technician, she was a true sweetheart. As far as the receptionist... I guess she was either in a better mood that day or simply didnt recognize me.I wont say I dont recommend the organization but, you need to get it together for your patients, and have more rigorous recruiting processes so people who dont feel like doing their jobs can happily stay home.

From the mess they make of scheduling, to the text and email confirmations they send with the wrong phone numbers and address, to the awful treatment youll finally get when you show up, if you need a doctor, this is the last place Id recommend. There are plenty of great medical offices where you wont feel like a 2nd class citizen so do yourself a favor and avoid this place if possible.

Family visit with Dale Courtney Wright, PA-C, first time visiting the Professional Arts Center. We were warmly greeted by Omar and seen in a timely manner. Vitals were taken and we had a short wait before being called into the examination room.Dale Wright, PA-C is methodical and careful in his approach to root cause analysis and diagnosis overall. No stone goes unturned. In light of this approach, the visit was NEVER sterile and distant. His style of information gathering was non-invasive and rather than feeling as if you were in a clinical setting, it felt like a living room conversation with a caring family member all while getting to the heart of the matter with his solution intended probes. This was the ultimate pairing, wed been blessed as my family member was none to keen about coming to a doctors appointment. She left with nothing but praise, willingness to apply his recommendations and a positive outlook for her return visit. In the car ride home we discussed what a tailored and extraordinary experience Dale Wright, PA-C provided. HE IS A RARE GEM deserving of all 5 stars and more if the rating system would allow for it. He is a reservoir of outstanding care!Administration: Ive taken no points off in this review as my focus is on the direct care received. However, at the conclusion of our visit, there was a knock at the door from what appeared to be a very upset medical assistant wanting our visit to come to an abrupt end. As we were checking out, she could be heard telling other staff loudly, I JUST WANT TO GO HOME!. Extremely unprofessional, disruptive and changed the tone of the visit. However, believe she is an oddity for the office. Hopefully this type of behavior gets corrected or managed out. Nonetheless, we will continue to patronize this PA as long as he resides here.

Terrible experience. I have a flight to catch tomorrow and had an appointment today at 2:00 clock so I can have a small perineal abscess checked out before leaving to New York. After waiting 30 minutes once checking in, they advised me it will be a $300 flat fee for my first time visit! They NEVER advised me this over the phone when making my appointment and I was even asked if this is my first time. It should be disclosed that first time visits are automatically $300 no matter what, even if you’re coming in to check out a splinter on your thumb. Just ridiculous pricing for a for time visit and even worse they let you waste your time to find out on arriving for your first time visit that it’s $300 and not disclosing it to you while making your first time appointment. Just bad practice..... don’t waste your time coming here, just a money scam.
