Very pleasant and professional staff. Yadira the medical assistant was very pleasant. Dr. Michel Perez Espinosa was very knowledgable. It was our first time the overall process was quick. Our appointment was for 12:20 and my husband and I were finished at 1:30.

What a wonderful experience I had today. Yadira Fernandez and Dr. Gutierrez made me feel very special. They treated me with kindness and affection. I was honored by them. I think Sanitas Medical is Wonderful, but most of all Yadira and Dr. Moises Gutierrez are a Special Asset to your organization.

Lots of issues. This is not a review of the doctors. I had an appointment tomorrow and they called me three times this morning to confirm leaving voicemails and in the last message said its cancelled because I havent answered. I was not able to take a call at the time kind of ridiculous they just decide to cancel.It takes 3-4+ weeks to get an appointment here with your doctor in the first place which is super inconvenient.Their referral department is also terrible. No urgency, poor communication with other offices and customers, and referrals are late and disorganized.The best thing about Sanitas is the chat support on their website. They have some good doctors also but they are mostly constrained to work within the hobled management system.

Excellent attention at the front desk and medical staff. Dr. Moises-Gutierrez is a very kind and compassionate person who takes the time to listen and examine his patient and explains and answers questions clearly. I finally felt treated like a human being. Many thanks to all, you make the experience of going to the doctor not a nightmare preceded by a long wait!

Very poorly run medical facility. When asked why I hadn’t been called for my appointment 30 minutes after my scheduled time the receptionist responds, “every doctors office is run this way.” This is an incorrect statement. There are many well run practices in Miami in which you are taken for your appointment on your scheduled time. Practices that are run this way are poorly ran, period. The people running these facilities are the bottom of the barrel. The medical doctors that spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on an education and then to only be represented by such low class. Very sad. If you are considering an HMO in South Florida keep in mind this is what you will have to deal with. This is one of the few HMO facilities they have in South Florida.PS. The last time I asked for the office to fax me a copy of my lab orders they sent my medical test results to the fax instead. Big HIPPA violation. The competency is very low here.

I originally had chosen my primary care doctor at Sanitas because of how quickly you can schedule appointment. My only concern was how many reviews I read that the employees were all rude. But I have never experienced that in the times Ive visited.Everyone has been super kind and helpful. Especially today with Estefania and her coworkers Giselle and Sofa. When I came to the office there was a mix-up (which was not on Sanitas end) with some referral paperwork and they helped me by calling and faxing like crazy in order to get the necessary paperwork in time for my doctors appointment. And they did!Then my doctor, Moises, has been nothing but kind to me patiently explaining everything thats going on and needs to be done. He even called around himself in order to find me other lab testing sites that had an earlier available appointment.So thank you to all of them!

Professional, capable and personable ... from initial check in with Gisselle & Sofia, to my thorough prep with MA Irai, and the attention of Dr Reyes.. top notch and first class. Very caring people indeed and it shows.

Worst service ever!!! They stood me up twice with no regard and not respect.

The front desk was extremely rude. Not helpful at all. I went personally 3 times just for a simple thing. There is a girl there with blue eyes. Every rude. The worst customer service. 0 customer service skill. She will give you attitude. When you ask manager she will give you attitude again. Manager is super helpful. But you need to really get upset before you get anything done. Don’t come to this location. The girl 100% has very bad customer service skill. She told me “this is our policy that you can’t wait in the lobby”. They made a mistake on my referral letter and I need to come to the location in person 3 times. Can you imaging that. And plus they are giving you attitude. In general, the doctor and the manager are great. But the front desk girl! Rude.

SUPER DISSAPOINTING!I had 2 visits within the same week. The first visit I arrived 20 minutes early and was checked by a man named Arnie who had the most horrible attitude with me for no apparent reason. I ignored his remarks thinking maybe he was having a bad day.The next time I was there a few days later I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment and was checking in with Arnie again who said I could not be seen after 6:30. I showed him my phone, it was 6:30 on the dot. He continued with the same attitude I had gotten to know days prior and took back what he said about 6:30 and said I couldnt be seen.I asked to speak to the supervisor and he handed me a card and nothing else. I have tried to call the so called office supervisor OLIVIA RODRIGUEZ twice leaving 2 different messages and she still has not gotten back to me.Super unprofessional, super Miami, no one cares about anything at this place. I wont be coming back and I urge you all to bring your happy and good energy else where before they suck it out of you.

I decided on Sanitas because of the ease of making an appointment and the fact that I wouldnt have to wait a very long time to see a provider.I had some difficulty finding it, but in hindsight I couldve just Googled it and found a picture.Upon entering, I had paperwork to fill out including consent forms. I hadnt completed all of the paperwork before they had me go up to my exam. This was a bit of a red flag to me. Im not sure why I would care because I signed all the forms anyway, but I would assume its bad practice to treat a patient before consent forms are signed.The lady taking my medical history missed a few items and failed to record them, and I noticed their absence after reviewing my patient portal the next day. I messaged the ARNP, and instead of calling once and leaving a message, the office called me several times throughout the day until I answered.The ARNP was fine. She wasnt great, she wasnt bad. There were a few things I had to offer up on my own and I didnt feel like she asked enough questions. I hadnt been to a PCP in 4 or so years though, so maybe my expectations were too high or a bit off. I asked a friend who said its typical for PCPs to only be able to handle one issue at a time, so maybe my expectations were off. Anyway, the ARNP offered to prescribe me birth control but she would have to make sure I wasnt pregnant first (through my bloodwork). I declined but maybe she didnt understand because my blood work order included an HCG.After she left, a lady came in to explain instructions for the blood work, but she BARELY spoke English. Unfortunately, as hard as Ive tried to learn, I do not speak Spanish. How is that even a remotely appropriate level of customer service? I would assume that its extremely risky to have someone who doesnt speak the same language as the patient explain ANYTHING medical to the patient. I have to say, this is 50% of the reason for my 2 stars.I have family in the Healthcare field who constantly emphasize that patient safety is of the utmost importance. While I didnt feel unsafe in any way, I definitely feel like Sanitas dropped the ball on protecting their company and their patient in this instance.I will probably be back for whatever follow-ups are required, but I highly doubt that I will choose Sanitas for my next yearly physical.

It was so easy to set up an appointment with Sofia and Gisselle at the front desk. They answered all my questions and were so kind. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is that everything is very clean. They make the appointment so that there aren’t a lot of people around. When I went I was actually the only one in the building at that time. I was seen be Daniela Ibarra APRN. I can’t sing enough praise. She took her time to explain everything to me and was patient when I asked question after question. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for friendly staff, cleanliness, and great parking.

There is too much wrong with thus center to be specific will be changing to another to get any kind of care asked to speak to supervisor twice still waiting a year later

The Little Havana Center is awesome. The facilities are first class and the location is very convenient but best of all are the front staff. Eileen Acosta and Cristina Frengen are the best. This has got to be the worst medical center in Miami, the first time I took my mom they dropped her Pap smear and have to do it twice, and was called to be informed that they ordered the wrong test but that the doctor thought everything was ok without the Pap smear he said it was not needed. The next time she went they informed her that the nurse was let go which made her feel uncomfortable that because of her they let someone go. Today she goes in and was informed that the doctor canceled on her because he wanted more test done, after she called yesterday to confirm with them. Never going here again they gave her attitude at the from desk and that isn’t acceptable for medical professionals or their staff. I’m sorry I’ll never be going back.

Definitely the WORST medical center in Miami. Told Dr I wasnt feeling well and the attitude was pretty much .. so what. No tests, no rx, nothing. Received a voicemail to go pick up RX and when Im there they take 30 minutes to tell me they have no idea what Im talking about.

The WORST medical center ever. I’ve wasted so much gas going to talk to my primary in person because the call center can never send out the referral even though I spoke to my doctor multiple times. I’ve call the call center over 20 times for the same referral. They only want me to use their doctors that they are CONTRACTED with, I tried one of the doctors they recommended and the place was unsanitary and they were rude. I work full time and go to school full time so I don’t have time to waste with an unorganized facility.

My experience at Sanitas Little Havana has been wonderful. The facilities are brand new, the staff is helpful and my Dr. Michel Perez is awesome and very professional.

I would drive across Miami from West Kendall to Little Havana, any day of the week, to be seen by Dr. Michel Perez-Espinosa. Great bedside manners and always ready to listen to all my concerns. The epitome of what a primary care physician should strive to become.
