Dr. Joseph is hands down one of the best in Miami. He genuinely cares for his patients and actively goes out of his to make you comfortable and thoroughly answers your questions, even if requires additional research on more complex issues. He has been our primary for almost 8 years. His team is well educated in nursing and medical office operations - they are polite and generally quick to respond - a rarity these days with most medical practices. Thank you!

Finally a Doctor in South Florida that won’t send you to 10 different specialists 30 miles apart from each other. I got blood work, a urinalysis and everything I needed in the same location in a very timely manner. He is extremely knowledgeable and listens to you. He instantly noticed things about me without me having to tell him. I’ve been in Miami 3 years and honestly I’ve felt the service has been very poor but Dr Joseph has beyond met my expectations. His staff is courteous and respects your time. His website is modern and consistent. I had all my results in 4 days posted to my own private page and the nurse called me to explain everything. 5 stars!!!!!

Ever since I turned 21 from Miami Children’s I transfer to adulthood, and guess what? My first and only PCP as an adult now being 36 has been Dr.Joseph, I wouldn’t change him for any other doctor. Once I had another insurance carrier that he was taking but stopped, I actually spoke to the manager and asked her what would be my best option so that I can call and change right away! Meaning, I didn’t even wait for the whole month, they change me right there and then, I gave them few legitimated reasons and I didn’t have to wait.! To me, personally he’s a great doctor and I wouldn’t change him for any other! He’s funny and I like that. Overall, we are almost like family, because I been with him for so long that I don’t know how I would feel with another doctor. Thanks for your care Dr. JJ!

Dr Joe is one of the best doctors you could find. He listens and actually cares about his patients so please do not listen to this guy that wrote a negative comment and his experience with someone that they just hired. It wouldnt happen again if you called. I normally do not leave comments but I have to stand up for him. He is a fantastic doctor. As well as his staff they just the same they care about you, if you leave a message they call back which is very rare in Miami.

Ive been under Dr. Josephs care for over a year and can say I have finally found one of the most understanding and caring Primary doctors in Miami. Hes very humble, compassionate, and pays detailed attention to your specific needs. Hes a gem and an excellent doctor!

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTORS OFFICE!!!The worst staff, appointment desk, and people who work there has the worst, the most horrific service Ive ever received from a Doctors office. I found him in my insurance carrier as part of my network, Im going to report his office to my insurance carrier.I went online and made an appointment, online is said it was available and it stated that I needed to wait for their response to confirm the appointment, I waited, received the email that it was declined. I then tried calling the office for 3 days, one day I called 5 times, they would put me on hold, never pick up, then pick up and tell me how busy they are and how the phones were crazy without even talking to me and finding out the reason for my call. Then, when someone finally picked up on day 3 live person with a live conversation, she said hold on and started talking to another colleague about another patient or something. Although there were no details discussed or names of the patient, it was just rude to hold a 1 minute conversation with me on hold. And, this was after I explained my experience to her and how long I had been trying to reach them. She chuckled and said, were just super busy. I hope the doctor sees this write up and makes some changes. I guess business is so good they dont need another patient. I cant imagine this being this way if I need to reach my doctor. This really sucks. Horrible. I was in the ER and needed to go see a doc, although he was highly recommended, I will not be going there and hope that enough people see this and he looses patients and income. Maybe then he will pay better/more attention.

I am a retired R.N. and I have been seeing Dr. Joe for years. He is also my youngest sons Dr. I highly recommend Dr. Joseph because he is a good man and a very good physician, he listens and he shows respect for his patients.
