I had no knee pain after my visit. Dr Aldrich is exceptionally great. His diagnosis, talent and courtesy will make me comeback to his office as needed.

The front desk, Ady and Cary, were super unhelpful. The doctor was running over 2 hours late. When I returned in the afternoon, they turned my grandmother away advising they could not take her. I take time off to help my grandmother and its very frustrating when people think you have time to waste. To add to it, the building is in awful shape with extremely slow elevators.

If you are looking for a Dr. Office where no one answer the phones so you need to go in person and when they give you an appointment for 11.00 and you leave at 4. 00 min. this is the place. Otherwise choose someone else.

A Dr without an answering system. Seriously? Trying to schedule a new patient appointment and the phone just rings. Not even an automated greeting to leave a message or an off hours service. My little nephews have better (and more sophisticated) phone protocols than that. Cant trust a Dr. without an office in this medical system.

If I could give Dr. Aldrich and his staff no star, I would. My mother went to go see this so-called “doctor” in November. His staff member Delfa, confirmed my mothers appointment and stated that her lab results and Radiology studies were already in the office. The day of her appointment, the doctor stated that the labs were not in the office nor were the radiology results. My mother told the doctor that his staff confirmed that the results were already in the office, she didn’t understand why they would say yes when confirming the appointment. At this point, she had basically lost her appointment. Delfa told my mother she never told her yes. She also told my mother that she could continue to wait or she could go home since she was in pain. Once the results were received by his office, he would call her to place her on her treatment.My mother went to her pharmacy to look for any medication that the doctor perhaps had prescribed and the pharmacist told her that the doctor did not place any medication. Unfortunately on December 26, my mother had a horrendous crisis and had no medication ordered still nor any sort of crisis plan. I called the office, but it was close. I therefore left a message with his answering service, requesting for the doctor to call me back. It is January 20, 2021, and I am still waiting for the phone call from the physician. The only person that has called has been a “nurse” by the name of Yvonne with a nasty attitude and everything that she will say during the whole conversation is I have no knowledge.If you care about your loved ones, I highly recommend for you to run away from this office as fast as you can and never look back. Thankfully, my mother was able to find another rheumatologist that was able to get her on a crisis plan, get her the medication she desperately needed and help her manage with her illness.

The doctor is extremely knowledgeable , an expert in his field. My father, mother and now me have been treated by him. Hes also very sociable and fun with his patients.

I’ve been trying to setup an appointment by referral but they have no answering machine, the phone just keeps ringing. When I finally reached someone they hung up on me. I tried multiple times to reach them back with no success. This is very unprofessional and pretty messed up for a doctor’s office, find another

Amazing doctor and takes his time with patient... my mom has been seeing him for ages (Arthritis and Fibromyalgia related) -- he is more than just a medical doctor he actual connects with his patients and makes them feel at ease and confident. Truly a healer of body, mind and soul. Its a lost art or practice. Yes I can recall and for the first time witnessed that being seen is tough -- but in part because he has legions of patients and they are all willing to wait knowing full well he gives them undivided attention and eases their pain. He truly lives the oath.

The patients here are all elderly.. And there here literally 5 hrs waiting to be seen....not cool at all.... I dont care how good of a doctor you are... You should be concerned with your patients.... Unacceptable!!!! I arrived at 9:30am for an 11:00am appt finally saw the doctor at 3:30pm

The doctor is the best. More than outstanding! The appointment system is a total disaster. You have to call way in advance to be given an appointment day, not time, just date. You have to arrive early in the morning and give your name and even if you are #5, you will see 10 people go before you and if you ask.... oh... you have 11 people before you. How come? Total mistery... Dr. Aldrich: 5 stars though.

Good Doctor,but needs to get there earlier so he can start with his patients immediately. Also needs another bathroom for the amount of patients that he always has waiting for him...

Finally found a doctor that actually listens and worries about my symptoms. Im always told that I am young and stressed out by other doctors. Turns out its not just stress. Thanks for taking the time to listen and care about your patients.

Office isnt helpful at all. Phone lines dont open till 10 am, poor communication with patients and clients

Weird.....doctor office, I called . rang rang rang rang, so I dialed again, then at first ring a lady answer said hello...(no introduction), I said hello is this a doctors office, and she said yes...ummm....ok..can I have an appointment...she said what insurance, I said Av-Med...she said you work for city of Miami, I said no Dade County , she said we dont take dade country....that was it...what you mean you dont take dade county..you take av-med......next .......heavy accent and answers the phone like she were home...HELLO...

The best rheumatologist I have ever had. Its a pity that my insurance has to change it and he does not take it. But I recommend it a lot
