I found this doctor for my mother and she enjoyed her first consult with the nurse Damaris and the doctor. They treat you like family. Damaris was very informative when my mother asked a few questions about covid vaccines. Furthermore, Dr. Vaca is a great listener that doesn’t rush through consults.

I made my appointment based on reviews I saw. And I can say they are well deserved. They went above and beyond to get me in touch with the Dr. dispute having some small technical issues. They where super friendly and accommodating. Doctor Vaca listened to my concerns and made relevant suggestions based on what I felt. He didn’t speak down to me like some other doctors do. He seemed genuinely concerned and eager to resolve my issue. His staff is also been the friendliest I have encountered at a doctors.

She helped me calm my nerves because I get very nervous in medical offices and his pharmacy technician was a sweetheart when giving me my medications. My overall experience with this office has been nothing but welcoming and they treat you like family. If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would!!!

Today I had my first visit with Doctor Carlos Vaca. I He was referred to me by a very good friend who also happens to work in the medical field (he knows the good ones). I have had an issue for a few years now and no doctor has been so genuinely interested in helping me and in covering all corners possible.My visit was a very pleasurable experience. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful and his wife was also there and the sweetest woman ever. The doctor himself was kind, and really listened to what I had to say! I’ve never felt so actually “cared for” by any other medical professional. Thank you doctor !!!

He used to be a great doctor. But sadly he hardly listens to patients needs or exam his clients to make sure whats wrong with them. He doesnt bother to read the patient chart to make sure of my allergies. Doesnt care if i die due to allergies action of a medication .
