Dr. Haberland is amazing. Really connects with patients. She helped me so much. Everyone here is super nice. All nurses and doctors that Ive met so far. Im glad I found this place.

After requesting a PCP that listens and cares, my cries were heard. A family friend recommended Dr. Haberland, and I’m so happy that I listened.Literally, the best experience ever.She’s so thorough, and patient, and kind.

Ive never had to wait a long time. Your appointment time is your appointment time. The staff is professional and helpful. Dr. Haberland really listens to your medical problems and she tries to explain things to her patients. I love having her as my primary care doctor. Bonus: there are two adorable office dogs that may come up and sniff your hand if youre lucky.

We just experienced the most absurd nonsense at her office. Upon arrival a very rude receptionist comes out and without identifying herself, greeting us or even saying hello, asks us if we had been tested for COVID.We answered yes, since I had hip replacement surgery on May 29 at Mount Sinai and they test everyone before they are admitted to the hospital as long as the results come back negative.All the pre operation clearance was done at her office as well, and yet, the receptionist who was sitting outside the office questioning patients went on to say that unless I had the results with us, I was not allowed in the office.First problem, when scheduling the appointment 2 days earlier, no one mentioned any such requirements, as well as not having done this at any of the prior visits since the pandemic started.To make matters worse, another patient comes in, the same receptionist with her exceptional manners asks her in front of us if she had ever been tested, the lady replies “no” and she sends her right in?!?Somehow one patient (me) who had surgery, had been tested and cleared by a hospital, whose complete medical history they have had since COVID started is no longer welcome there, all the while someone who might be contaminated and had never been tested gets to go right in. I still cannot even begin to try to understand the absurdity of what had transpired.Upon asking to speak to the manager, someone even more amazing comes out, without identifying herself, wearing a name tag, saying good morning, greeting us or anything other then asking what the problem was. When confronted and asked to explain what kind of logic they were applying at that time, she immediately got defensive, states only that “these are the rules” (that no one cared to disclose when setting the appointment and just started magically that very morning) and started claiming she is offended in a pitiful attempt to not have to explain the truth behind this egregious new rule. Somehow it just felt like profiling. It seems we shouldn’t expect much else, as this kind of stupidity can have no possible logical explanation.I am disabled and I go to several different doctors every month and rehab 3 times a week.I’ve been to two different ones just this month. I have never, in any of their offices, had experienced this level of idiocy.It seems our doctor is so ashamed, she did not even try to explain herself, make a call or anything. She simply sent a message through her exemplary staff that she would not be seeing us without our test results in hand (which Mount Sinai never provided a copy of and would take weeks to get, after physically handing them a medical release). All the while, she continues to see people who had not been tested and could possibly be carrying the virus. The “amazing” staff have also confirmed that had we lied, we would’ve been able to go to our appointment, I would’ve had my annual check up without having to go through all this aggravation.

Excellent doctor! I was recommended to her by my cardiologist and I have not been disappointed once. The office does not overbook and have long waits which is a huge plus. She is very caring and friendly. Best Ive had.

Dr. Haberland is the most caring, and most knowledgeable physician that I have encountered. She LISTENS! Never rushes you. Asks questions. Gets it all and has a plan if needed. Both my husband and I are her patients and we have been so happy to have a doctor who treats you like family. She remembers everything and then focuses on the entire picture. My very first visit it felt like she knew my entire life. I have had so many back, high blood pressure issues and weight issues until Dr. Haberland. She makes life style decisions with you.Can’t thank her enough.

Dr. H is an amazing listener & actually lets you speak & get out all you have to say before she responds. If you have a special situation, she will do her best to help any way she can. She is one of my favorite doctors in the area (& I see MANY as I live with live with lupus.)I would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER!!!
