First of all they don’t have any kind of signaling to the main entrance, I had to wait 40 min outside because of new covid rules. I called twice to confirm if I was in the right place and asked if they could let me go inside because it was pouring rain and I don’t have a car to wait outside, they told me they can’t so I had to wait 40 min outside in the wrong entrance and with heavy rain.Second, my appointment was scheduled for 8:30 am, right now is more than 9:30 am and I’m still waiting to be called.More respect for your patients!
