Granted I was the only one there but quick service for a CT scan and sonogram. Polite and respectful staff all around. Now just waiting for that bill 🤦🏽‍♂️

Lasts month I had to take my 23 years old to a EM room. Since I leave near by Miramar I decided to toke him over there. What mistake there was my crying with pain ( abdominal ). I ask questions, like speak with the ER supervisor, the answer was “ we don’t have anybody in charge today. “ by her answer I knew she laying.I work in the medical field my serf. She saying to me if I don’t like here just takes your son some where else. I took my som from PEMBROKE PINES MEMORIAL AND took him to the OCED experience was the best. Congratulation from the nurse staff Alvarez and the Dr Villa cobe.they are professionals , caring for the patient. I thank you everyone who’s hel me and my son. I really recommend if you need go to a Emergency Room , go to the one in Bird Road.CongratulationsRosie Guillen

This place is a fraud. Went in to see if I broke my finger and I have received 3 bills from 3 separate places all for different things. I paid 2,000 and my finger was not even broken. The person in the front was lost as well. Dont go there

I was a patient here over a month ago, I have to recognize the outstanding service in this ER from the minute I walked in, the nurses were extremely helpful and attentive, the physician was knowledgeable and patient. I had all my studies done in a promptly manner. Would definitely recommend this place.

My doctor had some of the worst bed side manners. He never checked on me and gave me zero information when I needed to be transferred. But the person in charge of my CT scan was so kind and helpful.

They were great, easy to work with and overall an easy experience. no lines. no wait time.awesome. but the following is a review of how I failed to prepare myself for what would have been a $2500 cost.1. My insurance plan is a high deductible plan, and i was unaware that the National Average cost for an Emergency Room was 1500... so that was mistake number one. Most insurance plans, usually have a copayment cost that can range from 0-$350... seriously call your healthcare provider to make sure your insurance will this scenario...2. I was under the impression it was an urgent care, with the name emERgency room, my mistake... clearly didnt pay attention nor did I ask.3. Literally gone to Baptist, MD Now, and the Emergency room, and the complete randomness of how you get charged at the end of a medical diagnoses is really what is fueling the national conversation in healthcare cost because I avoided baptist urgent care because the last time I had flu like symptoms: i was charged $700 dollars.... MD Now? $150 and theyre very upfront with their cost.... Now here at the Emergency room they did take out blood work, iv solution, and literally treated me well.... but what was a belly ache soon became a financial pain...Maybe Im just ignorant of all these medical bill costs because I rarely get sick. Im sure the cost would cover the cost for doctors, the tests, administration and all... but damn... This is what I get for not going to my primary care who takes 3-4 hours to just see me and feels like a mission.Overall I understand why people get upset with medical costs because if one visit equals 2500 dollars, jeez... why visit the doctor? Rather buy vapor rub and call it a day (even if it doesnt work)

I went for intense pain, I did not call 911, because I did not consider it to such a degree, and with the covid problem, I think that going to a hospital should be avoided ... considering that the wards are full of patients in critical conditions !! my husband took me to this place..they are excellent. !! the quiet, impeccable place, immediately the Dr attended to me, for my symptoms he did tests to rule out pneumonia or a clot. Thank God it was nothing like that !! All the staff, from the moment you enter, treat you with affection, the nurse who treated me a love, as well as the Dr. fascinated with this place !!!
