I went to vinci hair clinic paid I think it was 4000 dollars I had to go back for a touch up but they have been closed for a long time and my procedure has faded quite a lot I have tried to call and call send numerous emails and I have gotten no response. They never pick up or return calls not very professional..The last time I spoke to them they told me they were going to do the touch up for 350 dollars and its been to long now Im back to square 1 again thinning and out of my 4,000 dollars and very depressed with low self esteem dont understand why havent gotten any calls it seems that other clinics are open just very disappointed.

I have nothing to say but GOOD THINGS about my experience at Vinci Hair Clinic. The clinic is located in the heart of SOBE. Very elegant. My consultation with Carlos was very pleasant and he was able to answer all my questions. Ashley is a real artist and also a saint. She did a miracle in my head. I’m very pleased with the results. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Initially a very positive experience at the Miami clinic, but as of lately not so great due to the customer service experience. I have been trying to schedule a touch up and no one answers the phone, when they do another location in NY picks up and tells me they will have Miami call me back. Long story.....no call back therefore becoming extremely dissatisfied, seems like once they collect their fees the customer is out the window.

Chris, the owner, gave me a very fair price. Ashley, the tech is an artist through and through. I trusted her and am extremely happy with the results. Very professional and the results speak for themselves. It’s a little more expensive than other spots out there but it looks natural and they’re the best. Thanks for everything guys!

Save your money, the procedure is NOT effective. The dye wears out pretty quickly and you end up with absolutely minimal results that are NOT worth the expense. The staff are courteous and professional and treat you well and the appointment scheduling was easy. But that thats make up for the fact that it doesnt work.Get a hair transplant or go bald, there is no other way. Micropigmentation is just a temporary little thing that washes out and wears our quickly, you will be disappointed, just like I am now.

I had some reservations when I started investigating SMP but after making the rounds to a few companies I landed with Vinci. This was entirely due to the fact that I was called back by my future tech Ashley after making an inquiry on the site. She answered every question I had and took the time to explain the procedure in depth. She allayed any concerns I had with the procedure. I was duly impressed and the end result of this exchange was her poking me in the head over several sessions in Miami. She was a pleasure to work with and I am very satisfied with the results. Ashley has true talent.

Have to give Ashley credit to a job super well done. It’s always risky doing something that will be your permanent look and I ha e to say that the risk paid off. I found out about Vinci Hair Clinic from someone I know in the gym. Before this I had never heard of SMP. I started doing research and found many locations that perform SMP in Miami and decided to go with Vinci. Although not the most cost efficient, Ashley was highly recommended by my friend at the gym and so I decided to pay her a visit. Upon arrival they made me feel very comfortable with the process and were very professional. Ashley was my technician and made the whole process very easy. I was unsure at first since I wanted something that looked completely natural but her portfolio and ability to answer all my questions put me at ease. From the first session I was very pleased with her work. My hairline looks so natural not even my own mother was able to tell what I had done.
