I have to sleep with a travel pillow, which is killing my neck, but hey! that’s a fair price to pay to have my hair back! No regrets! I went for a follow up the next day to have the bandage removed from the donor area, and I received the same professional care and advice like the day before. I had a hair transplant on 3/15/2021; Im pretty satisfied with the procedure. I have some swelling in my face and under my eyes. However, Ive been reading online this is typical after this type of procedure. The professional staff doctors and the on-site nurse are very friendly and informative. However, my reason for giving three stars instead of four is because the coordinator and folks that work at the front desk on-site arent as friendly nor helpful. I also was informed the meds would be covered with the price; however, that is not correct. Youll be responsible for purchasing the antibiotics and pain meds which are at a minimal cost. Ive emailed my assigned coordinator with questions before my procedure also after regarding the swelling; she never emailed me back. Ive also called and left voice messages with no returned call. The only time you hear from the coordinator is when it time to pay or schedule the procedure. It would be nice if they; would respond to the patients concerns or questions before and after the procedure. Ive completed the surveys they send out after every visit however, no one has ever reached out to me. I honestly dont think they care about the level of service you receive other than getting your money and completing the procedure. Overall, I would recommend other than the poor customer service received.

This procedure was painful as hell it’s a moth post op and my donor site is completely sore I have little painful bumps all over it my donor site has gone through shock loss but so far so good outside of whatever is going on in my donor site but a lil yea tree oil and need and avocado oil goes a long way I’m trying
