I had a really bad hair transplant preformed in Toronto six months prior and I knew from YouTube Dr Epstein had experience fixing bad hair transplants. The procedure was slightly more pricey then local options near me, but I knew Dr Epstein to be one of the most experienced and qualified Hairline lowering surgeons in the world. His team is amazing, and very friendly. They lowered my hairline, removed the previous grafts and placed them in other spots on my head. I love the results and can’t wait to get the sutures removed. This can be a risky procedure so I recommend an expert like Dr Epstein as to minimize complications like shock loss and scarring. I will be back to get more hair grafting as soon as I’m fully healed. They have changed my life !! At 13 my mom let me cut bangs and noone has ever seen my forhead since.. I mean noone! And @ 27 years old I was able to get my surgery and it was better then expected and cheaper. My original hair line wasnt even, one side was higher then the other. Dr brang my forhead line down and made it even and the scar at 1 months is barley noticeable it still has some healing to go but i might not even need to add hair along the scar which is why it might be cheaper then expected. The staff was so nice, very welcoming and easy to work with. If you are deciding to get any surgery from here I highly recommend you do! Incredibly dissatisfied and, frankly, traumatized with my experience at Foundation For Hair Restoration. It is clear that the focus of the center is quantity of patients and revenue—not quality whatsoever! I would be remiss to not post a review and caution other women to engage in thorough research when selecting a potential hair transplant surgeon and dermatologist should they be experiencing severe hair loss.Dr. Epstein performed my hair transplant surgery in July 2018. As a result, I have an incredibly unauthentic and aesthetically embarrassing hairline. There was little to no care put on achieving a natural like hairline and such as been observed by my family, friends, as well as other surgeons I’ve enlisted for support since the botched procedure.Furthermore, in September 2020, I returned to Dr. Epstein for counsel as I had continued to lose significant amounts of hair (not related to the surgery as far as I know). I was advised to pursue blood testing to determine potential causes for the loss. His office provided a bloodwork order and I was told I’d be called when the results were available.I never once received a call from Dr. Epstein’s office to provide my blood work results or advise on next steps despite being told I would. I, in fact, had to call Quest Diagnostics myself, start an account through their website to access my results, and then consult my primary care doctor to provide support as my trust in Dr. Epstein’s quality of service was completely lost at this point.My bloodwork results indicated that my Vitamin D levels were “incredibly concerning” (i.e. 14 ng/mL—where the range begins at 30 ng/mL), according to my primary care doctor. The results were given to Dr. Epstein as the referring physician yet I was never called and months have now passed.I will say Dr. Epstein’s assistant, Roxy, was incredibly kind and responsive throughout my 2-year experience with the office but she is not a practitioner and cannot in any way correct for the errors and abysmal service that was provided from a medical perspective.Hair loss is such a sensitive and embarrassing issue. Hair transplants are incredibly invasive and expensive procedures. You want a surgeon that is going to care about your experience, aesthetics, and results—this was not at all the case with Dr. Epstein! I would certainly recommend against using his services.

I had a beard and eyebrow transplant 12/2018 and a hairline transplant in July 2020. Dr. Epstein and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish for both of my procedures. Amazing caring feeling once you enter the door.Dr. Epstein cares about long term realistic results. So get ready to hear the hard truth if he cant promise you a fabricated miracle.

Before you read, please understand that this review is based solely on my own experience and I cannot speak for anyone else.I had a cosmetic rhinoplasty with Dr. Epstein on July 19, 2018. The goal was to smoothe a dorsal bump caused by a baseball injury when I was young. Unfortunately, the surgery did not go well. My nose ended up crooked and asymmetrical. From the photos (apparently censored by Google/Epstein), you can see how the tip turns to the right. Even worse, the surgery left me with a narrow bridge and poorly supported upper lateral cartilages. My breathing on the right side is reduced, and when I breathe in deeply the nasal valves pinch off (often making an embarrassing snorting sound). I have a diagnosis for this, its called Nasal Valve Collapse. As a result, I now wear Breathe Right strips 24 hours a day, which are unsightly and have made socializing difficult. I will need a second (and potentially third) surgery to fix both of these problems.When I first asked Dr. Epstein about a revision procedure, his solution was to shave down the tip on the right side and use ear cartilage to build up the left to make the tip appear straighter. To me, this sounded like a band-aid fix that wouldnt properly address the underlying issues. When I asked how this would address the concavity of the right nostril, he told me he wasnt God and it wont be perfect. He proceeded to tell me that further surgery wasnt necessary, that I shouldnt worry about the asymmetry because it is very slight and that I have other nice features such as my beard that compensate for it. I thought this was incredibly condescending coming from someone I had paid to make my nose look better. Regardless, I dont exactly have much confidence in his practice anymore so a revision with him is out of the question.To make matters worse, in practically every communication that Ive had with Dr. Epstein since the surgery 2 years ago, he has been dismissive and evasive, and his attempts to amend what went wrong are halfhearted at best. I wrote to Dr. Epstein recently, explaining in detail all the hardships Ive undergone and will continue to undergo. I even sent him the exact photos Ive posted here. But despite all of that, he insists that he did his very best as he would with any patient.In short, if you are considering Dr. Epstein for a rhinoplasty, I highly recommend going somewhere else.Edit: To clarify, Dr. Epstein offered about a quarter of my surgical costs, contingent upon signing a Settlement Agreement (Non-Disclosure) form to waive my right to post a review (not just to help me move on). Considering that amount will not nearly cover my future expenses or any of the suffering Ive endured, I told him I could not agree to sign the form. I did not initially write a review because I thought Dr. Epstein would offer a reasonable settlement if I asked him directly. I was trying to be nice and not just post a review without talking first.

I have to be honest when I first walked into to his reception room I was a little taken back because the room is very simple and not very inviting just the way the decor is setup. I met his nurse who had her eyebrows done a few years back and they looked absolutely stunning. So I had my eyebrows transplanted a few days ago and I must say that the staff was very caring and Dr. Epstein is a perfectionist and extremely detail oriented. Very very happy with his work and the ladies. Not much pain at all. I would do it all over again. You have no idea how much this has changed my life... no more waisting time in front of the mirror drawing my eyebrows!! Thank you

Two weeks ago, I emailed Dr. Epstein to have my hair evaluated due to some concern and anxiety that I was loosing more hair than is typical for my male pattern baldness. Knowing that Dr. Epsteins two small hair surgeries he performed 10 years prior in 2009 really saved my youthful 30s look, it was truly a no brainier to contact him now at age 40 for his advice/recommendation. In the end, after examining the photos and video I sent him of my hair, he recommended against a surgery at this time and preventative hair loss measures were what was needed. We only have so much donor hair in our lifetime.On an important sidenote, I also knew Dr. Epstein to be of great character notwithstanding his talents. In fact, three years prior I had set up an appointment at his NYC office only to have him tell me, save your money, it looks great...I can get you from a 6 score to an 8, but if I were you I would wait...hair thinning is normal at your age. He is on your side and very ethical!This definitely cost him money as I took up a block of his time for surgeries to be performed, but he was not upset. Nor was he irritated to discuss my hair anxiety and review my photos this past week for free. I will always choose this doctor even if I must hop on an airplane from Los Angeles. I wrote this review because its the least I can do. Oh almost forgot, I’ve had several remarks by medical professionals in LA regarding how great they perceived the hair surgery and they see a lot. -Josh

My procedure was performed yesterday and was able to have coffee right after (cant leave Miami without that). I am very pleased with results!! Dr. Epstein is extremely caring and he is the best on what he does. He was able to accomplish even better results than what we have talked about. The office staff was great and super friendly throughout the whole process-from the first time I called to set up an appointment to the end of my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein if you are thinking about having a hairline advancement procedure. I did an extensive research about the procedure and Dr. Epstein (3 years to be exact) and I could not find a reason for not getting my procedure performed by him. I’d like to write about the very honest and positive experience I had with Dr Gorana Kuka. I came into the clinic prior to COVID and was prepared for an FUE procedure. Upon shaving my donor area Dr Kuka identified that my long hair May have been hiding some underlying alopecia patches. Had it been any other clinic, they would have just gone ahead with the procedure as I was booked in for the day and was her only procedure.This is where I truly knew that I was with the right surgeon, she actually decided not to proceed with the surgery until the alopecia was addressed further.Upon research, I’ve realized that many clinics would have just gone ahead with the procedure but the honesty of Dr Kuka was commendable.I just had to comment about this fantastic, HONEST surgeon who is focused on results and the patient! This clinic is definitely the BEST and the surgeons are by far the most experienced.

I still rave about this office to anyone who will listen. I was lucky enough to be a patient here back in 2011. Dr Epstein fixed my sinus issues. He fixed my breathing. He made me finally feel confident about how I look. This was my 3rd procedure with Dr. Epstein and it was an even better experience than the 1st two, which is hard to do. Dr. Epsteins work is unbelievable and his kindness and patience are equal. that is why I have returned 3 times. Im not shy to admit I got a hair transplant, my pictures are on his website. I just wish my real hair would stay in as well as Dr. Epsteins does. My lip was really hurting me and I wasnt pleased with the way it looked. I made an appointment with Dr. Epstein because a friend highly recommended him. I chose to have a lip correction because of Dr. Epsteins excellent before and after photos and his reputation as the best lip correction specialist in the country. My lip now looks great, its so even and symmetrical. Recovery was very fast and easy. My lips looked AMAZING within four hours, I took no pain medication, I went to the gym the day after surgery, I had no trouble eating or swallowing. I dont know what more I could have asked for. Dr. Epstein and his staff are so amazing and truly care about their patients. I would recommend them to other patients 100% without a doubt.

Dr. Epstein performed my eyebrow transplant about a year ago. I really needed the procedure because a beautician removed way too many of my hairs and my eyebrows looked horrible. Dr Epstien did my hair transplant to my eyebrows around mid may so I am about 3 month post opp and I am so in love ❤️ I had microbladed brows prior and he was able to keep the same shape I originally had (which i didnt want to change). His clinic is clean and tidy and his assistants are so amazing. They made me feel calm and in good hands and like family. The office was kind enough to buy me lunch as well. I had 4 revision rhinoplasties done by a surgeon who literally murdered my nose. Dr. Epstein completely rebuilt from the inside out, fixing my septum, opening my airways and creating a better aesthetic look. Hes not your JACK OF ALL TRADES surgeon! I had a chest hair implant procedure with Dr. Epstein in June. I found him through the Internet, Googling chest hair implants. Once his name came up, I did some investigating and then followed through with a consultation. It was a fairly quick experience, although the actual procedure took from 8 a.m. in the morning to 5 p.m. in the afternoon. Dr. Epstein does everything with great care but they kept me very comfortable the whole time. The hair is slow coming in, and it will take a while for my chest to look the way I would like it to, but everything is coming along well. Definitely, I would recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone. I feel like I got world class service at his office.

Making the decision of undergoing plastic surgery isnt the easiest; although I knew what I wanted, I was a bit scared and I had so many questions! I had my surgery about 3 months ago and Im very happy to say I couldnt be more pleased with the results Ive seen so far. Im still going in periodically for my follow up appointments and, again, Im very happy with Dr. Epsteins work. I highly recommend him and his team.

I had an allergic reaction to permanent makeup in my eyebrows that destroyed my brows and the skin surrounding the brow area. I was turned away by many plastic surgeon and told it was not fixable. Finding Dr. Epstein was a blessing for me. He did an eyebrow excision on both of my eyebrows and created new transplanted eyebrows over my scars. My eyebrows look amazing !!!! Im looking to finish my hair transplant now that Ive now moved to a new State, Ive never seen a surgeron that wants to get paid for consultation. I met with almost a dozen surgerons before finally choosing on who preformed my procedure and never paid a dime just to meet with the doctor. Money hungry. Ill pass!

I wanted to have my nose corrected since I was in high school, but I was too afraid I wouldn’t be happy with the results. I researched doctors for over a year and 10 years after initially contacting Dr. Epstein’s office, and looking at hundreds of patient pictures, I decided to go through with the surgery. I couldn’t be happier. Now I can’t believe I took so long to finally make this decision. The process with Dr. Epstein and his staff was easy and I felt comfortable about everything they explained. The day of surgery went perfectly, I barely had any bruising or swelling. I think my nose is perfect now and I couldn’t be happier. If you are like me and are not sure if you should do it, I highly recommend you go with Dr. Espstien and his staff because you’ll be very happy you did.

Luck should have it a man came in the day I was going pay for the procedure complaining that none of his grafts staid he only had literally 10 grafts in his head after paying and being inserted 2000. This guy is a quack. Go anywhere else. Below epstein writes he has no I dea who I am but thats good cause I did not do any procedure with him after seeing what I describe above. And yes a man came in who has only like 10 plugs growing in his head when he paid for like 2000. I am sure Mr. Epstein has done good jobs but he botched that one mans head. There is no reason for me to lie.Dr. Epstein has botched hair transplants I saw with my own eyes.And there is noreason why mr epstein should remember me as I did not do any procedures after witnessing this.My advice go else where.

Guys, this is not the same Dr. Epstein from the Orlando incident! I am black from the Caribbean and I had my rhinoplasty procedure done a few months ago. I did alot of research before choosing Dr. Epstein and I am so happy I did. Dr. Epstein and his staff is very welcoming, loving, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Worst experience . He offered no plan to remedy my surgery.. Ive lived with this now for years .I also see he wasvoted worst hair transplant doctor. My surgical results were really bad.Please think hard before going thru a procedure. Please note if it doesnt turn out you have to live with the results..or pay more money to this clinic to TRY and fix as was offered to me. Do your research.

Had a fue procedure done with over 1500 grafts. Im in the 5th month and its already pretty full and I have a full beard love the pictures of myself now. I used to hate my pictures. Dr Epstein and his staff are consummate professionals greatly skilled at what they do. He worked so efficiently and quickly for such delicate work and also how he worked with his staff. The spacing and incision sites for the grafts mimic completely naturally the already present growth of my facial hair. I thought I might need to consider a second procedure to make my beard more full but it is full enough that Im extremely satisfied with it right now. I still dont discount Ill consider another procedure. I highly recommend Dr Epsteins practice.

On April 27th, Dr. Epstein performed my hairline graft, after my advancement procedure in October of 2014. After spending months on the hunt, I compared many doctors, but kept coming back to Dr. Epstein. It was the right decision. I am absolutely thrilled with my results. After having two amazing hair grafting procedures, I decided to have a scalp micro-pigmentation (SMP). I decided to go to Foundation for Hair Restoration because they did a fantastic job with my first two procedures. I live in Massachusetts, so I corresponded with Dr. Elsa Rivero via email. She was fantastic, always quick to respond, informative, and easy to understand. I flew down to Florida and had my consultation. Dr. Rivero explained my procedure step-by-step. She was so professional, I instantly felt comfortable and confident. I scheduled my procedure right away. Everything went so well, I received a local injection which eliminated all of my pain, the procedure was over in an hour (even though it felt like a few minutes), my results are awesome. Im truly amazed at the difference in my appearance--handsome and younger looking, without a doubt. I couldnt have made a better decision!

I had a hair transplant. Years ago. Im still in pain ..everyday Im reminded of my bad choices. Please if youre going to get a hair transplant by any doctor do your research. My initial rhinoplasty results faded quickly and I wasnt happy with my surgeon. I did research for about two years before I luckily came across one of Dr. Epsteins African American Female Rhinoplasty YouTube videos. It was amazing, I was so impressed with how well he made the patients results compliment her ethnicity. I looked at his website and was equally impressed with all of his African American Female Rhinoplasty before-and-after photos. I made the decision to schedule an initial consultation, even though I live out of town.I was so impressed with Dr. Epstein. He examined my nose and found an insert that was making my nose look really wide at the tip. He explained how he would remove the insert and make my nose look at little smaller. Between the video, the before-and-after photos, and the consultation, I was completely convinced Id finally found the right surgeon. The decision to have a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Epstein was at that point a no-brainer.My new nose looks so much better than my old one. Im so in love with it. Follow-up was really convenient. I actually was able to have my appointments online so I didnt have to go back to Miami. I cant tell you how much I appreciated that, and not to mention how much money I saved on travel costs. Dr. Jeffrey Epstein is not a just surgeon, hes clearly a genius. I consulted him about a revision rhinoplasty two months ago to correct a closed rhinoplasty that I had done roughly two decades previous.That procedure left me with a wide bridge and droopy tip which lacked any definition. Dr. Epstein immediately gained my confidence as he patiently explained in detail everything that I wanted and how he could achieve those results. Having ethnic thick skin, I was apprehensive that my goals could be fulfilled: a more refined nose by minimizing the width of the alar base and nostrils, more refined bridge and the coveted supra-tip break. We discussed the computer imaging pics and needless to say, I scheduled my open rhinoplasty immediately! He achieved all of my goals and more! The nurse Danny Higuera was knowledgeable, warm and had a wonderful personality, even providing soothing ocean music for me to listen to as my cast was removed, understanding that patients could be tense prior to seeing their new look.Difficult to express the drastic change from what was once a wide, ill-refined nose to a more feminine, shapely, refined structure on my face to life changing. Dr. Jeffrey Epstein is the best, I had 2 rhinoplaties and 2 revisions in different places by different drs before. The last one was an alar reduction in Boston which was uneven and so bad that I cried a month. A friend of mine gave me Dr Epstein’s name. He fixed my nose, made it beautiful. I can’t thank him enough. I am very pleased with the results. He is detail oriented, sincere and carimg. His staff are very helpful and nice especially Daniel was so helpful. I am so happy I chose to have my eyebrow procedure with Dr. Epstein. He was professional and knowledgable and I never doubted for a second that I was in anything but the very best of hands. They refused to take more payment for adding 30 or so more grafts to my eyebrows. I cant thank the doctor and his staff enough for their patience and caring. I have taken some before and post-op photos and will continue to document the process of my new eyebrows as they fall out and regrow. I plan on uploading them to Real Self soon to show everyone what a great surgeon Dr. Epstein truly is. He proved to be a really great man as well, making time in his busy schedule to see me a second day to make sure I was happy. Two weeks ago I had a BHT transplant from my beard to my head. Having had two previous hair transplant procedures (Bosley and NHI), I was very pleased with Dr Epstein and his staff and the way they discussed the actual process and addressed my expectations. I opted for the twilight sedation which made the entire procedure a much less painful experience than my previous ones. I also was impressed with the care and compassion that the staff extended to me including trying to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible.I am considering a touch up in a about a years time and would highly recommend Dr Epstein to anyone considering a BHT.

Got a forehead reduction done, we spoke about how low i wanted it to be and had it all planned out but then when he did the surgery my forehead came out way shorter than we talked about. Also since hair is growing on my scar it obviously made it even shorter on top of that. My hairline literally starts on my face and it looks really bad. Even a centimeter difference makes a difference. I have to get laser hair removal on it so my hairline won’t start on my face. Almost gave me a two finger forehead. Worst decision I’ve ever made.

Its been 10 years since my procedure with Dr. Epstein, Ive been through hell and back. Look him up in Miami Dade public records and you will see the truth behind his practice, sued so many times. Beware of the way he words himself during the consultation, as he will drive down the point that it theresults wont look as nature did in order to be free of liability (he will also make you sign an agreement which prevents you from winning in court if you decide to sue him).How can he state that his procedures look natural and then say otherwise?During the consultation we only spoke of a micro graft procedure with a donor strip that would run from ear to ear. Come the day of the surgery he waited till I was strung on valium to make the cut only half the way basically skewing my head and face towards one side.I had agreed to have a med school intern participate in the procedure, this girl had no idea of what was going down. Having harvested insufficient hair he proceeded to work on the left frontal temple area starting from the front in order to leave a gaping hole once he ran out of hair and had the intern do the opposite, essentially securing an unpleasing result.The worst part of it is that once he cuts half of the strip you are subject to having another half procedure before you can get a full strip harvested or your head will always look like it has a slanted toupee on top.That way he guarantees that youll be at his mercy. I paid $5,700 for what he called 1200 grafts, mind you those were probably 50 hair bundles separated into groups of 2 and 1 hairs, the end result wispy and sparse . He cuts very thin strip so he can get you back for more and boast about how the scar is undetectable. I had been saving money for 2 years prior to my procedure, I wish he told me how much for a completed job, the truth now I know, no one gets a complete job for less than $20,000. The results of his procedure took me on a downward spiral full of anxiety, depression which led me to substance abuse , job loss and even a brush with the law.I was finally able to put an end to this nightmare this year as you can see in my profile photo and I have a google review for the surgeon who fixed it.

I’ve always been insecure about my high hairline. This would be my first cosmetic surgery and I would only go through with it if I knew that I were being taken care of by the absolute BEST facility to ensure the most beautiful outcome. I found Dr. Epstein very fast. His reviews were emotional and genuine, his mission statement aligned with my physical goals, and it doesn’t hurt that he is known to be one of the top hair restoration surgeons that the WORLD has to offer.My Skype consultation proved that I would be working with a passionate and incredibly intelligent person. Dr. Epstein genuinely loves what he does, and it shows when you talk to him. He is so thorough, and has done this procedure so many times that he was able to swiftly choose a very accurate amount of grafts for my desired hairline based off a photo over email. Epstein sent my photo back to me with his own marker line on top of it, designating where the incision would be, and a different color indicating how far grafting would go in front of the incision. It has been four months since the SHA (Surgical advancement) and I find it amazing that I have the exact results that he indicated through email. He is very responsive and will send you a wealth of information on every possibility there is to offer for your unique goal.I can not gloss over Epstein’s fantabulous assistant Dannette Tirado. This someone you’ll want to talk to for HOURS over coffee about everything pertaining to the surgery, the healing, results, even personal life ( I probably talked too much but these people are REAL and so personable you really can’t help it). She scheduled a surgery date that worked for me, and called later in the week to offer an even earlier one! I flew to Miami for the first time and had a fantastic trip. The surgery was done in a blink of an eye, and each one of his vibrant and lovely team members were so wonderful and calming to wake up to. After the procedure, I was in the hands of Epstein’s primary post-surgery care taker Cindy McMichen who joined me at my airbnb for 12 hours. Wow. She is my long lost soul-friend. I hadn’t laughed so hard in months with anyone - I absolutely ADORE Cindy. She is incredibly intuitive which is a veryyyy VERY important trait . A few hours post-op, I was still not entirely “present” because of the anesthesia, and yet Cindy was quick to guide you home, she took care of food, water, very attentive to proper sitting and sleeping positions, icing the incision correctly, etc. Hanging out with her was the greatest part of my whole stay in Miami. She is just as excited as you for your best outcome post-op. Those first hours after surgery are very overlooked, yet incredibly important. I was able to fly back to New York and go to work in the following 3 days with the peak swelling (around the nose) on the 2nd day. No one noticed at work but it does take a week to fully go down, and changes from patient to patient. I maintained my bangs to hide my stitches, or wore a headband.I am extremely happy and my self confidence is at an all time high. This is the best investment I have ever done for myself. I am currently 3 weeks post-op of the optional “part two” of my hairline reduction ( where the scar from the initial surgery is further hidden with individual grafts + the corners of my square-ish reduction were rounded out). I will now start applying Rogaine to optimize the speed and regrowth of the new grafts. This area is slightly pink, but hidden under the grafts that haven’t fallen out. I’d say that about 60% of the grafts stayed in, and the rest fell out do to the normal “shock” loss. These will start to grow back in about 3 months.Thank you Dr. Epstein, you are truly an artist and a wonderful person!

I just finished my second series of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) hair restoration injections with Dr. Epstein. Ive seen significant hair growth since my first treatment and even noticed much less hair loss than before. Actually, barely any hair falls out anymore...Im so happy. Like many patients who suffer from alopecia, Ive struggled for many years to find a treatment option that actually works. I literally tried everything and was out of options until I read an advertisement about Dr. Epstein and PRP injections. Dr. Epstein and his staff, especially Linda, have been great with me...they really try to help me as much as they possibly can. Ill be coming back for three and six-month appointments and cant wait to see what the future holds. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein and PRP injections to patients who struggle with hair loss.

Dr. Epstein is an amazing artist and I am very happy with my revision rhionplasty results. I had my revision Rhinoplasty with him last July and I came in for something else and he showed me the photos right before my surgery and I cant believe the difference he was able to make!!!. My previous rhinoplasty was done by a well known surgeon but the results looked very unnatural.I also have had my hairline lowered with Dr. Epstein 2 years ago and the results from that were great as well. little on the pricey side, but highly recommended if you are picky!

Dr. Epstein was removed from the Hairtransplantnetwork because of reports of consistently sub-par results. I, unfortunately, was one of Dr. Epsteins victims. Dr. Epstein gave me a hairline that was not only unnaturally straight but even worse, the hairline that Dr. Epstein gave me was about a centimeter too LOW. On top of that, only about a third of the grafts grew in (the others died) and I now have a scar that three separate HT surgeons have said is one of the worst they have seen for only one surgery. Not only is the scar unsightly, but it constantly aches.For years I was unable to comb my hair back in public or get my hair wet, so last year I went to another HT doc who recommended that I have my hairline lasered off. So for the past year I spent nearly $2000 lasering off the hairline that Epstein created for me, essentially paying money to kill the hair the Epstein transplanted. That is hair that I never again will be able to utilize for future procedures.Incredible as it sounds, before my surgery i distinctly remember Dr. Epstein asking if I wanted the hairline even lower....thank GOD I said no.It has been a very long and painful road since my hair transplant with Dr. Epstein and honestly even writing this review I find that I am holding back tears. I debated for a long time about writing this review because Dr. Epstein is such a nice man, but in the end, I decided it was better to write the review so that I can potentially save another person from undergoing a similar nightmare to what I went through.Do your research and travel if you need to but do not mess around when it comes to hair transplant surgery or you will pay the price.
