Firstly this review is way over due ! I want to say the establishment is very clean and organized, receptionist are very respectful and professional all the times Ive been there . I came in today to get service by the one and only person I’ve been going to since my first wax , Denise . She’s very patient and has been so kind since my first appointment! I was very nervous the first time and she didn’t get mad or upset she really calmed me down and walked me through the process In the end I walked out feeling like a new women ( lol ) nevertheless I was very happy with my wax service . I highly recommend anyone but especially first timers if your scared to go to her I promise you’ll be back like me .

I got my first brazilian wax ever here and it was a really good experience. i came again for my second wax and it was an even better experience. Kim and Grace are so nice and professional and made me feel very comfortable. the front desk girls are so nice too! 10/10 experience and will always recommend this location :)

I was visiting out of town when i visited this center on Saturday, and I was skeptical cause getting a Brazilian by just anyone is sometimes a challenge especially when you dont know how they work. I recommend Kimberly all the way for a wax specialist ! Kim was super friendly, fast , and kind of made it painless by distraction of conversation. Although everyone at the center is super friendly as well, my experience with Kim was amazing and just wanted to share it. Will be visiting her again before I leave Miami next month for sure :)

Love the services and products offered. My skin feels so smooth. Waxier is extremely experienced and knows how to deal with different skin types and skin care tips. I’m usually very sensitive and I feel very comfortable coming here.

I went to the European Wax Center in Midtown for my first ever service from this franchise which was absolutely complimentary. Unfortunately I have been out of work and with out money so I couldnt go to my regular esthetician, luckily I was able to take advantage of this promotion. I have a job interview tomorrow, so I really wanted to clean my eyebrows up. I had an appointment this morning with Grace and she gave me a really great professional service. I dont have identical twin eyebrows, but Grace made them look a thousand times better to get ready for my job interview tomorrow, she even trimmed them a little for me and she taught me a trick with a spoolie to make my eyebrow look more symmetrical. Grace seemed like she was very experienced and efficient and I recommend her to get your brows done, and the best part is if you have never been there you can get your eyebrows done for free.

I just moved from Atlanta and From the 1st call, I was impressed with how professional and sweet the girl was in the phone.My specialist was Abbey and she was amazing! Very detailed, did a great job and I’m definitely coming back to this location and seeing Abbey.

I don’t recommend to come here for eyebrow wax. Every time I’ve gone (because it’s the closest one to me) I’ve been unhappy with my result. I emphasized that I wanted my brows to stay thick, as I’ve grown them out because the last time they were way too thin. Still ended up with over waxed sparse brows. Won’t be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience at European Wax Center! I have been going for the last two years to a location in New York and have gone now twice to the location in Midtown. Both times have been great! They are super clean, helpful and kind. This last time I had Nidia, she was not only nice but also very good. The waxing was on point. Thank you for making my me time totally worth it, I highly recommend this place!

Clean location, really good wax, and friendly staff, from reception to specialist they are all great.My wax specialist, Crystal - she was above and beyond. Highly skilled, and made me feel safe and at ease in my first visit with her.She was fast and very detailed, didnt feel in a rush at all. Even though she was fully booked, had time to accommodate an extra service (thats how skilled she is) Im sure they have plenty of good specialists, but Ill always make sure to return to Crystal, as she is by far the best Ive had in over a year.

I have visited this location ob a monthly basis for a full Brazilian wac for the past 7 months. I really wanted to like this place, simply for it’s location. However, every time I have visited (every 4-5 weeks), the same waxer is never available. Despite lack of consistency in staff, I’ve always been “pretty” satisfied. This last visit though, was the worst. First, the waxing lady was extremely rough for no reason, despite me mentioning that she was hurting me. Then, I was made to wait for over 10 minutes to pay for my services, even though there were three employees attending to one person behind the counter. One of the employees who seemed to be some type of district manager, or something, as she repeatedly referenced “her other stores” in an annoyingly obnoxious way - as I waited patiently to pay for my painful and uncomfortable experience. And finally, for the first time in my ENTIRE life, I have countless ingrown hairs despite waxing for years. Its obvious to me that the painful waxing technique implemented caused all of these never before seen ingrown hairs. I always follow exfoliating and cleaning recommendations to a tee to specificity avoid any complications. But this was the last straw for me with this particular European Wax location. I will be finding another waxing salon in the area, and I suggest you do the same.

Bit expensive, but well worth it. They know what they are doing & the ALL the products they use & the ones you can pirchase as well are so good!!!

Very friendly staff. I was only visiting for a short vacation and so glad I chose this location out of the many in the Miami area.

It is incredible that for 1 minute of delay i couldn’t get my service in the midtown center, however on my last appointment I had to wait outside 30 minutes to receive the service, you guys have lost me and my friends and my husband which were clients of years for this attitude, you can’t play like that with people’s time 👎🏼

I have been going to different locations for years and this location was great . Teena did my waxing and she was very professional , super sweet and knowledgeable about all of the products , as all women know getting a Brazilian waxing can sometimes feel awkward , Teena made this experience extremely pleasant . Tonisha at the front desk was welcoming and she was able to use her sales skills and sell me a package deal for my waxing . Great experience , highly recommend !

The salon is clean and I have had mostly good experiences with the wax specialists, but this place needs to get up to speed. If you have a wax pass you can only use it at your location, unless you want to wait for them to call your home location, and re-enter you into the new one. No Apple Pay...every single place in midtown shops lets you pay with Apple Pay by now. For $500-1000 for a wax pass, $21 for an eye brow wax, $60 all before tip for a wax, UPDATE YOUR TECH! Time to look for a new wax salon.

Ask for Jasmine if youre nervous or have waxing concerns. Shes a trainer and very good at what she does. I brought up a concern about a previous experience and she was very professional/confident about making it right. Great service and results.

This was my first time coming , I didnt know how it would feel .. I really appreciate Renee at the first desk for taking me in even when they wasnt doing walk-ins and I really thank Nidia for talking to me and telling me everything about wax and take care of myself after a wax. I really recommend this place honestly ! I will be coming back

I use to like this place but totally unprofessional. I asked for an appointment in case someone canceled and they gave me one. . I don’t know her name but I’ll describe her, darker skinned complexion and heavy set at the front desk was RUDE, in front of other costumers and I’m pretty sure it was her I talked to when I called and asked if I could come in and she said yes bc I was right down the street . I came in and only 10 minutes late , she stated there was only a 9 minute grace period. lol . I asked for the manager and she claimed she was. I knew that was not true. I asked for a number to corporate and she gave me the same office card that I ALWAYS get. I’ll to another location next time :) good luck

This it the rudest service that Ive ever had. This was my first and last time in this location, I went in for brazilian, she was not a customer service person, with look on the face like she hate her job, she stated that my hair is too short and there is no way to take all the hair off, I asked if she can try just a little part and we will see (because I was sure that it will come off) in a rude tone she said that even if she try a little I will pay the full amount, she was talking like she wanted me to leave. Ive been waxing for 8 years so I kinda know what short hair is, the way she talked was not the right way to talk with a customer even if the hair was short, I was so frustrated so I left the store and went in Walgreens to buy Veet strips so I took all the hair by myself... (their wax is easier than strips). Thats only my experience Im not saying that every single girl is like this one but unfortunately I dont even saw her name, so be careful who you choose to do your waxing, believe me it matters

I have been going to different EWC locations for the past 8 years. I recently started going to the Midtown location because I moved nearby. Christina did an excellent job on my legs and eyebrows. She was extremely thorough and attentive to detail. A lot of the waxers I have had in the past have either been too rushed/used too hot wax/left hairs behind, often resulting in burns/blisters/scabs. Thank you Christina for leaving me hair-free and pain-free!

I always like to say good but really unprofessional. The manager gave me a set appointment for an hour later, went to kill time until appointment, got there on time, and they decided to let someone in right before I got there. She told me 15 minutes waited over 20 and was rude when saw I was upset. I am sensitive to retail but should have not taken someone in my spot and should have been clear with time. I will not go back to any European wax center. Big disappointment.

Not the best. It was my first time getting waxed and it will be the last for awhile. The woman who provided my services (I forget her name now) was not very gentle and when I later inspected the area she waxed, there were MANY hairs still there. It was only $47, which was a decent price, but when I had called to make the appointment they told me I would receive half off since it was my first time. After finishing my appointment, I was told by the man at the front desk that I had been to another location previously and would not be receiving the discount. Very frustrating.

I enjoyed going. Till the wax was changed and my skin bruised. The staff are all very nice and its very clean there.
