Poor customer service, they gave me a wrong I-693 and USCIS sent my adjust of status package back. How can I know the info in the envelope was wrong if I cant open the form... 😢

I was told about Dr. Tur from another student who did her titers and physical exam for MDC with her; as someone who doesn’t have insurance I knew getting my physical, titers, drug test, and TDAP vaccine to start the Ultrasound program was going to be pricey so I was excited to know their services are extremely affordable. I was helped immediately when I arrived and the nurse I was with was very sweet and attentive, I get lightheaded when I get blood drawn and she had a fan ready and alcohol pad for me and made sure I was alright before we moved on to the next thing. She asked me questions to distract me and was amazing, her name starts with an “I” but I don’t remember the rest. Dr. Tur was respectful and straight to the point, I will be referring people to this clinic in the future. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

It’s the second time I’ve used them and I’ve always had a great experience. The whole staff is very professional, kind and pleasant. They were very helpful In making sure I would get my result quicker than the usual timeframe as my appointment was just a few days after. The office manager took the time to go to the laboratory himself to drop my samples and ensure we could have them back on time, i am very thankful to them for that. Such a Nice gesture is not common. Highly recommended.

Juan is a super star and life savior! I went to the office to pick up my exams but they did not give me the envelop because the doctor did not sign the results. However, my court was the following day and without the medical exams my hearing would have to be postponed another year. After talking to my attorney she demanded the exams right away. I called and spoke to Juan. He drove to the doctors house and had her sign all the results for me. Thanks to his action and going above and beyond I was able to turn the exams the following day. Thanks Juan!!!!

Trying to charge my husband $155 for only to complete a paper work needed for my deductible to be lowered. Information that they already had when he went for a visit back in June. Basic information like his height and weight, yet they still wanted to charge him. I work for the medical field and I know what they were trying to do is take advantage of people that has no knowledge of medicine and take their hard earned money.That is not ok and very greedy on their behalf. So that shows the caliber of clinic this facility is.

Very nice, clean and fast place to do the immigration tests. The price was the best in the Miami area and I had the results just 2 days after. I really recommend this place, her staff and of course the Doctor. I had no previous records of vaccines, no nothing is they helped me with everything. I just took my passport there

Something is very strange. I had ear wax problem, and in my insurance website, the first one came out was DR. Tur. So, I called the office to make an appointment. It was a man who answered the call, I told him my problem and told him that I was suffering and I needed to see DR. Tur. He told me that he understood my issue, but he could not tell me if DR. TUR will be available. He keeps telling me Call back again and I will let you know.So, I called back the next day, it was him again. He said the same thing call back next week and I will let you know. Finally, I could not bear my pain anymore and I went to the DR. TUR office in person to make one appointment. In the office, I met Dr. Tur, and she was so confused and telling me that she does not do EAR WAX REMOVAL.But now, my question is WHO IS THAT GUY THAT ALWAYS ANSWERED MY PHONE FROM HER OFFICE???? HE IS A PURE LIER AND JUST TEASING A PATIENT? HE THINKS IT IS FUNNY? I WASTED 3 DAYS JUST WANTING TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! WHY DIDNT HE TELL ME DR.TUR DOES NOT DO EAR WAX REMOVAL????DOCTOR TUR is a good doctor, but obviously, her assistant or employee is not a moral person!!!!! I AM VERY UPSET!

Excellent! Fast service and very affordable.

I started to see Dr Tur after my PCP retired. She accepted my insurance and her clinic was near. The facility is kept clean and most of the office staff is courteous and friendly. She performed my annual wellness check.Recently my left hand started to hurt and it swelled. I called the Clinic to make an appointment with an orthopedic provider but I was informed the clinic did not have any on their staff- they could not do xray either. The following day I visit the clinic to get a referral but Dr Tur refused to give me one. She told the assisstant that I would have to make an appointment for another day to see one of the other Drs. I do not know what medical training the assisstants at this clinic have if they have any. But I am sure that a qualified nurse could clearly observe the limited movement and inflammation on the hand. They were not willing to help nor to be a part of the healing process. They only wanted to get money from the insurance company and disregard the patient. If you have insurance go to a real medical provider, not one of these clinics that are notorious for cheating Medicare and Medicaid.

Best medical office in Miami to get an immigration medical examination, Thank you Doctor Tur

Staff is very friendly, but one problem. The Doctor is always late. I came in 30 min before they even open and ended up being seen 2 and a half hours later because the doctor didnt arrive on time. Then, the second time I came in to pick up my results, same thing happened. Not worth your money or time. Seriously just go somewhere where they do appointments by time instead of walk ins and im sure even if your late you will be seen sooner than in this office. Two thumbs down 👎👎

Immigration exams are not $170. They are $500Reply: Please be advised that is not the information you are given by the rep on the phone, in fact the price they quoted was $522 and no mention of having proof of vaccines making it a lower price.

I am accompanying a friend to do immigration health checkups. I heard that the price is the cheapest and the most efficient. I cant make an appointment. I have to go to the scene to check for an hour or so. There are many people, but I wont wait too long.

I consider it a very good site, they do not require medical insurance and they also do exams for immigration, transfer from College at a very good price. Compare with other sites and this was the cheapest, you do not expect much to be treated except that you go to see the doctor you are waiting for up to 1 hour but I can not complain. Horrible attention. For being cheap, the nurse who treated me badly treated me with bruises on my arms and when I came to collect the results I closed the window on my face. In addition, prices rise every time they want. I dont see there for anything in the world and I dont recommend it to anyone.
