No appointments needed. this is the best office ever I never wait to see the providers. Amazing

My entire family is seen here. I love the staff and Docs. one stop shop i see the doctor , labs and meds in less than an hour.

I dont kmow about the Doctors. But the general service in this clinical center is very bad. The receptionists no know about insurances work.I sign at 2nd place in the list, an they call 20 persons befor me.

Dr. Rojas is one of the best doctors in this office. He always goes the extra mile and really cares about your symptoms or concerns.

Great staff and very quick attendance!. They even have a parking lot Cross the street. Doctors nurses and labs are great too. Doctor Rojas is very assertive.. Five stars.

The nurses there are super sweet and inter personal, nothing ever took too long and and my results came back in a reasonable amount of time. The doctor didnt speak with me that long but he was knowledgeable and through.

I really like this clinic, its not in the best area and it tends to have peculiar patients but Dr. Acevedo and Dr. Lourdes were my doctors growing up and i just love them. I take my daughter to this clinic and well let me break it down for you. They have a new clinic which is awesome! Dr . Delvalle is beyond amazing with my daughter, always friendly and very informative. Dr. Rojas has seen her a couple of times and hes cool as well. Lady in the front desk Lidia honestly is beyond rude. She tends to look away when youre talking to her, she just hands you things without a smile, a thank you and with one worded answers. She honestly looks like she hates dealing with patients which leads me to question why she chose a career where its key. Guy in front desk with a beard sadly dont know his name, hes awesome. So friendly and attentive even on the phone. Theres this one nurse whos name i didnt catch she look Chinese or Philippine, Ive observed her to be a bit rough( lucky for her it hasnt been with my kid) they should really check with her on that. But all around good clinic and awesome doctors!

I noticed a couple of good nurses but the Dr assign to me had no idea how to read shot records. Almost gave my child a dose that was not needed. Make sure you know you why you are there and question everything they say. Giving this one star because I believe doctors should be a symbol of trust, not what I experienced

This place is very disorganized and dishonest . I visited this place do do some blood test. After three weeks 2weeks I didnt here from them so I call I was told they will call when the results are ready. Four more days passed so I called again. They told me the same thing its not ready they are going to call when it is. So I asked my girlfriend to call and enquire how long does it usually take for them to complete the kind of tests that I had done. The guy on the phone said one week tops. So she ask about my results to which the guy replied its ready its here. Wow maybe its because my girlfriend speaks Spanish. So I went to pick up the result while waiting in the lobby they skipped my name on the waiting list ,even though they dont offer appointments. I noticed that people who came in and signed the waiting list n help it

I love acevedo medical group! All staff members are always helpful,warm and accommodating . My childrens health is paramount to me, and this organization makes me feel the same. Staff and doctors are very professional and I would totally recommend.

Dr. Acevedo is a great pediatrician! Always listens to patients concerns patiently and with love, this is a doctor that you hardly see now days, full of love and compassion for his patients and his career!

I am mortified but the lack of respect from the physicians in this Clinic, giving wrong diagnosis and being completely unprofessional. When I call to question my diagnose I was hung up on and then ignored, I called many times and ask to speak to the physician and for a refund which was denied. I went feeling sick and left feeling even worse.

They do not speak English and kept telling me my son just has a cold when he had asthma the whole time I took him to the hospital and they took one look and said he had asthma they moved there location and when I called to get it again they had a very nasty attitude I hate this place

Well, what can I say? They are my doctors for more than 18 years and my children and I always recommend it because from the doctors, the nurses, the pharmacy, the laboratory, the girls from the office in general, everything in all areas is a family affection, it is not a consultation, they for me they are my family

I am in that clinic only by Dr Héctor Rodríguez very professional friendly excellent human being but the staff of F deck is lousy to communicate and if you call they put you on hold or hang up

I am infinitely and eternally grateful to all the staff of the Acevedo clinic, especially to doctors Rojas and Del Valle who in my modest opinion are the best doctors I have seen in my life. The kindness and dedication of these two excellent professionals is worthy of admiration and recognition.

Before arriving Acevedo Medical Care visit 4 doctors to treat an allergy in the skin of my baby. Thanks to God they helped me with this, he is fast, efficient and very kind. Now I always recommend it to the doctors who have checked my daughter since then.

Dr. Acevedo is the best Doctor I have ever met in my life. He treated my three children with the utmost excellence, an interest in their health and with an insurmountable humanity. My oldest daughter Aimée who is now 47 years old, Dr. Acevedo treated her with such wisdom and tenderness from her six years to 19 years because Aimée did not want to go to another doctor. My other two children, Teresita and Cesáreo, felt the same way. Dr. Acevedo was not only his best doctor but his best friend. Very human, very patient and very loving. I thank God for Dr. Acevedo and ask God to pour all his Graces and Blessings on him and all his family and loved ones and his patients. Thanks Dr. Acevedo.

For its efficiency and speed but above all for the friendly and family treatment, I recommend it.
