She is a excellent doctor and really pays attention to her patients but trying to get a medication that’s a different story, been waiting almost 3 weeks to get it, every time I call besides of being on hold for more than 49 minutes they always blame the pharmacy which is NOT my case. Horrible follow up still feeling bad without the proper treatment. Dr Alonso do something about it. Will make you and your staff looks better

I was impressed when I met Dr. Alonso. I wish all doctors where like her. She treats you like an equal and doesn’t assume that you won’t understand the procedure or the medical condition. So, she will give you a lot of explanations until she is sure you understand every detail. Apart from this, she is very talented, compassionate and sweet. She will follow up with you several times to make sure everything is going well. Being a Dr. Alonso’s patient has been by far my best medical experience in the USA. I recommend this doctor 100 times. You won’t get this high quality service in other places.

Dr Alonso is a magnificent doctor. She makes me feel so comfortable and confident in the medical treatment she provides. Very knowledgeable in her specialty and also treats her patients with so much respect. She does not rush with her work and takes the time to make sure you understand everything she is explaining.

The care in the place is good and the doctor is excellent but talking on the phone with the office is agonizing, I have been trying to call for two days to change the pharmacy where my medicines were sent and after an hour of waiting I have missed calls, I It is very sad but I am going to have to change doctors since it is impossible to communicate, I have never seen a medical office so complicated to speak with the girl who attends the reception. That is why I give it three stars.
