Arrived 10 min early to find 5 patients waiting in front of me. Staff did not update patients on how long the wait would be. Unsure of how good the doctor is given after an hour of waiting and having 3 patients still ahead of me I left. Waste of time, small office that is cramped / stuffy, and do not recommend.

Very caring doctor! Knows how to listen to his patients. The office runs very proficient! His office manager Rosie is great she even took the time to go over the instructions for my procedure. Definitely going back again.

Not only are they extremely rude I have been calling and leaving messages for 3 solid days to make appointmentand all they say ids they will have to call you back. NOBODY ever does. Im reporting it to Baptist as we speak since they shouldnt refer to an office Incapable of following through for appointment scheduling!

Dr.Lago is an excellent doctor with many years of experience, he takes his time with each patient and takes the time to listen and adresses all of your concerns.He is a great doctor and I have never had any problems with his staff.

The worst!!! Extremely desorginized. I took my aunt yo this practice and it was the worst desicion. The doctor is very Good but the office management is awful. The Office manager esa extremely rude when I asked how much longer for the doctor to see my aunt. I was in the first room and I was able to listen that they were making fun of one of their patients. Not recommended

The worst!!! Office management is awful. The waiting time is more than 2 hours and the three ladies that work there are the worst . The bathroom was a mess ,there was urine everywhere . I wont ever take my mom again.

Excellent doctors, Dr. Lago and his second aboard, very professional and friendly. That hurts the terrible customer service (You can read in various reviews for a long time here) but I think they do not take any action. After a procedure such as Endoscopy and Colonoscopy, one is supposed to have access to the doctor in case of an emergency and / or follow-up. Well now I have it, after a month, I have to go to URGENT CARE and there is no way to make an appointment or communication, even by phone. The girl at the front desk seems to be the owner of this, treats patients badly and then does not answer the phone. Doctor LAGO, take action please, you. he is a tremendous professional.Thank you very much for your attention.

Hello, Im not writing things in these places, but I think that if I dont, it would be an injustice on my part. this place is the best there is in all Miami, Carlos the boy with colonoscopies is a love, yesterday I brought him a letter that I received from my insurance where they told me that I had to pay like 4000 dollars which was a mistake and I was very upset and he took care of everything, and today in the morning the first thing he did was call me to explain everything, now Im calmer thanks to him. The doctor is wonderful and the whole team too. I give 10 stars .. CONGRATULATIONS to all !!!

Doctor is very nice and knowledge and Carlos is an excellent person, very professional he takes time with the patient and explain everything about the procedures. My only concern is about the Front Desk Receptionist. She got me offended when I tried to ask question about my insurance coverage, thats why I am giving 4 stars. A super friendly doctor who gives adequate time to each patient. The doctor sees patients after five oclock very late at night so prepare for a delay and take things to entertain. The wait is definitely worth it
