Doctor is professional, at every appointment he took a quick moment to ask questions and give you explanations. I arrive on time for my appointment and I am called within minutes, staff is courteous.

The initial (in-person) contact seems to work very well for you, but there still seems to be a systemic issue with calling GASTRO HEALTH and connecting with a live person or with a representative from your health agency that is helpful and or knowledgeable (without being intermittently being disconnected continuously).

Love the way my physician explains everything to the most minimal detail.

Doctor willingness to explain tests and possible diagnostics

I would give this Dr no stars if I could. My husband had a colonoscopy performed by this Dr. After the procedure (which takes about 20 minutes) we waited for over 1.5 HOURS for Dr Rosenkranz to come out of the procedure area to inform us that all was well. While we waited, everyone else who had the procedure (by other Dr.’s) were discharged. My husband had been without food for over 13.5 hours by then. The people at the Baptist center were apologetic but couldn’t help us. So we waited, and waited. When he finally came out to speak with us, he ignored me, speaking only to my husband, his attitude was condescending. He had a blatant disregard for OUR time...this guy needs a lesson on how to treat his patients with respect!
