Dr Andrade has been so amazing in treating my son Sean O. He took the time to face time me to explain the findings in my sons endoscopy today; which he did not have to do, knowing my son is an adult. I think he is extremely capable and kind. Thank you for all you are and are doing!

What an horrible customer service. I’ven waiting outside for more than an hour. I had an appointment and they are not respecting the time of the patients. So disrespectful, and I just called to see what was happening and the woman who attended me was very rude.

I went to see Dr. Andrade 3 years ago, and found him to be condescending and not helpful. This has been confirmed once again as my mother is having continuous issues him him. He does not provide explanations, appears annoyed when the patient asks questions, and worst of all, it is nearly impossible getting in touch with his practice telephonically. My mother waited 45 min on the line, only to have them hang up. The office staff admitted to receiving 500 calls each day, however they certainly are understaffed if thats the case. When my mother requested to switch to another doctor in the practice, she was just told no, without explanation. Save yourself the trouble, and seek a doctor with better customer service and bedside manner.

My experience with Dr. Andrade has been excellent, I have been a patient for several years and for me it has been the best. I would like that if you need a gastroenterology specialist you decide for him is the Best !!!!

My very bad experience you go to see a specialist from the group you want to change with another to seek a 2nd opinion and you cannot do it because changes are not allowed.It is absurd that if you pay for the consultation you do not have the right to see another specialist is unheard of I recommend them that they investigate well before going to that place so that what happened to me does not happen to them the stars are for dr andrade who was the one who was recommended to me who is forbidden to see my name kirenia rodriguez
