Dr. Abad is by far the best practitioner I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting! He always acknowledges my concerns with an open mind, and explains my treatment in detail so that I don’t leave appointments confused or concerned. His bedside manner is excellent, he is courteous and kind, and you can definitely tell that he truly cares about the well-being of the patients in his care- something I’ve found to be a rarity these days unfortunately. I’d highly recommend Dr. Abad to any and everyone interested in being heard and feeling better! Thank you Dr Abad!

I really enjoy working with Dr Zolio!!!! He is always helping me, and easy to connect with. Also I love his receptionist. She is really friendly. He offers Video visits also which i love and It allowed me to get help without having to come in!

Canceled my in office appointment day of and scheduled for a computer consultation. Waited for over an hour in the virtual waiting room before being seen. The meeting lasted approx 5 mins. he seemed rushed probably because there was other people waiting for hours behind me. I would not recommend.

I would not recommend Dr. Abad to anyone. We have schedule a virtual visit with him on MDLIVE today. He just didnt seem to care and didnt pay attention to details. Moreover he has prescribed incorrect dosage for the medication and I had to follow up with MDLIVE few times and spend a lot of time today. I still havent been able to pick up the complete medication from the pharmacy as there were many changes and now the Rx is delayed due to all these issues. I have also requested a callback from doctor to clarify this but he never called me. I would completely avoid this doctor and MDLIVE going forward.

Phenomenal doctor. He took his time with me, address issues in a professional and a calm manner. He gives really good life style advice and is on your side (even you yourself are not!). Dr. Abad is an amazing physician. I am glad to have chosen him from a large list of in network providers I had available. He took time to explain with professionalism, respect, patience and kindness all of my concerns. It is hard to find physicians like him. First time that I did not feel that a physician cares more about how to bill a claim to the insurance than to actually treat a patient. Unfortunately this is very common. He is a real professional, hard to find Doctors like him. His office staff is amazing, too. I would recommend him at 100%, no doubts.

Made an appointment 2 days before today showed up today for my appointment the office lady told me they dont accept my insurance. Now I have to go without my medicine which I need. I put in all my insurance information the day before and they co formed everything. Very disappointed and upset with the lack of communication at this office and rudeness as well. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy left upset and empty handed

One of my family members not too long ago had a simple operation and now due to this operation, he had to undergo a complete different surgery due to complications of the surgery this doctor gave him. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor due to a tiny complication that could’ve ended very badly for my family member.

I do not share any of those opinions about that DR, a relative of mine had a very bad experience with it, I do not recommend it. Please is a horrible doctor, my husband after 5 years of his operation continues with the symptoms of his malpractice but since he operated on it at the University of Miami and belongs to the horrible Jackson hospital, no lawyers dare to defend a case like that. a corruption in this Miami
