Dr. Fieldman is a good Doctor’ although I see the Nurse Practitioner’ Ms Davis is awesome n attends to my needs’ the office staff I can’t say much for them’ they have poor customer service’ if you leave a message it will not be returned’ I recommend etiquette classes for his office staff!

Dr. Feldman is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend him to all who’s looking for an attentive, knowledgeable and caring doctor. My entire family including my husband and three adult children are patients in this office. A group of friends are patients here as well and they are very satisfied with their care. Dr. Feldman takes the time to breakdown and explain all medical issues and he takes his time to answer any questions, we may have. My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Feldman for over 20 years! Great bed side manners! Office staff very professional, nurses are wonderful and the office is clean and updated. Wait time is 5-10 minutes if that long. I know as soon as I get seated and pull my phone, I’m called to the back to take weight and BP. By the way, Dr. Feldman could not have chosen a better Physician/Nurse practitioner!!!! Kendra is an extension of Dr. Feldman. Excellent!!!! Thank you Dr. Feldman and your awesome staff for providing A1A service. We are all so blessed and grateful!!!

I agree with other reviews that the doctor is knowledgeable, but the office staff is really terrible. I had called to make an appointment for a painful ear infection and was told that I could not do a remote appointment with a doctor through zoom, or telehealth. When finally I got my appointment, after a few days of pain and waiting, I asked about remote appointment and was told that they offer them and that’s not true whatever the person told me over the phone. I was very frustrated as I repeatedly asked the person on the phone about that option, I had to drive there, get stuck in traffic and leave work early just to make it. They have no consideration for working people and try to make it your fault and did not even apologize for their bad customer service over the phone. I also used to be a patient of the doctor, and one time they asked me if I could be seen by a nurse practitioner, since I was sick I agreed. Now I am only seen by the nurse practitioner even though I am still the patient of doctor Feldman. The wait times are long, and one time I was told to come in at 9, and they could not promise me how long I would wait, most likely between 9-12, which in their mind was completely fine (what I could gather from not caring tone of the person who spoke to me), but for me that would mean taking at least half a day off work. I cannot even imagine, how this would affect other people who get paid hourly, and do not have the luxury of taking days off and still getting paid. Not to mention that I was in serious pain from my ear infection. There have been other incidents with bad office customer service in the past that I never posted before.

Miss dr.feldman very very great doctor I moved out of town in the office I go there is a Dr Feldman don,t know if they are related. There was a black female use to take calls for meds refills she was with him from the old office she was very nice and some times she take your blood pressure and more

I have been with doctor Feldman for several years. I love the fact that the wait time is minimal maybe 10 minutes. I am always informed when I make an appointment if the doctor is not available. To be honest I love the nurse as well. Im not big into female doctors but shes super sweet. I wouldnt trade them.By the way do to the wonderful Obama care plan, everything is charged separate. If is a check up and you are in pain you have to come back for that. Thank your president, read the Obama care plan. Definitely not the doctors doing.

Doctor Feldman provided me exceptional insight and care during my appointments and gave me lifelong advice on how to stay healthy. As of today, I owe a lot to this man. Best doctor in Miami

Dr Feldman is excellent. Takes time, understanding, professional. Wait time was reasonable as I only booked apt same day. Took all the time that was necessary, allowed me to ask questions, answered everything etc. Staff was professional and courteous.If you dont understand billing etc...youre not alone. But the Drs office has very little to do with that anymore. Blame your Govt. Thank you Dr Feldman, we need more GPs like yourself. Medicine today is heavily regulated by insurance, govt instead of just the Doctors. It affects so many things, once you are in the room with Dr Feldman or his PA you are in great hands.

I highly recommend Dr. Feldman, from the moment I was greeted by the front desk staff I felt welcomed and my wait time was reasonable. The ladies are always very helpful and deligent at their jobs. The Nurse and Dr. Feldman are both willing to answer any questions and I never felt rushed. If you are looking for a great warm staff which is essential to your doctors visits Dr.Feldman is worth your visit!

Dr. Feldman overall nice guy, no issues. Office Management is the worst.Scheduled visit as annual check-up. While at visit, Dr asks if anything wrong, so I said I had some chest pains, more like muscle soreness and he recommended a chiropractor. Insurance covers annuals 100%, I receive a bill a few weeks later for visit. I call the office and asked why, they said because you mentioned chest pains during the visit, so we have to bill you for that. What?!Long story short, I refused to pay, I argued with them, insurance, etc. They sent me to collections. I paid it just to get it off my record, and they debited my account twice! Now have to call their office to get corrected, Good luck trying to get someone on the actual phone, they take a 2 hour lunch, open at 9:30, close at 3:30. Frustrating and waste of my time. Avoid at all costs, not worth it.

Dr. Feldman is a staple in the community. His genuine care for his patients is evident and his staff is excellent. Location is perfect and assessable.

Dr. Feldman is a top notch doctor! I would highly recommend to all my family and friends! He is very thorough and explains everything clearly and concisely. He is very caring and extremely professional.

Me and my husband has been patients of Dr. Feldman & Dr. Davis for over 12 years. Ive seen staff & patients come and go, now I know why. Now its time for another patient to go. The office staff has no customer service skills, they really need to be trained on how to deal with patients, and the needs to assisted. They do not make it a concern to get results from the specialist if patients are sent out on referrals. Patient care does not exist there. Especially if it starts with the front office staff.!You could be an AWESOME DOCTOR, but if you have a careless staff with no manners, you fall in the same boat.

Got their information off my insurance companys website and after reading reviews decided this might be the place for me. I lost my longtime doctor in the insurance change over. I called to schedule an appointment and this is exactly how the conversation went, me: Hi, my name is Maggie and Id like to make an appointment, Ill be a new patient. Her: ok, what is your insurance? Me: Aetna Her: No we arent taking new patients Me: why didnt you say that after I said Im a new patient Her: SorryThe purpose of my review? If youll be a new patient DONT BOTHER

I have been a patient of Dr Feldman for more than 28 years now. He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to thoroughly explain any medical questions I may have. Always caring, I highly recommend Dr Feldman as your family physician.

I have been a patient at the Homestead location for many years. I usually see Nurse Practioner Davis who is amazing, it is the front office staff that cause me to leave this office after all of this time. There have been several instances where prescriptions were never called in. They argue unprofessionally over the phone with you. Additionally appointments are always a minimum of 2 weeks out. Thier utter lack of unprofessionalism and disregard for basic manners to patients is appalling. I will take the time to file a complaint against this office as well to hopefully prevent others being without medical attention or medication that they need.

Dr. Feldman’s professionalism and warmth are unmatched. 10/10 recommend.

First time here for my annual check-up, I made my appointment with doctor Feldman and I was seen by the nurse without being know it, be carefully like other comments said they want to charge the insurance whatever they can because they asked you the reason of your visit... and when you mention pain ....is not under the annual check -u

Terrible experience. He is epitome of an unprofessional Doctor. Dr.Feldman does not care about his patients. After making us wait an hour, he saw my father for 5 mins. Didnt even do the check up right. This is a very important appt to us. Since it isnt a family member of the Doctor he could care less. He faked the whole check up. He told us to go back to our country if we didnt like his healthcare!!!! Unbelievable!!! If you care about your family member do not bring them here . Dont waste your time or your money !

Dr. phelman great doctor!!!-Office Management is horrible i do not recommend anyone to go here. The girls in the front always with a nasty attitude never want to help. I called to schedule an appt cause i lost my voice the girl tells me there is no appt available until next week. i ask her what am I supposed to do im very ill. she said she um do you want the other location number (that 1 and half away from me). the Nurse they have there that is short dark hair took blood out like 3 times on me and everytime she didnt wear gloves her nails were dirty and the last time she poked me 4 times Ive never had been poked so many times for blood Ive never had this problem left me with huge bruises and yes i know you bruise sometimes but these bruises were so bad i couldnt open my arms the bruises were the size of a baseball on each arm. Sucks cause he is a great doctor but he doesnt see how bad his office management is doing. those girls need to either leave his office cause you can tell they hate their job or fire all of them!

Recent experiences have not been positive. Emergency visits are directed to urgent care, walk-in can expect to wait for hours with no guarantee of being seen. Office personnel need customer service training.

Love them.
