My nails are ruined.Please don’t choose this place for gel removal and manicure. My nails were healthy and all I needed was gel removal and quick refresh with normal polish. here how my nails look 1 week after. I just cleaned the normal nail polish at home.gel was cleaned (scrubbed) with a machine and partly left, as you can see on the pictures. First layer of my nails is completely damaged 😣Great price but does it matter when your nails are ruined and will take months to recover 🤔

Made an appointment over the phone and didnt have anybody to do my acrylics when I got there, they said they didnt have a reservation.....had to come back 2 1/2 hours later and still a horrible job. Didnt fill correctly, too thick, dirty files, ext. Definitely not a place for a *good job* honestly one of the worst acrylic places in miami.

Came here a little over a week ago to get dip nails. The staff was very nice and when I left the salon, I really loved my nails and got many compliments from coworkers that day. However, 3 days later the gel top coat started to peel off and 6 days later, three nails were chipped. 55 dollars is too much for a manicure to last less than a week, Overall disappointed and money wasted

Business opens later than advertised. Only accepts Zelle and cash. Manicure/pedicure were horrible. Polish was old. Painting was not evenly applied. Top coat missing off Medicare. Did not full service requested. The massage was not 8 mins (they didn’t use a timer).Save your time and money.

My first time here and everyone was so great! I got a Brazilian wax from Mary Rose who was so kind, so gentle and did a thorough job . Shine, whom the place is name after was also so nice, polite, and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place!

We were the only customers in the place on a Friday morning. The women were all very nice, however, I spent over $60 for two pedicures and it wasnt even a spa pedicure. The water was lukewarm. The woman who did my daughters feet was good, professional. The woman who did my feet was significantly older but less experienced. It didnt help that she had limited English skills. My feet looked pitiful afterwards. Over 2 hours in that shop and my nails still werent dry. I was so disgusted by the overall lack of quality, I dare not go back. I had to return to Nashville just to get a decent pedicure. Not sure why this place has such great reviews. Definitely just average.

Got gel, usually lasts 3 weeks, here only one week and it was done so badly by shine. Don’t waste your money and time.

My friends and I were not greeted when we walked in. Stood there for a while until someone decided to tell us that they had nothing for us and that they were REALLY busy but there were only two people in there with plenty of chairs available. Black people DO NOT support this business.

Best nail salon in Miami! The space is great, they have lots of fun color polishes to choose from. Their owners and staff are super professional, engaging, and friendly. So different in every single way! Amazing experience. I would give them ten stars if i could! The music the interior and most importantly the quality of the service is on another level. Cant wait to go back!

My appt was at 4pm walked out at 6:30pm with an $82 Gel French manicure and regular pedi... where to begin 🥲 the lady that did my services was an older lady that did not seem experienced. Just with the way she was filing my toe nails I could tell she was scared to get in there. She painted my toe nails and redid my big toe twice. The French tips on my toes are all uneven and crooked (I was internally balling at this point). When we get to my nails I had regular polish on and she was gonna file it of with the machine, I had to stop her and tell her to just use polish remover. The French on my hands came out ok.. until it came to my ring fingers, I wanted a happy face and that was too difficult for her. She initially agreed to the picture I showed her and when she did it, it was horrible and I told her that I did not like it at all, she then told me that she couldn’t do it but she could do a black French tip which i disagreed to and she said she had someone else waiting for her which is when I told her that I’m paying for a service she agreed to do. She grabbed one of her coworkers who had to step in to do the happy face, which it was ok compared to the pic I had shown them. They are not organized, all 3 employees were rotating the acetone bottle and instruments (black light/dryer), I was under the impression I was gonna get charged anywhere from 43-60 but got hit with an $82 bill, needless to say that I did not leave a tip. OH AND TO TOP IT OFF: got my nails done Friday 1/7 and today Monday 1/11 I have 4 gel nails chipped... SAVE UR COINS AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE PLS 🥲

The best nail place! The owner Shine is a true angel and has an amazing level of attention to detail. I have enjoyed going to this place for the last 2 years. I have never had a bad experience. Great pricing, great nail techs and just a happy local place near my home. If you live in SoBe or are visiting, give them a try. They also have lash extensions, I have not yet crossed that path but Ive seen beautiful work from them!

I have not had a pedi in over 12 years and it was so relaxing! Shine massaged my feet and scrubbed my legs so well, I loved it. I want to go every day! The shop was clean, they sprayed off my shoes before I went in the store, they are virus aware, I soaked my feet and they got right to work, on time. I love my polish color and quality too. I would most definitely go again.

They really care about every client, friendly, professional, respectful. I was the last to leave and I saw how they worked hard overtime to schedule and adjust options to best service everyone. And then just when you think it doesnt get any better, the price is the best in Miami.

The worst experience of my life. The owner dis my nails. Charged me an overpriced service for 5$ nails. No one there knows how to do nails and they leave them all round. They charge you extra to even breathe. would never come back. The place left me stressed out. HORRIBLE.

I have to say I loved my experience here. Shine was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. Super fun and friendly attitude made sure I approved every step, I did my dip powder nails, organic spa menta gel pedicure and eyebrow :) very happy with everything I totally recommended and Im definitely coming back!!!

Very nice and kind employees. But the nail polish was getting dry and nail didn’t look as good as they should have. Also went in a Monday that has a promotion for 32. And was charged 40. I did not complain but still they should off explained why 40 and not 32. So be on the look out. For me the location is great and convenient for others parking can be Ma issue.

The fish tacos are amazing!! So flavorful 😍 I also got the red sangria and its one of the top sangria I have ever had, great ratio of wine to fruit. The porch is a lovely place to sit and feel the breeze that passes through while dining.

FRAUDS!!! CATFISH!!! The nail techs here are extremely slow and do very low quality work. Mail techs cant properly execute a simple coffin shaped nail, the dipping powder used on my nails is lumpy and uneven under the shellac color i have. I had an appointment for 3pm which i was on time for and didnt leave until 6:15pm i got a full set powder nail tips and a basic gel pedicure. Totalling 128$ ill never return to this place again

Went for the first time today and will absolutely go back. My mani pedi was the best; very relaxing, perfect color application and nice people. They have a good menu, I selected the Melody combo with the scrub and additional massage, my skin feels great and the massage was very good.

Myself and a friend were visiting from out of town and wanted a pedicure. It was close to our Airbnb so we called and they were able to accommodate us right away. They were super friendly and professional. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

This lady literally destroyed my eye brows. I went in for them to clean them up and I left missing half of my eyebrow...yes eyebrow as in just one!!

Not only Super expensive, which it is fine if in the price include most of the services that even in a Chinese place gives for free, poor attention, old nail products, not experienced at all. I literally walked out with base on my toes.

Terrible place to do manicure! They are amateurs and it takes for ever to do your nails here and after spending 2hrs+ you will have the nail polish with too much bump and errors on it. And good luck if can’t speak Spanish here :(

Its nice when you find a place that treats you like youre part of the family, Shine has two locations this one in downtown Miami and the other one on the beach! In both places the attention is very good. I like that the owners are always there too.They have several services apart from manicure and pedicure!
