Today I went to my appointment . I am very happy with my a doctor , but this assistant Maria Ferrer is very unprofessional, very rude and in need of training on how to talk to a patient I personally don’t want to deal with her never again. Imposible to get these people on the phone. On hold for 45 minutes at my eye glasses place just to ask them to Fax over my prescription and to make an appointment. And I still was not able to speak with anyone. Update: I finally was able to get my appointment, I show up, and they had booked it for a whole different location after I specifically asked for my normal location. They are never seeing my face again.

Saw Dr. Shulman for the first time, i havent seen an opthamologist since 2017...he is kind, listens, answers questions thoroughly and takes his time doing whatever he must do to you. I was seen right away, the staff are kind too. I finally have hope that my eyes will get better.
