Dr. Goodman, Rachel, and the whole team at Reproductive Health Specialists were nothing short of amazing.Prior to starting my care at this office, I had gone to another big Fertility group in the South Miami area. I spent thousands of dollars with no results. The doctor only saw me three times over the course of the ten months I was his patient. His treatments also led to me being hyper stimulated which could have caused serious complications.Long story short, Dr. Goodman and his team were recommended to me by a family friend that had been a patient in the past. During our first consult, Dr. Goodman spent nearly 45 minutes with my husband and I. He addressed all of our concerns and explained things so clearly to us. All of my following appointments were timely. Rachel, his nurse, was fantastic. She was caring and always available for any of my questions.I would highly recommend this office to anyone in Miami looking for a quality reproductive endocrinologist! It is bittersweet to transition my care again (this time to an obgyn!), but I am certain that I will be back.

I just accidentally ran into the page of Dr Goodman on Google and decided to put a review,14 years ago I had an extreme difficult time coming out pregnant. I had seen several specialist for before Dr. Goodman but only he was able to figure out my medical condition and accomplish my pregnancy. My child is now a healthy teenager, This doctor was referred to me by another friend of mine who currently has a 20-year-old child so you can imagine how much experience Dr. Goodman has. Thanks to Dr Goodman and the Lord many of us have been blessed with children. I will never forget him! He is truly the best and so worth the $.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Goodman and his team. I have never had a medical experience that was so honest, kind, supportive, and dedicated to my medical journey. Rachel and Lady are exceptional and showed nothing but kindness and patience throughout my time with them. Both myself and my husband have some sort of fertility issue (although mine was more troublesome). We wanted someone who would really really try and help us avoid IVF ; if possible. Dr. Goodman worked with us for around 7 months trying different approaches and we were successful! I encourage everyone to experience Dr. Goodman and his staff and experience a place where you aren’t forced into anything, where options exist, and where your doctor and his team are dedicated to getting you pregnant. We will miss working with him and his team.

Dr. Neil Goodman is not only an excellent doctor, but a truly compassionate human and teacher. He takes the time to listen and explain in detail. I always leave his practice with so much knowledge and hope for my condition. I’ve been seeing him for about 5 years for PCOS, secondary infertility as well as thyroid issues. Thanks to him and his wonderful staff I was able to conceive my second child. I have recommended him wholeheartedly to friends and family. I’ve never had an issue reaching his office, but if I did, I would insist, because he is worth it. He has truly changed my life.

Dr. Goodman literally saved me ... after years of multiple doctors just calling me fat and failing to correctly diagnose me with PCOS ... he finally took the time to listen to me and request the correct test for the diagnosis! He is an amazing doctor he truly listens to you and your story and take amazing notes to always remember exactly what was discussed! When it comes to staff I have had absolutely no problem in fact they have been extremely helpful and efficient. The parking is a little rough just because it’s coral gables and it always is. I plan to keep Dr. Goodman for ever as he has truly helped my life because uncontrolled PCOS is terrible 🤦🏽‍♀️So thank you Dr. Goodman

Office visit was great, friendly staff and doctor. The price was slightly above average but I agreed.However, there is a billing issue in progress of resolving.Hope no one was hurt and office is recovered.

All the staff were very professional and efficient. Dr. Neil Goodman was very easy to talk to and he listens. Every time I have had an appointment and a procedure done I have been very satisfied.

My experience over the last several years has been nothing but spectacular with Dr. Goodman. He was able to unravel a clinical mess that had become my endocrine system, and used very clear, deductive reasoning to hone in on the true issue that I was experiencing, and the solution. Not only did he completely restore fertility (I had my first son . one year ago), he was also able to restore my natural testosterone levels from the abyss. I am grateful to Dr. Goodman.

Dr. Goodman was the very best doctor. He treated me for 13 years for hyperthyroidism. He was kind and patient and listened to your concerns. His office staff was also kind and very pleasant. Then, supposedly they lost their office to a fire and he relocated to Coral Gables and he took on some airs because it is now impossible to get a hold of them. I have left at least a dozen messages in the last year and they never return my phone calls. As a last ditch effort I called again today and I spent 35 minutes on hold after pressing “1 to make an appointment”. I finally gave up and hung up and decided I will find myself another doctor whose staff doesn’t act like they (the doctors) are gods and the patients mere mortals.

If I can leave zero stars then I would! I never got to see the doctor. I got to the office and I realized I had to pay for parking on the street. Next, when I called them, I got a message to call during office hours. I checked my email and saw that someone from Dr. Goodmans office emailed me and claimed that they repeatedly called me. That is a MAJOR LIE as my phone was with me all morning and it never rang. This morning, I even listened to a message from them from that said that I had an appointment today 3/10 and if I couldnt make it to call and reschedule. Yesterday3/9, I also listened to a message from them in my house that said I had an appointment today. I do not have time to play games. They had both of my numbers and knew that my cell phone is my primary number. It is a shame because I didnt even get to meet the doctor, but then again it is a blessing since his rating is 3 8 for the moment and probably getting g lower. The doctor and his staff should take some time and read reviews about themselves. Maybe that can help them understand what their patients and former patients are saying about them. I am going to find another doctor and staff that will give a damn or at least will be there when I show up.

Dr. Goodman is a great doctor. Thanks to him we have a beautiful and healthy baby. His treatments are very accurate and they absolutely work, i would definitely recommend Dr. Goodman to anyone. His appointments are very convenient too.

Doctor Goodman is God sent, 16 years ago I went to his office not understanding what was wrong with me. After finding things that no doctor had ever found at 30 years old God sent to see Dr Goodman. I am a former patient of Dr. Goodman practice. I am extremely satisfied with the doctor, treatment, and results. However, my main intention with this review is to acknowledge three amazing ladies that helped me all the way through the process.Dr. Goodman is amazing, knowledgeable and the boss! But, the people that share the happiness with you once you get pregnant, who hold your hand when you have a miscarriage, and deal with you every time are: Leidys, Rachel and Millie. Millie greets you when you come in and makes you feel welcomed since the first day. Leidys will do your ultrasound in a way you will not feel any pain and will try to make you comfortable during the exam. Rachel will take care of everything else you need. It is very nice to hear her speak to you. Her British and gorgeous accent have a calming impact.I am very thankful to the whole staff for supporting me and being there when I was at my worst.Of course, I am 4 months pregnant with twins at this moment. That is probably what you need to know in this review. Times of treatments and cases are different. So not much of a guideline my specific case. Just be calm and pay close attention to all the analogies you will hear from Dr. Goodman because for the people like me that do not have a degree in medicine, it helped to understand what was going on inside me.

Very good doctor. He treated me for hyperthyroidism. I went back some years later and he was not the same anymore. At the time I had PCOS (polysystic ovary syndrome) and I had gained a considerable amount of weight, unfortunately. He made it his business to let me know how fat I was and shamed me and told me that I should get gastric bypass surgery. I felt like digging a hole and crawling right in it. I walked out and never went back. His bedside manner is not up to snuff anymore. I wonder what happened to human kindness. Im not knocking his ability as a doctor - I give credit when its due, but I can say I will not be insulted by any doctor EVER!!!

Wonderful experience. Staff is amazing. Doctor is like no other. Is very detailed, thorough, simply amazing. Im so grateful to have him as my doctor.

Dr office staff is incredible. They are as supportive as you need someone in this field to be. They are very organized. I did my first IUI with them and am currently pregnant.

Amazing, he is like no other.I love him. He understood all of me and explained all in detail. His staff is also super nice and very pleasant.

Wish I could have met Dr. Goodman. He is on vacation. Unfortunately, the wait was ridiculous for there only to be three patients in the office (including me)! Maybe my primary doctor spoiled me but an hour in the waiting room and then 30 in the exam room was too much. I was already feeling ill. I simply left... And i doubt the ultra pleasant staff even noticed I didnt see anyone around before I left.

No one answers the phone and when they do they place you on hold and forget about you.

Dr. Goodman seemed great, but his office staff doesnt return phone calls. When called on it, they dont apologize they just put you on hold again.

Dr. Goodman is excellent, but be prepared to wait. I have been seeing him for nearly 10 years, and have become accustomed to waiting 45 minutes to 1 hour for appointments.

I have been trying for a month to make an appointment with him and they never picked up. I ended up making an appointment with another endocrinologist. Very disappointed.
